Mel was easy to communicate with and he showed up at the scheduled time. He has a variety of equipment to tend to the different cleaning needs. Mel and his co-worker were great; very focussed and they work at a good pace while being careful with the furniture. Mel was also helpful at explaining what needed to be done to remove the pet stains and hair. When the carpets had dried, they looked great and the carpet was soft to the touch. We will definitely call on Mel again in the future!

Mel and his crew did a great job on our living room carpet. It had a lot of dog pee, thanks to Chico, who will no longer be allowed in there alone. It looks great and smells great! Mel and Liberty are very efficient and thorough. My rental had quite A lot of staining and pet issues. Mel showed up the night before to pretreat the carpets. They cleaned the whole house with a special brush that removes trapped hair, there was a lot. This was followed by steam extraction. The house has a completely different smell after their work. I would highly recommend their service especially for anyone with indoor pets.
