My husband and I highly recommend Servpro of Redmond. We arrived home to water pouring down through our ceilings light fixtures and rolling down walls from a broken water line in our upstairs bathroom. No one is ever ready for something so devastating.......BUT Servpro was there for us immediately after a call from Steve, (who I learned later heads up Redmonds Servpro), assuring us he was on his way and who to expect before his own arrival. This call, alone, calmed us immensely, and set the stage for the following 8 days of him and his amazing crew taking care of matters at hand.Everything was explained and dealt with in not only a professional way, but with care and understanding.I dont wish this devastation on anyone, but should you ever be in need, there is no recommendation higher than what we give concerning our experience with Steve and his crew.

Due to very heavy rain recently, one of my French Drains backed up. Water was pouring into my home and through my garage. As I was bailing water, I made a call to ServPro of Redmond. Within a very short time, Jimmy and his team arrived. Jimmy was very professional and his calm demeanor helped to calm me down. He explained every step of the process and told me it would be okay. The team began the mitigation work which involved pulling back my carpet, cutting out the wet pad, carefully removing my baseboard and door surrounds and cutting up my wallboard. They then put in fans, dehumidifiers and a heater.I was extremely pleased with the work that was done leaving my home dry and sanitized. They deserve 10 stars! When water comes in, your first call should be to ServPro of Redmond.

Servpro Redmond came in and removed cigarette / nicotine smell from our new bought house. The previous owner had smoked in the garage for many years and the smell had moved on into the house. Both me and my wife was nervous if the house would ever smell good again (we are not smokers), but the Servpro team did a fantastic job. Steve and Chuck was amazing to work with, they talked us through every step of the process and most important got the job done. Me, my wife and three kids are all very happy with the result. Thank you.

Steve and Gavin from SERVPRO made a great experience out of a disaster. From the moment I called and told them about the flooding, to getting to the house quickly and knowing exactly what to do... I knew I was in great hands. The entire team had a great attitude and worked very hard to make sure we were well taken care of. We knew exactly what to expect each step of the way and they were very responsive to phone calls and questions. The job was done very well and I am so happy that we called Steve and his team.

I called SERVPRO of Redmond on weekend early morning for emergency services but call went to voicemail. Within few mins I received callback from Steve to understand the situation. He explained me the complete process in details over the phone without rushing and he was able to calm me down at that time. He was very helpful providing me guidance and most importantly he was trying to help effectively even though work was yet to assigned. At the end we couldn’t work due to some other reasons but if it would have on me then I would prefer to work with his company without a doubt. Also when I told him that we won’t be able to work, he was still genuinely trying to help and provide me information, that’s rare quality these days. I really appreciate his honesty, help and highly recommended to anyone looking for these services.

Great expertise, but more importantly, they are company that cares about their customers. Their lead saved my brand new kitchen, I just remodeled in my rental property I own from from a water damage caused by a plumbing problem under the sink. I was concerned they would have to tear out the brand new cabinets and quartz counter tops we had just installed. But they were able to dry all out with specialized equipment and get the tenant back to their lifes withing a few days. Thank you guys for not only caring about the job, but the people you work for!

Steve was great to work with. There were a few problems with the quality of the finish work, but Steve called in his best contractors to repair the few items which needed rework. The price of the bathroom remodel came in a little higher than estimated, so remember the quote is an estimate that can change based on the quality of the items you select. My project was just a bathroom remodel and didn’t involve any water damage...I had to keep in mind that the core business of ServPro is emergency repairs of water damage, consequently my project had to take a back seat to true emergencies which caused my bathroom remodel to take a little longer than I originally anticipated.Bottom line, we are extremely pleased with our “new” bathroom.

Mike and his entire team at ServPro Redmond (specifically this location, notating since they are all independently owned and operated) made an extremely stressful experience very easy to deal with. They were quick, professional and responsive. The owner really cares about the client experience and that’s something that is very important to me. After working with them if I ever have another fire, mold or water issue or know anyone who does without question the only company I will use or refer to is ServPro of Redmond.

Let me start out by making one thing perfectly clear- The ONLY reason I am giving Servpro of Redmond a 5-star review is because of the technicians who did the actual work. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!!A kitchen faucet cold water supply line recently burst at my elderly disabled friends rented home, causing a flood, mostly in the basement and half of the garage. Since my friend was laid up due to back surgery, I helped to oversee the cleanup process. Servpro of Redmond was there fairly quickly after the fire department left, and they swiftly went to work getting as much water out of the carpet downstairs and in the garage where most of the water traveled to. This was late at night. They set up large fans, air scrubbers and dehumidifiers and came back the next morning. The crew was SO nice and SO respectful. The next day, Slick, as I called him (his name was Steve) came bounding in with what seemed to be a lot of giddy [used car salesman-type] energy that was very off-putting, and he waved his arms in the kitchen and said, All of this has to be ripped out! He said there was water under the floor, and in order to remove the linoleum, the cabinets would all have to come out. I asked, Do you have a moisture meter? Neither he nor the nice personwith him (Bruno) did. They later borrowed one from a tech downstairs, aimed it at the floor, and I saw no evidence of it. Even Bruno said it was dry, and I said, Thats great! However, Slick later REPEATED that it all had to come out and basically acted like it was ok because the landlord had filed an insurance claim. I was thinking of my friend who would have been completely disrupted during a kitchen remodel with no place to go, and Steve asked if he had renters insurance so could go to a hotel. No. Then said he could GET renters insurance... I was also thinking of the landlord and how would they be able to match the new cabinets to the old style UPPERS properly? Turns out that the water spread mere inches out into the kitchen in a small space in front of the sink. Only that box and the one next to it was rebuilt and original doors and drawer fronts put back. So just a word of caution- dont necessarily believe things until it is proven to you. Now, lets get to the GREAT part!!! The actual daily crew were Jimmy, who seemed to take a lead role, Travis and Kathy. They daily worked their you-know-whats off until the job was finished, and they were SO KIND to my friend and to me!!! Jimmy even offered to take away my mountain of flood towels and rugs to wash them because they were using the dryer power outlet to run enough electricity to all of the machines. I couldnt believe it! (And mind you, they dont have a huge commercial washing machine, just a large one, so this probably took some time). They had to remove a kitchen cabinet and layers of flooring there, ceiling drywall where soaked, a bathroom wall, vanity, toilet, lower portion of several walls, and had to drill air holes in another 2 walls. They were very concerned about mold forming and about doing the job CORRECTLY. They never minded my curious questions and even brought boxes and help to pack things up. I also felt they were very trustworthy, which is very important when you have strangers in the home. They felt like FRIENDS when they left. They were ALWAYS polite, even when my friend was getting cranky from trying to recover from surgery with all the constant noise. They ran all the equipment I described earlier and did not remove them until they absolutely knew that everything was completely dry. If Slick (Steve) is the owner, I have to give him credit for hiring TOP NOTCH PEOPLE to do the work for him! The crew really knew what they were doing! They were so professional, trustworthy and sincerely kind. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Servpro of Redmond crew!!!

Crazy high estimate for mold in an attic. Had another company out with much more expertise, said mold was from prior roof and needed minimal sealing and treating and was 1/10th the price with lifetime guarantee. Awful.

The people at Servepro are excellent at communication. They came out immediately to assess the damage and provide an estimate. (The final charge was very close to the original estimate.) They performed the work they said they were going to do and finished it on time. They were not able to leave two scrubbers at my place for 2 days as planned, but made up for it by leaving 1 scrubber for 10 days at no extra charge. The guys who came out to my place were energetic, enthusiastic, and all-around nice guys. I would call upon Servepro again, if needed.

I have now used Servpro two times in the past 3 years due to faulty appliances. While the circumstances of needing water mitigation are never ideal, Servpro really helps alleviate the stress of water damage through their excellent service and results. When I contacted Steve the GM, they came out immediately to assess the case and start the mitigation. Due to their immediate efforts, we successfully saved the hardwood floors and cabinets saving thousands of dollars and avoiding the hassle of replacing the floors. Gavin who was the lead tech was incredibly diligent and responsive with great ongoing communication throughout the process. Tim the operations manager was also very helpful. They even are helping with some of the post mitigation follow up/work which is not in their job description. If you ever have water damage, my suggestion is to contact Servpro of Redmond right away -- it is well worth it!

My condo had water damage from a line that leaked above my unit, so I contacted Servpro of Redmond. The process started out excellently with great customer service, prompt service, and great documentation of the damage through photos. They set up their dehumidifiers, ripped out the damaged flooring and walls, and cleaned up the mold in the wall.Once they claimed to be done with the job, it became readily apparent that there was additional water damage in a room adjacent to the leak, with the hardwood bubbling up next to the wall (which is how I knew about the leak in the fist place, the hardwood started to bubble up). I called them to come back out and finish the job (rip out the damaged flooring and the rest of the wall). The sent a rep who said that oh yeah, that definitely looks like more water damage. He got out his moisture meter to measure the area, but couldnt find any water. This was after they ran their dehumidifiers for days with the heat blasting. They start to claim that its probably a leak from a different source, which would have been extremely coincidental. They tried to claim that a leak happened in this adjacent room that shares a wall, and that I should open up a second claim with my insurance company. What actually happened is that they didnt finish the job the first time around (rip out all the wet, totaled wood) and then they let their dehumidifiers run until the place was dry.The owner of this Servpro location Steve came out and proceeded to come up with some of the most outlandish excuses Ive heard in my life about how there could be water damage in this adjacent room. He seriously asked me if I have cats that were peeing on the walls and which damaged the floor, as though you wouldnt smell urine if that were the case. I have no cats, but these are seriously the types of excuses and theories he was coming up with, rather than owning up to the fact that they didnt finish their job. Steve completely lost his cool when I asked my USAA rep if it would be possible to have a different service come and finish the job. He threaten to sue us, and called my family fraudulent as though were trying to get away with something, and stormed out of the unit like an unruly teenager. How he ever became the owner of his own business is beyond me, but one thing thats for sure is that he has no place dealing with customers. A fine way to treat a 76 year old veteran and their family.USAA then had a second team come out from a different Servpro, and they immediately were able to see that the first crew indeed had not finished their job. The water damage was from the first leak. Avoid these guys at all costs, its one thing to make a mistake and not finish a job, and completely another to not own up to it and then to get combative. Youve been warned if youre considering using these incompetent people. These guys easily added an extra two weeks to the job since the construction contractors couldnt begin until the water damage was completely remediated.
