Jerry and his crew have been cleaning our offices for several years. At least the five years that I have been here. The offices are always clean and you can tell that his employees take pride in their work. We are a secure facility, and Shining Enterprises values that. He even leaves a nice pen every Christmas on our desks.

I would highly recommend Shining Enterprises for carpet cleaning. They were professional, well priced, and easy to work with. I called them on a Tuesday hoping to squeeze in carpet cleaning the second floor of our home on the following Friday while we were out of town. They were happy to accomodate us on short notice and the carpets look great. The price was good for the square footage. All in all, we were very happy and will be using them again in the future.

Simply because you disagree with the feelings and opinions. We each hired and paid you. Its your poor business practices. People deserve to know the truth. Not only does our business want to share the truth about Shining Enterprises. But so others that look at all these ratings and reviews and can be properly and honestly informed to make their own decisions about who they want to hire for a job. Nothing ever improves without criticism about where any problems are. 28 years and 5-Stars doesnt always mean a great job, it is only what you allow the customer to believe and only what they choose to see.Central Oregon is less than 160,000 residents. So there isnt a lot of competition in this space. However, there is always room for Improvement and other companies to come into this space and to give better customer service and do higher quality of work.The problems were not the employees and those employees have been gone a while now. Jerry is the problem. His rates are decent, lets call them somewhat cheep. But that sometimes is what you get. So the problems that were mentioned in my original post which is below are in fact true. The other ratings are still old. Quality was before and now is fair to below average. The quality and employees both got better who than came to work for Jerry. Those employees were not there long. We dont know what happen, were just clients, but we can make an educated prediction. We witnessed on numerous occasions Jerry mistreating and disrespecting his employees. Those are the ones that left not long after they were hired. They were Jerrys hardest workers, kind and professional to us and they did amazing work. We had no complaints with them. Only just the fact Jerry got rid of the best employees he has ever had. Quality we would have given this company a higher rating when those employees were there. Before they arrived and since they left were not impressed. As I said we saw on numerous occasions how poorly Jerry treated his employees. We have it on the record from what I saw myself, my other employees came to me at work and said they witnessed. Jerry doesnt obviously pay them well enough and doesnt respect his employees. Like before, if we can see Jerry doing this we can only imagine how worse it must be for his employees when we dont see it and what else Jerry might be doing. We may not continue our services with Shining Enterprises. How you treat others is a reflection of your services.Omg!! These ratings are older than 2 years. So I am going to make a more current one. Reason for 1 Star is a average based on a survey of expectations a residental customer or commercial business should expect. I myself and our employees took a survey of Shining Enterprises. We are Not going to deny the experience shown by the quality work that we have seen come from this business. So the 1 star is for what really concerns us even more is from what we have witnessed on one on one interactions Jerry has with (past an present) employees. Not treating each of his employees well enough, that he has had over the last 1-2 years. So it doesnt match up with the level of quality in the services provided. Which makes us wonder what kind of other corners, Jerry might be cutting when we are not around to witness. There has been stellar employees that were with the company in the past that are no longer there. There are employees on staff now that we have concerns with. Gives me a great deal of concern what could be going on with Jerry, since he can not seem to keep the more valued employees on his staff. Wish the ones that he did have that were so efficiant could in someway come back. Not likely! Maybe Jerry underbids his jobs, the employees are underpaid, under valued and mistreated. Maybe Jerry has unrealistic expectations.
