This review is for Comforts Premium package. The crew was knowledgeable and respectful. I was very satisfied with how they cleaned my carpet. They did a good job with high traffic areas. Carpet definitely looks better after they were done cleaning and drying it. I would definitely hire them again.

ComfoClean showed up on time with a very last minute booking. Contractors had gone up and down the stairs and the carpet was trashed. It now smells and looks like new. They are tops in customer service and I have no problem referring them and using them again.

I just used Comfoclean service and Uriy did absolutely fantastic job. I spilled coffee a couple of weeks ago and even I cleaned spillage right away, it still has left some brown spots. I told Ura about the problem and he attended stains using commercial strength stain remover solution. Stains became significantly lighter and improved look on the carpet. I also learned that coffee stains do not remove easily even with high quality steamer. Nonetheless, I am very happy with the job Ura has done and absolutely will use his service again.
