Worth it to get their top tier...car keeps shiny for a long time!

Their machine is set up great! I drive a minivan and most washers do a bad job on the back, not this one. It also cleaned my custom wheels great!

I enjoy coming to Brown Bear for a quick wash, but I get confused by the attendants. I just went in got the beary best and was expecting the attendants to pre-brush my car like they did the car in front of me. However, they did not brunch my car at all. Was a little confused.

Great Brown Bear and staff usually friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars but when I ran my Range Rover Evoque through in March staff didnt proactively tape my removable key hole cover. Later that evening or next day I realized it was gone and eventually figured it may have got knocked off while in the car wash. Turns out it was luckily recovered from the wash bay so I had to stop by and pick it up. Prior to this visit I didnt fully understand why some staff would tape the drivers door handle, but after this visit I know to specifically ask before going through.

The car wash was fine - very quick, though it missed pretty much the entire back and didnt quite get the radtrip bugs off my car. I decided to try the vacuum and it stated that one card swipe would be 2 dollars for 5 mins. I figured when the vacuum automatically turned off it would stop charging my card, but I was charged 10 dollars (so for 20 minutes I didnt use).

Always clean, always friendly. Our truck looks amazing; please use the gas station entrance, so you dont block traffic.

This station is great! Both manual and drive thru wash available. Vacuum, air and water.

Broke my windshleld wipers and blamed it on me. Very unhappy how they were so defensive and redy to shift blame from the beginning till the end

The self serve is the worst I think Ive ever used. Pressure is so low it wont spray off bugs and the soap is extremely diluted. My car is still covered in a film of dirt and bugs after 10 minutes. The presoak function is also broken, nothing came out of the gun when I set it to that.

They usually do a decent job of a wash, not poor and not great and usually very friendly though this visit was very high on the annoyance factor and not sure Ill be coming back, for sure not as often.I realize there is policy to have truck beds empty but come on. I have 2 large rubber blocks in my bed that have been there off and on for 5 years. They weigh 10lbs ea and have been through 100 car washes without issue, even this one many times. There is zero chance anything at the car was will even move them let alone move them out of the bed. Today I was forced to remove the items from the bed or i was not allowed through. Had i not already paid i would have just passed and went elsewhere.A little common sense goes a long ways.

Great place to get your car washed

Bing going there for a while. Had lost a weather strip from the top of my car. Called them immediately to fetch it for me and hold for the next day,but you guessed it......The messages was not passed on and I wasted a trip hoping to retrieve it. Was not happy. Thats life

Long time user of this car wash, 40 years. Have had excellent results when dealing with staff until today!!! This review is about the morning manager named Brexton taller young man. Sorry for length of reviewI pull in to self wash bay. I run my card and start to apply presoak to my vehicle, usually comes out pink. Only water comes out and after 3 minutes I look for staff to resolve. I dont see anyone at first then see Brexton by the gas pump and call him over. I yell hey and he looks around. I yell hey again and give him arm movement flagging him over. As hes looking around he sees my arm and yells Ill be right back. Once my time runs out I go into cashier area where he is. He says he didnt come over cause he had a customer. I thought that was odd cause there was no customers in there. As we are walking to equiptment room. He begins to tell me that he doesnt like people yelling at him as I did when I called him over. We then get to equipment room and he says the switch to that material was in wrong position.Basically because he didnt have anyone checking wash stations in AM and he had no staff around to assist. He decided to dismiss me when I tried to flag him down and then checked me for getting his attention. Got my $2 back and wont be back even though I live near by.Brexton needs to work on his customer relation skills, very disrespectful, does not take ownership and is not capable of managing a business. Try the Rosehill carwash if your looking for great service and quality. They even hand dry your entire car.

Inexpensive way to give your car a touch up inside and out. They have towels and coin operated vacuums to do the detail work yourself.

I have a van, after a roadtrip, the car was covered in what appear to be tree SAP. It was very difficult for me to remove and I was concerned about how long it would take. By my estimates, it probably would have taken me 1 hour of polish and scraping the stuff.Brown bear car wash was able to do the job in less than 5 min . They even cleaned and the car. Great customer serviceHe was very knowledgeable, and explained the entire process in great detail. Punctual, efficient, and effective, would use again!Thank you

I like their automatic car wash on monthly pass. Its reasonable for unlimited car washes. This location both manual and automatic and vacuum as well. Recommended.

I own a convertible, therefore I usually use the self serving booths. Everything is nice and clean in the booth and cheaper than the automatic drive through

Busy, busy, busy! Try going here as early as possible to avoid the line. Avoid the convenience shop unless absolutely necessary since the prices are unreasonable.

Brown Bear is just merely okay...not really a good value. Ive travelled all over the USA for work and vacation, and most car washes provide free vacuums, but surprisingly, Brown Bear does not offer that. I have to admit though, I dont think free vacuums are a thing in the Seattle region, but everywhere else, it is. The actual tunnel wash does a good job, but the self serve wash leaves lots of spots, so its important to bring your own towels and dry by hand after the manual wash. Ill continue to use Brown Bear though, since, sadly, there is no competition in the Seattle region, and I have a car vac at home, but it would be nice if Brown Bear can be more like other car washes and provide free vacuums, or at least a token to use the vacuum if you get the highest level wash.

Very good car wash that is eco-friendly to a large degree. Not detail oriented on my last visit . . . It may be that they guarantee their car washes . . . If so, I will update this review. And, they do guarantee their car washes, and I will be going back for a rewash. Im impressed.

This car wash broke my back windshield wiper, its hanging straight down now. While I was in the car wash it stopped and beeped like there was an error. When I tried to contact brown bear the contact form on their website isnt working.

This carwash does a great job of getting dirt, moss and grime off almost every surface. Clean towels are provided for detailed cleaning and interior surfaces.

Lots of choices for car washes. Get a quick wash or more detailed one. I like that there is an attendant to make sure that your mirrors and car antenna are safe before entering the machine.

The staff is great, cheerful and excited. They are always welcoming. They even ask if you need car fresheners. I have been going here for last 3 years and I feel its a great value . Specially the bearywash $20 unlimited monthly wash plan. There wash is also environment friendly.

Car was washed, looked wonderful.Then as I was touching up the drying I noticed that my front license plate and holder were gone..in its place just a very dirty rectangle on the front bumper. Not good!

Ive been to other Brown Bear car washes and have usually had no issues, but I recently went (before the closures) and asked for the beary best one and they gave me the regular one instead. I had been suspicious cause my prior experiences they spray my car all over before going into the car wash, which they didnt this time. It got confirmed when it started raining and it clearly didnt have the hydrophobic coating and started gathering dust and dirt almost immediately.Im disappointed cause Ive never had a bad experience before with other locations. I recommend driving out further to another location if you want to get what you pay for.

I did the self car wash and it made no difference. They must be using a cheap soap that doesnt take off the dirt. Whats the point?

Prices are up recently. Be careful not to go right after an exceptionally dirty truck. Still a good way to clean your car.

Look, this is pretty much like any car wash you are going to get t a gas station with a car wash...where I think Brown Bear earns its stars is with their self-wash options. I have a motorcycle which obviously can’t go through an automated wash, but the options for washing in one of their self-directed wash stalls is a great option at a low price. Even washing a full size car or SUV can be accomplished at a reasonable price in 5 minutes.

Always quick and easy with nice staff. Despite it being an automatic carwash, it is always manned by multiple employees and they are always friendly.

This is a cramped one. Everything worked okay but the air machine is basically in the driveway and not at all a safe place to get out of your car and crouch down. Just go to the 76 near by.

I consider this Car Wash as OK among all Brown Bear in Seattle Area. There are surely other better facilities. The faculty is compacted. The stages dont take enough time to clean up the car nicely like the other facilities. Its has a prime location, thats why its always busy and the staff try to rush things up. So, I used to have the yearly subscription for several years. Recently I stopped the subscription, because I moved to an area where no Brown Bear near me. I started buying the best washes coupons from Costco, and I can tell you, there is absolutely no difference between these washes. Its just a scam and another way to charge you more. The staff is supposed to wash the tires and cleanup the back, but as soon as they see the coupon from Costco, they do nothing.Some of the staff are extremely helpful and they are respectful, but majority of them are completely useless.The staff keep changing here, and they seem to hate their job.

First day I had biked in Redmond. Rented a bike from Redmond Cycle and within 20 minutes was being yelled at for riding safely through the parking lot of this Brown Bear by the car wash staff.Ya OK, you want to keep it clear for cars, but you know what? I was there for 10 seconds and no where near their entrance which is why they had to yell. Just teenagers being aggressive from what I could tell. Definitely a bike hostile environment considering its completely surrounded by trails and bike lanes.

The location is both convenient and inconvenient: its great to be just off Redmond Way. Easy to find and to enter. The exit is a bit challenging to insert into the traffic and get back onto the right lane. So you may need to use the back exit instead and use the traffic light turn.

Got the winter grime off the truck in a convenient location. Fun to have the kids help with. Just bring lots of quarters if you want to do a great job.

It is an excellent car wash and I would have given it 5 Stars if the car was drier when I left.

The worst place to go wash your car, theres also something that its making a big noise every 5 minutes, it really gets annoying, plus its always dirty, that was my place to go every 2 weeks, but not anymore I rather deal with my neighbors than going to that place just to get mad

Very nice employees, helpful. This car wash doesnt have spray bottles to use and you have to ask the guy in car wash booth for interior wipe down towels. Also the lot is larger, but be careful maneuvering between stations, its confusing. * Bonus* theres a return towel bucket in the exit driveway, so just it out your window as to you away!

Got my car washed here, the cashier Mir was awesome in explaining the different washes and what they do. Grade A service!The first guy I talked to though, Francisco I think his name was, rude guy, very dismissive!

Was frustrated w/ first experience as the vacuum stations are in front of the wash stations and there were 3/4 empty wash stalls while I was waiting. But Ive found this is rarely an issue and management really does a great job maintaining this facility
