Terrible experience this week. I had a gift certificate card with 2 deluxe washes left on it. I pulled in handed the attendant the card plus $10 and told him I wanted to upgrade to the supreme ($ difference $3). I got lined up and was starting down the tunnel when he approached with my change. Water was starting to spray onto my car so I rolled the window down just a little and he shoved it into my hand. I quickly rolled up the window and started down the tunnel. I saw that I had gotten $1 back - no card with remaining car wash, no $7 change. I was going to go back when the wash was over to get that sorted out when I had a frightening experience Ive NEVER had in a tunnel wash - right at the end, the chain reversed and pulled my car ~ 10 feet BACKWARDS into the tunnel. I was terrified Id slam into another car and had no idea what to do. Fortunately then the chain reversed again and I exited the tunnel. Since I NEVER intend to go back, the missing change/coupon was moot. After many years and many washes, Im going to find someplace else for my car washes.

This trip it was cleaner afterwards still need to work on bug removal on grill. Appreciate the staff who took the time to be at work so they could be open. Appreciate Wet Willys

I dont have anything bad to say about this place, but I also dont have anything good to say about it. Its fun to watch the brushes wash my car, my family used to go to an automated car wash once a month as entertainment, good memories.

It was okay, my car had soap on it afterwards in places. I think it could have gone through again. But overall pretty good.

Showed up at 5...and they said come on through. They could have easily said sorry were closed. Super friendly and great service.

Went for the basic wash cuz my house hose didnt have enough pressure to remove the mud from my vehicle and when I got out to pop my mirrors back out I realized the wash had nearly ripped off my front plate and bent it a good deal. So Wrangler owners be aware of this.

It was a5 Star when there was a girl manager back in the beginning when you opened. More employees more attention to detail. Loved the yelling out the tips when we tipped and others tipped. It was the place to wash and shine. Just sayin.

Seems they are closed more than they are open. They never seem to get the back window of my Audi clean even though they pre scrub. I go to Polar Bear car wash and they get my car sparkling clean each time now.

Showed up at 4:50 for a car wash and was rudely denied as they “close at 5” even though hours online say 6. Another 5 cars behind me also had to turn around. Can’t put a little bit of effort in to make the customer happy. Most of the vacuums are broken as well. I’ll be finding a new car wash to frequent and would suggest others doing the same.

Very nice car wash with good service. Last time the vacume was free. It gets real busy when the sun comes out.

I was glad to see their r equipment no longer tried to rip my front license plate off the car . I may go back again.

Been through this car wash 6 times, never an issue until today. We took our new vehicle, never washed before through today and by the time we got through the car wash (after listening to the banging sounds of 4 people brushing our car) we got out to look at it and nothing but swirl scratches from the brushes ALL OVER OUR BRAND NEW VEHICLE. Im filing a claim!

Complimentary vacuum/car cleaning stations!!! I was so happy that I didnt have to use quarters to vacuum out my car after my wash.

As a previous assistant manager I will tell you the staff tries there best and they work hard every day. I would recommend Wet Willys to anybody for a good car wash.

Best car wash in Central Oregon! I was very happily surprised that the wash techs paid such attention to detail in my car wash. They scrubbed out some oil streaks from the summer road driving. They washed BY HAND, the windows and headlights! I have never ever seen such dedication to a job. I am beyond pleased with the wash experience. Thank you!

Generally they do a good job of washing my car, there are times they miss spots on the back of my Expedition. As of 7/17 they upped the cost of all their washes... Now the Supreme is $15.00... Ill wash my own car.

I come here all the time and the service is always great. Came in today with an especially muddy pickup and the two gentlemen working took extra extra time to make sure my running boards and everything were clean. Thank you!

Just tried getting a wash there, some of the staff was very polite and nice. But the owner the large bearded older man was very rude. The Internet stated them being open, so I drove over and pulled in. There was caution tape strung from cones, but it was all knocked down laying on the pavement. So I proceeded to pull in. The pavement and paint was no longer wet, but I figured that was why it was up. So I began to turn around because the garage/wash door was not open, so they were clearly not open. As I turned around with my car and began to pull away the large bearded older man threw his arms up in the air at me and another attempted customer behind me while shaking his head at us. I said whats the problem and a member of the staff proceeded to politely tell me they were closed. The owner on the other hand was rude, ignored me and was clearly pissed we were there. Even though it wasnt completely clear that the parking lot was being painted. Wont go here again. Hes not getting mine, my families or my friends money.

Awful. The sign on 97 said OPEN. I pulled in at 4:55PM. He said, Sorry, I cant take you. I just closed the till. Maybe turn the CLOSED sign on FIRST. THEN close the till? So when I suggested this on a nice tpne, he said, Polar Bear car wash is just down the road. I hope you continue going there. Hes not a nice person at all.

Sunday morning January 27th 2019...Sitting in my vehicle waiting to get it washed. Business hours sign says they open at 10:00 am on Sunday. At least ten cars behind me and no one is here @ 10:15. I’m leaving now and so has everyone else.Thanks Wet Willy’s...your service is horrible.Of course they don’t answer the phone and you can’t leave a message. I’m first and I came 10 mins early.They better pray someone doesn’t open another decent car wash...they will probably go under. Especially with their $12 dollar minimum full size car wash and their borderline crack head staff. The only thing they have going for them is they are the only wash in Redmond that cleans your car good.Pretty good car wash....staff is unreliable.

Wash was pretty good but i was disappointed that the vacuums were pay vacuums. I paid 10$ for a full fancy wash, tipped them 5$ and still had to pay for the vacuum? Wont go back. Ill use the washes in Bend that have free vacuums for paying wash customers. Which is most of them.

I have a 2019 Toyota Tundra that has a headache rack on it. I’ve had the rack on 3 Tundras since 2013Never a problem running it through the car washes from Oregon, California, and even Utah. But this one was a no go since I had the rack. It’s a stock high/no lift Tundra. I guess his insurance won’t let my truck go through. Oh well, I’ll go down the street. Must be a really old car wash or something?

Great drive thru car wash if you just want a quick wash. Clean your own interior; towels are supplied. Typically you are in and out. Friendly service.

For a $15 dollar car wash youd think the vacuumes would be free, however they are a dollar. My vehicle didnt come fully clean also but it was really dirty. The bros working there hooked us up with interior wipes though.

One thing I learned a long time ago; if you want it perfect do it yourself and if you dont want to or cant then tip! Ive heard one rude comment and only one (it was the most recent timeIve gone through from some gal I had never seen. She pretty much implied that folks who tip dont know how to clean). Sorry lady I detail clean homes when I feel like some play money and I know how to clean. Other then that everyone else has been awesome and super nice! My car always looks nice after I go here an these poor souls got the 4 hr car drive end of the bugapocalypse every time!

Drove my new Dodge truck through their car wash and it ripped the rear view mirror off the passenger side of my pick up.I called and spoke to the owner about it, and he was one of the rudest people I have ever had the opportunity to speak with. He showed absolutely no Empathy and told me that he was tired of people like me that sit in my vehicle and talk on cell phones and mess with their kids while not paying attention to their surroundings trying to take advantage of him. He said that if I took the time to pay attention I would notice that nothing like this could ever happen in his car wash. (Well it was on my car when I went through, and I had to walk back into it to get it out????)So if you visit this less then kind persons business pay attention, or he will think you are in idiot too. I would recommend going elsewhere however.

This is the second time Ive gone through this car wash and had my vehicle come out still a bit dirty. I go to a car rental place on Bends Eastside... Stars with an H.... They will send you through again if your vehicle isnt clean...
