My first time there. This sweet young man helped me with selecting and paying. At the end of my car wash he was wait at the exit just to say thanks and wave goodbye! My car wash was excellent!

I just met the new owner who helped me dry off my car. To me, supporting business owners who are kind hearted and family-oriented is what its all about. The car wash was the icing.

This is the primary car wash drive through in Redmond. The readers need to be replaced. I followed direction, would not register my request. Took 4 tries. Worked after switching wash bays. 😞😠

The touchless is only good for removing dust. Otherwise wont clean.

Paid $12.00 for a touch less wash didn’t even get the dirt off. Looks worse then before we went there!! Never again will we use this wash.

Sometimes the car wash is out of order... seems to be more so lately. Usually one side or the other. It can also be hard to get in the parking lot sometimes when Dutch Brothers is backed up. Otherwise does a decent job of washing my car. Not the best, but not the worst.

Im giving this a three star for a couple reasons. First, when I went to pay, the machine wouldnt read my cards. I tried two different cards and only after I was about to give up and drive away, it decided to work. Second, after using the touchless wash, there were still several spots on my car that were missed.I did like the fact that it is open 24/7 as I came in extremely early in the morning. I will probably use this in a pinch after hours, but will try other places.

Like the wash except i still have to get out and reclean a few areas

The best thing about this place is the 24 hour access. The worst thing is that it shares an entrance with Dutch Bros.

A couple months ago I tried getting my F250 washed here. Turns out my truck is too big for the bay and I lost my $12. I wasnt going to hold that against the business until today when I brought my small subaru to get washed. After the machine telling me to drive forward-back up-drive forward-backup over and over for several minutes until it finally decided to just stop acknowledging that my car was even in the car wash. I tried to call the customer service number and it went to voicemail, not effective method to solve my problem as there were other customers waiting behind me. I had to drive away, again losing my $12. Ill never visit again because apparently they cant wash large or small vehicles.

Could use more soap it seems but it did get my van clean. They have towels to dry your car afterwards so thats a plus.

Touch less is the best

Love the choices for car wash. Touchless or Gentle Touch. Give it a go. Very convenient to just pay n wash. Also has vaccumming available n carpet cleaning. WOW!!!

Wouldnt work and no one answered the phone

Not even worth a penny. I paid for the soft touch, proceeded in, the instruction “drive forward” or “back up” was shown several times on the screen, so i did as it said several times. Suddenly the machine stopped working. I called the customer’s center, and they never answered. Very bad. Don’t go there!!!

Car wash stopped mid cycle. Washed frond half. We had to back out after the cars behind us backed out. With the fussy dog whining the entire time.

Decent wash for the price. Only negative is its sometimes difficult to get in and out as it shares entry with coffee stand. Looks awkward, but its OK as most drivers are aware and let wash cars thru.

We just went to this car washed. There were four cars in front of us. It took an average of 7 minutes to wash a car. This elder lady in front of us had a really hard time getting the machine to take her money. I went to help her and we finally made it work but she had to use her credit card. When we tried to pay, it wouldn’t work. So we just left. When we drove away we saw another elderly lady having issues. What a waste of time, 35minutes of our day. Poor maintenance too. Ended up going to Polar Bear car wash down one block and had great service in/out in 5 minutes!

I go through this carwash because my kids love the rainbow soap. In the last several years of going here, it always leaves sections of dirt. Its getting worse. I went through yesterday, and the touchless bay took my $12 and didnt even start. I do like the upholstery shampoo option on the vacuums, though.

Love this place! Use it once a month and almost never a wait.

It was yesterday that I went to Choice Car Wash, and this is a self service facility, the softtouch car wash was terrific and the added free towels for you to use was awesome in wiping down all the glass. The facility was neat and clean. You will enjoy this facility and get yourself a drink from Dutch Brothers right next door, you will definitely need to use the walk-up window, becuase both businesses are usally running at full capacity. Enjoy!!

Used the Touchless Car wash bay which ended up malfunctioning to the point where the machine dented my front bumber and scratched it up, ripped off my emblem and scratched up my hood on top of it.Update: Owner paid for full damage & car is being repaired at Body shop. Dan is very polite and beyond helpful. Accidents happen.

Very mediocre clean. Paid $12 for the Supreme wash, would have gotten the same result from the $6 wash.

I came here about a month ago and the soft-touch malfunctioned and trapped me inside. I had to call 911 because no one would answer the emergency number listed in the car wash. The owner called me later on and refunded my money. Went back about a week ago and went through the touchless. It didnt wash the back of my car at all. Decent prices but I would rather wash it myself so it gets clean.

Great quick way to give your car a decent wash. I went for the $9 middle cost for my Nissan Rogue. Its pearl color so shows all the dirt and bugs and road yuckies. This automatic wash did a fine job. Much better than me with a hose and soap. So worth the cost and time saving--about 10 minutes and done!

Scratched my car.

1 pass through auto car wash did not remove window decorations. I went through soft brush. Side windows were not clean. Back and front looked ok. Im glad I did not have a coating over the car after the initial wash. Might be ok for a light soiled car, but looking at the options, my car had the same level of scrub and rinse as all options.

We paid with card, drive in and nothing happened. Backed out, went back in and nothing. So we paid again, this time it finally worked but the wash was horrible. I do however recommend the one in sisters.

The car wash has been good. The reason why I put 4 stars was they didnt have a sign posted the vaccum didnt work after I inserted money(no returns) then we made sure the other one was good so moved our car over then the repair guy came and said its been out for awhile. Well thats nice to know. I was in a hurry to get my car appraised.

I paid for my car wash pulled in and it started but I thought I was a little to forward so I backed up a little and oops! Duh, I know. Anyway I messed up the car wash and it stopped. I had to drive around pay again and go through a second time. I called the number on the building for assistance and the owner got back to me and credited the first wash back to my card. He was so polite and helpful. The car wash job was pretty darn good too! Yes I recommend it.

Car is nice and clean again

I was really excited when I saw a fully automated car wash in Redmond. There arent many to choose from, so this was the first place I tried.My car was really dirty. Like - drive over the pass while the snow was really muddy twice - kind of dirty. The car wash did a great job of cleaning all the points it cleaned. The problem was that it didnt clean everything.I paid for the most basic wash - $6. I expected just a basic wash of every inch of my car. Unfortunately, it missed an entire section of the back of my car and didnt touch my tires. I guess you get what you pay for?Sorry to say that Ill be going to a manned car wash next time.

I have used this facility twice in the past two weeks. My car was still dirty when finished both times. The windows looked dirty when finished. I feel totally ripped off. I will not return again.

Decent price but Ive had issues with the carwash stopping mid wash and also it missing a significant chunks of dirt and grime.

The soft touch car wash had orange cones so I used the touchless. Paid $12 for the best car wash, when I exited the carwash, I got out to view how well it did, and the rear end of my car was still grimy and dirty. Very disappointed. Called and left a voicemail message with the owners, hoping I get a refund.

Hands free car wash. Waited in line for 30 minutes, paid $9.00 and it didnt clean very well. I will go elsewhere from now on. The reason for 2 stars is it is open 24 hrs a day and my regular place was closed.

Did the $9 wash. The spot free and rinse cycles seemed to be broken/not working properly. The blow cycle was over super quick. However, the car looks pretty darn clean considering my previous comments... but we will have spotting on the car because nothing was blown off.

Nice to have a touch less car wash option. However, coin machines are a hit or miss at working properly.

Such an average product, have used a couple of times, never cleans the car completely.

Good and Fair Car wash. But I would like to say I expect much better for the price. The car wash is safe and doesnt do damage to your vehicle. No-Touch is the best way there is to protect your vehicle from dings, scratches. However, the same spots on vehicles are always missed. So since that is the case, it should be cheeper.Plus, Damn Dutch Bros is next door. On a normal day you can not get to the car wash because all those obsessed caffeine snobs are rude as hell and block you from the car wash. Dutch Bros needs to MOVE their Location!!

Needs work, especially in the back area, getting in and out through the coffee line.

Hands down best carwash in town. I get the top touchless, absolutely fantastic job. My car thanks you! A thanks from me as well. Washing my own car in 20-30 degree weather, thats a hard pass.

Ill never go back to that carwash. The brushes missed so much. I go to the outlaw carwash in Sisters and my car looks awesome. Not all soft touch car washes are the same.

Paid $12 for a car wash and it left the bottom of my car still very dirty. Didnt even look like water touched that area. Mediocre job to say the least.

Sadly didnt even get the bugs off my windshield.

Terrible wash from the light touch device. Both the front and rear ends were UNtouched as well as the hood and roof were still streaked with dirt. Tires were still dirty. Paid $9 for the “super” wash. Better to have paid a small child. Very dissatisfied.

My car had no problems going though. I’ve used both the brushless and brush wash and the results were good.

Tight clearance, our Suburban barely fit. Completely missed several sections of the car (under the side mirrors, all along the rear fender, the top of the front and rear bumpers). The jet dry does a lousy job of drying. We wont be coming back here again.

Used the touchless side. Sides of car were mostly clean, back and front were not.

The value was not good. Marginal car was for the price. Receipt machine didnt work. One of the bays didnt work and when myself and another customer called the phone number for help no one responded.

My Jeep was pretty dirty. Used the brushless side and $12 choice. Jeep looked pretty good when it was done. Will use again in the future for sure.

Good enough for a quick wash. Brushes missed a couple square feet on my backside, but otherwise did fine.

Paid $12 to have my car come out dirty. Go to the Polar Bear Shell station. Ive always had a good experience there.

Went into the touchless wash and it didnt clean the van very well. It was very dirty and basically got an over priced rinse job. Vacuums werent included with the wash.

Horrible horrible car wash. The wash left a film on my car that is not coming off. Im beyond livid, especially because I cannot get a hole of anyone. This is my second time here and the first time it wasnt great either, left my car dirty but I thought Id give the no-touch side a chance. Horrible decision. Dont go here!! I made sure to take pictures too 😡😡

I stopped in this morning to get a no-brush car wash while the weather was cool. The bay door was closed, but had a big sign saying it would open when payment was made. I used a credit card and when the payment was made, the horn honked and the light turned green, but the door didnt open.As in the other review, no phone number to call, no attendant, no help. I banged the door, but it didnt move.I will have to dispute the credit card charge and I will not go back to that car wash. I will now ONLY go to attended car washes.

The most expensive option didnt get my car very clean.

Good touchless wash long lines on occasion

The brush car wash malfunctioned so I called the number displayed in the car wash stall. I left a voice mail with my name and cell number. The next day, I called again requesting a courtesy phone call with no response. Poor customer service—will not use again.

Horrible service. Payed for a wash and the machine stoped working. Called both their numbers and never got a call back.

Warning do not pay when there is another vehicle in the bay. The car in the bay was having trouble getting there car wash done and took mine. I did not have time to wait and pay for another one. And no telephone number posted to call.
