Cory was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and repair my issue. I initially took my truck to a dealership who refused to even look until I replaced my 2-month old battery. I knew there was a deeper issue with the electrical system and Cory listened and quickly found and repaired the issue (battery was fine!). He took the time to explain the problem and solution and also walked through several options for additional work I was considering for the truck, explaining the pros and cons of each option as he went. I appreciate that level of service and won’t be taking my truck to a dealership again.

Wow! Service Was great, especially the level of knowledge and attention to detail. Another shop had repaired my AC twice and it still broke the next year. Procar used the right tools to diagnose and fix. I will report back if there are future issues with the AC.

I really like Pro Car in Redmond. Have used their services on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma for the last two years. This includes wheel bearing replacements, front brake rebuild, U-joint replacements, carrier bearing replacement, and serpentine belt. Quick turnaround, good service and excellent communication by their staff.

Took my 2007 FJ in with a clutch going out. They found a few more problems that needed fixing as well (busted wheel bearing, some broken bolts in the frame, sway bar going out, brake pads almost gone, they found some mistakes made by a previous tire shop in the lift kit alignment). Nice to have seen a thorough inspection of all the stuff that needed addressing and they knew all the customizations that had been done to it previously and how to straighten it all out. The FJ drives like a new vehicle now.

Ive been using procar for over 20 years. Corey is not only a true professional but hes honest too. I dont have any hesitation to recommend him to anybody. An example is the dealer wanted over $7000 to fix a steering issue. Corey identified a number of parts that didnt need to be replaced and his estimate was $1700. And he held to the estimated price.
