I have trusted Luke with all my vehicles for 12 years. If he cant do it or its better off in the hands of a shop with more expertise he has always steered me in the right direction. Granted I have a lifted Jeep WJ that a lot of shops wont touch but everything I have had his shop do has been spectacular! I send everyone I can to him and they have all had an amazing experience.

We have used Lukes for years for any repair needs on our vehicles. Always dependable and trustworthy. Customer service is great, and everything is clearly explained. We will continue to go to Lukes in the future, as well!

Luke is an honest man. I had an issue with my car where I started hearing some sort of faint, metal-on-metal noise/vibration from one of the wheels and made an appointment with Luke’s automotive. The issue actually was short-lived and went away on its own (probably was a rock getting in between brakes and rotors or something along those lines) but I figured I’d just get it checked out for peace of mind. Luke and his guys spent some time on the car and did not find any issues, so he told me that the car is fine to drive and he is not going to charge me for the time, which I certainly appreciated. Now I know where to take my car whenever I need to get repairs/maintenance done!

I love it the way it should be friendly appearance they greed you very nicely makes you feel comfortable like if you know them already you tell them your problem with your vehicle and right away if its something to see or hear they checked right there and then job has been done great reasonable prices and I think I found my only place to have my vehicles serviced or fixed nice work Lukes Automotive and thanks...they make you feel respected and like to know what help you need

I had issues with my car while driving so I happened to spot this place and took my car for quick inspection. The owner was nice enough to ask one of his workers to quickly take a look externally and the worker diagnosed issue stating it might be metal to metal squeaking noise on the front break. The next day I called to schedule an appointment and owner gave me one date for which I asked if you have any earlier date, and he suddenly said “ I refuse to service your vehicle” and hung up !!! I never expected such rude behavior. I will NEVER EVER go to this place again.EDIT: (responding to owners comments)Good morning owner,There seems to be a communication gap between your worker and you. I *SPECIFICALLY* asked the worker if it is safe to drive few miles and drop kids and come back, to which I got response *YES* hence I drove back to my place. Please double check with him.As for the scheduling appointment is concerned, I wanted to get it fixed ASAP, hence I was asking for Friday appointment. I DID NOT hear you saying you are closed on Friday. And even if you have to refuse service, I understand but there is a polite way of declining it. Just saying I refuse to service your vehicle and hanging up is not I would expect as a customer. You are in your rights to refuse service just I am in my own rights to write honest review.

Honesty and IntegrityLuke is an honest no BS man, he doesnt do anything with your vehicle other than what you need done so your not surprised with extra charges on your bill, if he thinks you need something done he will tell you and leave it up to you. We had work done on my parents 1999 Suburban which they sold to another family with faith it was safe for them, also my sons 1985 classic Monte Carlo which he is selling, once again with faith it is good to go. His wife Jan, the woman behind the phone, funny, helpful, and a delight to speak to when your stressed about getting your car in. Honesty and Integrity is what Lukes team and shop is about!

I’ve was referred to Luke by my girlfriend and have been going for about 3 years now. I will never go to another auto mechanic again. Not only has he kept my cars running for me, he is honest and trustworthy. He always tells me what he thinks I need to do right away before implementing any repairs. Just called for an estimate for an oil change for my Subaru Forester and the answer I received was, Sir, if you have to ask for an estimate for a oil change you probably cant afford us, we charge $60.Perfectly reasonable price but with a response like that Ill take that $60 somewhere else.

The people who work at Luke’s Automotive are the nicest people and I am always telling people to bring their cars here. Luke’s is reliable, honest and fair. They are also so easy to coordinate with if you have to drop your car off/pick it up after hours. I am so happy I found this shop. Luke, the owner is genuinely the nicest and sweetest person who is so appreciative of his customers. I happily recommend this place to everyone.

The work seems to be of top quality too. Also, I liked how they sent an inspection report with photos explaining what exactly was wrong with some of the components of the car. Will be coming back for any kind of service Id need in the future.

Super friendly people at a time when things are so uncertain! I dropped my car off and they ensured me that they would call before anything was done with my car or charging me. There ended up not being any real issues but they cleaned some part and there was no charge. I highly recommend this great business!

Their honesty is refreshing. They fixed a major Suspension, control arm issue in my car, in a timely fashionInspite of their busy schedule, they quickly catered to me. They gave a quote real quick & they also fixed the problem in the time schedule they promised. My car has been running fine since the service. Price -wise they were competitive & they were very honest & transparent about what the labor cost, cost of goods & their profit.I even took my car for an oil change & they did a clean job with it & also pointed a battery issue which I know existed and I was surprised that they truly checked everything.

I was having some difficulties off and on with a shop I had been going to previously when a customer of mine suggested Lukes. I had already paid $150 for a diagnosis elsewhere and received what I felt was a high quote for the work I needed. I am not very knowledgeable about cars so felt unsure what to do. I decided to go ahead and call Luke. I explained my situation and Luke told me to feel free to not make any decision yet but to bring my car to him (If I wanted) and he would look it over at NO charge and give me a second opinion. When I got to Lukes he had one of the guys walk me through everything going on with my car, explaining (and showing) the good and the bad so that i could better understand what was needed (If needed) and why. He then told me he would put together a quote but not to feel pressured to go with them if I wasnt comfortable about anything. I asked him if he could prioritize the work which he kindly did. The quotes he gave me were competitive and better than what I had received elsewhere. Since there were several things that need work, I got the most important stuff done first and am getting the rest taken care of as time and money allows. Ive been back to Lukes a couple of times now and have always received excellent service! I visit the shop frequently and chat with Luke.I have a service van that needed some love as it had a check engine light on and had a funny misfire. Lukes got that solved. Excellent customer service. My car charger didnt work on my Volvo and I needed a fuse changed, I was able to walk in and get help from the mechanics. Not only did they changed the fuse, but they also educated me on how to do it. To top it all off, they refused to take payment for the work they had to do to find the hidden fuse box. They are top notch in character and quality of work.

After several unsatisfactory experiences with the garage I used to take my vehicle to for maintenance, the difference between them and Luke’s is crystal clear. I brought my vehicle in first thing in the morning @ 8:00 a.m. About an hour later, I received my first follow up call about the status of my vehicle. I opted to have additional service performed beyond my initial request. Within 90 mins, I received another call to report all service was complete and my truck was available to pick up - same day service! Luke & his team are amazing and do an excellent job keeping all of our cars running and safe on the road. We have been going there for about 5 or 6 years now. I dont trust anyone else to tell me the truth with what is going on with the car. He has even told us not to do work or to even wait that it doesnt need to be done now...who does that in this industry? Got a used car checked here before committing to a purchase, and Luke was very helpful and friendly.Took about 1:30h from when I dropped off the car (they had another car in first, so I guess the actual time spent on my car was more like 45 minutes) and cost about $100.Ill be coming back here.

Brought my difficult to work on car, a 1984 nissan 300zx turbo, over 32 years old, and Lukes worked on it, did a great job for reasonable price. We found I needed another part, which I bought myself, and they are going to install for me when it arrives. The company I work for uses Lukes for our fleet trucks so I wanted to see if they can help with an almost impossible job on my personal car (pt cruiser timing belt) and Luke went above and beyond to help with the job and my budget. 10/10 service.

I brought my car in because it was idling roughly and having trouble going uphill.Luke said it sounded like misfiring and did the investigation. He did a couple separate tests, and they both led to a diagnosis of replace the computer. He said that while hes seen that be a correct diagnosis maybe four times in his career, he didnt want to have me spend $800+ on what he considered to be iffy.So he referred me to the dealer without charging me for the hour of labor he did. It turns out that it really was a problem with the computer, so the dealer fixed it.While Im sorry that Luke didnt directly benefit from what turned out to be a good call, Im glad to be able to tell people about my positive experience here.

Went for emission diagnostic. Gave estimates on phone of $430 and when I denied doing work, gave estimates of $359 in written. Also charging way too much for components. Will never recommend anybody to go here.
