Needed my car inspected for a track event that was happening this weekend. They took the car at the end of the day and had it ready in the morning with checklist all filled out. Saved my life on this one! Really awesome guys to talk to as well. Will be coming back for any repairs or maintenance!

Jim is awesome and his wife is super funny. The work they do on all my company and personal vehicles is top of line! They work on everything from my f350, RAM, elements, F150 and even my old classic silverado !

Jim is a truly honest mechanic, over the last ~10 years he has worked on my car, my wifes car and both of our kids cars. He stands behind his work and is always a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a shop that is not going to try to make an extra buck on service you do not need see Jim.

If you know someone who you trust to fix your car, have them do it. If you dont, go to Jims.Ive brought my cars to Jims since I started driving and never had an issue. As someone who knows nothing about cars, Ive always felt comfortable with the whole process with them from diagnosis to solution to payment. They work hard to do a good job and it shows.

It is rare indeed to find an honest shop nowadays. Jims automotive is now my go-to shop for all of my vehicles.I had taken my car to a couple of places, who shook their heads and sadly told me Id be spending thousands of dollars to replace the entire front end because the rack was shot. I thought this was BS, so I took it to Jim, who had his guys simply tighten up the loose parts for about $100 in labor. He didnt even try to sell me a front-end alignment. Nope! Its fine.I also told him to replace any belts or hoses that needed it. Nope! he said, theyre all fine. Look almost new.Wow. Most other places would have jumped on this and replaced everything. I cant express how amazing it is to finally find an honest shop. Take you vehicles there. People like this need all the business we can give them so they stay in business.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt charge me for oil change because took 30 minutes more than estimated time. They were apologetic.

The words honesty and integrity still mean something to the owner and his staff. They dont overcharge on parts, and they definitely dont over bill you on hours. If you are lucky you will get to talk to Jim about cars for a bit. Dont bother looking for a different shop, because this is the one that deserves your business.

Sketchy, unorganized business. They’re bad at returning updates about your car and most likely lying about the work they do. They’re a bunch of old farts that run the place that don’t seem to care about explaining what is wrong with your car. It’s not reassuring when a mechanic doesn’t want to go in to detail why they’re charging you 600 bucks to replace a wheel bearing when that’s honestly the last thing to fail in that area. I mean, how do you pinpoint that the noise is coming from a wheel bearing? Something that doesn’t fail. Show proof!

WOW! Finally, auto care I can trust! As a young woman, Im sad to say that I always have to worry about what a mechanic tries to trick me into paying for. I was having the worst time finding a good price or even respect. THEN TA-DAH! Jims Auto! Fantastic staff, so friendly, they were just honest with me and worked with my schedule, in a stressful time I was able to breath easy and get what needed to be done! Great price, just wow! I drove from Seattle, just to go to them and will do it again. Worth it!

I had my truck towed here and worked on because my key wouldnt turn in the ignition. I tried calling them and left voice mails so I could talk to someone to let them know my info and so they could keep me updated on whats going on. I had to drive there myself just to talk to someone, and when I get there I stood around for about 10 minutes and finally the owner comes up and greets me when theres a lady at a desk who doesnt greet me at all. The owner was nice and knowledgeable and told me they needed to order a new part to be able to fix it. The next day my truck was ready and the lady called and told me my truck was ready but I had to ask how much it was going to be and they charged me just as much as the part cost as they charged me for labor so my new ignition cost $300... if I never went in they wouldve just worked on my truck and with out telling me anything. They do good work but are the least communicative shop Ive ever been to.

I want to let people know about how great this place is! I was quoted alot of money by my dealership to replace parts. I took my car to Jim for a 2nd look. Turns out I needed a few little things done and some tighting of things. I cannot believe how honest Jim is! Take your car here!!!
