I understand COVID is impacting everyone, but their lack of communication and professionalism is outstanding. A service that was going to take hours turn into a week. Without going into too many details I really hope the owners start listening to their reviewers in regards on working on their communication, scheduling and time efficiency. The only redeeming factor is that the owner’s wife was nice to talk to. Willing to give them a second shot, because nobody is perfect.

These guys are hands down the best mechanics I have ever had to deal with. They have been beyond understanding of all situations and have been amazing to interact with. They have our recommendations any day of the week. Superb experience through and through.

The new ownership is awesome! My car ended up having a recall. I live in Portland and they were very helpful with getting a diagnostic quickly and arranging a tow back to Portland with theyre towing company. Thank you guys!

I would rate this place a -1 if you could rate a negative. Elite auto repair took over 3 months to repair my car. Corey the owner had a whole book of excuses to whats going on .Corey even told me that one of his tow truck drivers hit and ran over a lady in Bend Oregon and left her for deadCorey owns Epic towing in Bend oregon..... I could drag this business through the mud if I chose to. Heres a couple of issues; I had asked for a new motor and Corey told me 3500.00 out the door. Corey asked for 2800.00 down. I gave him the money up front (Mistake). I never recieved a single phone call or text from Corey but when I would hear from the office I was always given excuses as to why it was taking so long. I felt that I was always playing chase Corey the carrot. Corey never had me sign a work order. Make short of this story after 3 months of chasing Corey the Carrot I did get my car repaired. No new motor and was charged twice as much as 2 other shops that had quoted me for the same repair. Also, after 3 months of waiting and me constantly attempting to contact Corey he acted like he did me a favor. 3 months of aggravation....!!!I suggest you take your vehicle elsewhere.

The worst time management I’ve ever seen with any company. We made at least 3 different appointments to service my vehicle, all of which were suggested times and dates by them. Each time I showed up they turned me away and rescheduled, therefore wasting my time and gas driving from bend. Not once did they reach out to me letting me know they wouldn’t be able to get to it in time. Im sure they are good people but they have a lot to work on

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. After 7 months, over $4700.00, countless dollars in lost business and too many empty promises to count, we had to TOW our work truck off their lot. (We drove it there.) They were unbelievably unprofessional and condescending. Please. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Corey and this terrible company.

We came in with overheating and a/c problems, with no appointment, and they got us right in no problem, and even fixed some smaller things such as oil and air for tires with no fuss. Great people wanting to help others out, and would recommend to anyone.

My family and I were visiting Redmond OR for spring break. On our last day there, our SUV threw up a Low Coolant Level warning. It turned out that the radiator hose had cracked and coolant had spewed all over the engine compartment. While I tried to jury rig a patch using duct tape, flex tape and a plastic water bottle, my wife called around to find a repair place that would also tow us. Im glad she did because my MacGyver skills were not good enough to patch the hose.Elite Auto Repair came through for us. The tow truck driver took great care to load our SUV onto the flatbed. We got to Elite by 4:40pm and they were scheduled to close at 5pm, on a Friday. My wife and I were mentally preparing ourselves for extending our stay through Monday or Tuesday because we thought there was no way they would start work on the car this close to closing time on a Friday.Cory triaged the problem, and started making calls to find a replacement part. Turned out that the part was not available and could only be procured by the following Monday. That did not deter Cory. When he heard that we were from out of town and were planning on driving back the next day, he stayed way past closing time and fixed the problem by cutting off the portion of the hose that had failed and hooking it up - to do this he had to remove the hose from the engine bay and that was a time consuming task. However, Cory was very meticulous in his work and did a clean job. He even hosed down the engine compartment with water to wash out the coolant and took us on a test drive to make sure the fix he did held up. Before sending us away, he even gave us a warranty for the work he did.My wife and I were very impressed with Corys work ethic and how he runs his business. I will wholeheartedly recommend Elite Auto Repair to anyone who needs their services.

My aunt called and they took the 4 day job. 2 months later, car isnt even pulled into shop. Every time she called they told her it was being worked on. She told them she had a wedding to go to on the 5th, she needed it by then. Well have it by then they said . Its the 5th no vehichle and we are at 8 weeks. I will badmouth this place till hell freezes over. They are liars and dont have a problem screwing over women.

Very honest to what they are doing, their price point and putting in your vehicle. Got me in right on the spot to help me with what I needed and this was even on Christmas Eve. Was very caring of not getting into my vehicle while he was dirty and allowed me to start my own vehicle for him. Wasnt able to get everything done that day as they were busy with calls but I will definitely be returning in the future for more work on my 2011 Subaru WRX.

This family owned and operated business is AWESOME. Thank you Cory & Grace for being such wonderful, honest, upstanding people!This team of professionals went way beyond the extra mile helping me one day while traveling through the Redmond area. I had called several tow companies and as usual prices were very high for towing, and nobody wanted to take the time -- to even talk to me! But when I called Corys shop, he answered, and I gleaned right away that he was the listening, caring type. He explained in a kind way that I wasnt too far from him, and that if I hobbled over to his shop, he could help me determine what was causing this huge trailer to not pull correctly -- and that the charge would be nominal.Long story short, I made the 10 mile distance to his business location, and a total of 3 workers modified my trailer tongue & hitch to help stabilize the trailer. They also explained that without leaf springs, it would need some weight on it to not bounce all over the place. In order to accommodate that problem, they temporarily sold me a scrap car and loaded it onto the trailer for me for free. They used a large forklift to place it correctly on the trailer -- and applied the necessary strapping of the vehicle in the front and back of the car to ensure safe travel.All in all, it took them about 3 hours of time to work through all of these concerns. They charged me only $50 for all the work, and then a temporary $120 for the dead weight car. This $120 is what they receive when they take it to the scrap yard. There was no profit involved in the $120 charged for the scrap car.This is what I needed to get this trailer safely to a nearby relatives home in La Pine. Moreover, they are buying the scrap car back at the same price they sold it to me -- as an extended courtesy.Cory & Grace: God Bless YOU!!!I pray people will see this honest review, and know that it is not dredged up. Elite auto repair was very professional with my vehicle needs. My car was making noise and pulling hard to one side, their head mechanic Cory got my in and fixed with in a few hours. This business goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I got my car back on the road and I will definitely be going back with all my car needs.

Justin was absolutely amazing! My nephew was here seeing his dying grandmother his car broke down ! They towed it to Elite we went today and spoke with Justin! Justin did everything possible to help out for my nephew who lives in Arcadia CA ! It’s so nice when you see how wonderful people can really be !! We seem to loose our humanity at times! Broke down and are from out of town and were towed here due to it being the only place open.Long story short, paid extra for them to drive to Salem to pick up a part for us (which we agreed to and appreciated them doing).However, after them getting my car fixed we drove off to our final destination only to hear a loud squeaking. Justin assured us it was safe to drive on our long drive back home.After getting it check out by a real mechanic back home turns out it was actually dangerous to be driving the car in the given condition and the breaks were actually compromised.Tried talking to justin about this and he got VERY defensive. We went to a 3rd party to have it check out and they said the same thing as our mechanic, had to have been cause by Elite Auto Repairs machines.I get that they are a new business and we are in hard times, but that doesnt make scamming someone okay. Will not return and advise others not to based on experience.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful by answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was going on. Also learned a thing or two about vehicles that I didn’t know before.! Overall great experience. Has definitely earned my business for the future.!

Great atmosphere; very helpful and friendly, I would describe it as a family-oriented environment. Justin gave me a few rides when necessary and they had a loaner for when I was unable to drive my own car. Very patient with me (I can be air headed at times) They explained exactly what they were doing with the car and were willing to stay after hours to help when necessary. I havent had many shop experiences but I am certain this is the best one I will have. These guys are awesome and I will definitely be returning if I ever have other repair needs.

Over thanksgiving weekend my Jeep stopped working and I was having a hard time getting my Jeep to a shop due to the weather. Justin the manager said if I got it to him he would get it back on the road the same day which was important considering we were from out of town. We pulled into the shop with a tow truck at 5:15 and he had waited for us and stayed and fixed it and got us back on the road that night. Incredible service would highly recommend.

Where do I even begin!?! For starters let’s just say that I have been referring to the owners, Justin and Brian, as my repair angels. I crashed the day before Thanksgiving with work the next four days devastated with the damage I had done to my car. I had a drivable car by Friday afternoon! The attention and promptness was comparable to a friend/family member. They really do treat you like family! The level of communication and care is over the top. If I could give 6starz I would. Highly recommended.
