This place is an utter joke, right along with its “mechanics”! I dropped off my F-150 with several warning lights on the dash panel. They had it for 2 hours. At first, I thought that the extended time frame may have been a good sign. Hell no! They basically told me to do my own testing on the electrical components until I found a short in the wire harness and to then bring it back for another inspection. They pulled up several codes pertaining to loss of communication between multiple modules. The service member that I spoke with absolutely refused to give me a spreadsheet of the codes and their descriptions. THEN I had already deemed the issue as the gateway control module . In fact, I had the brand new replacement part in my front passenger seat when I dropped off my truck. So I took off a little irritated and then noticed my new part was missing off of my seat. Naturally, I went back and asked what had happened to the part. No one knew of course. So I asked to check their surveillance system and wouldn’t you know… it happened to be out of commission that day… PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! If you do, I highly recommend staying, or at the very least, within visual range of your vehicle.

My F150 is currently at Wright Ford for some warranty work. Brandon in Service and the Parts manager have been incredible to keep me informed about the problem. Communication is key!!!! We just moved here full time. My previous Ford dealer service writers where I purchased the vehicle never communicated what so ever and always had an I dont care attitude when your car was in for service. You would always have to call and ask what the status was on your vehicle. What a pleasant change it has been on my first visit to Wright. Brandon also took the time to explain the characteristics of my 10 speed transmission where as the previous dealer service department seemed less knowledgeable and wanted to avoid answering any questions.

Wright Ford cant seem to sell OEM parts for your Ford truck. They dont carry Ford OEM batteries, and the sell you metric battery retention bolts instead of standard that thread OEM...

Many many moons ago they felt that somebody was using too much electricity and so they just cut the power to all of the storage units. I have one eye and was doing the best I could in the dark, last Saturday afternoon. when I called from my storage unit to the lady who was only 500 yards away, she had nothing for me. And Ford sucks.

I would NOT recommend this dealership for service work. I took my 17 F350 in for oil and fuel filter change thinking, “It’s a Ford dealership, prices should be relatively similar.” Wright Ford charged me $110 more than the Bend dealership. I showed them my receipt from the last time I had the same service done in Bend for $110 less. They didn’t care and told me they are using the “index.” Last time I take my vehicle there.

An absolute disgrace for customer service! If I could rate my experience in the negative, I certainly would...Theres a reason this dealership is rated a 3.9 and will continue to drop! Took my 04 Ford in for a delayed start 3 separate times, charged twice for $1,500 and was told the service department takes a conservative approach and better yet, truck was never fixed! DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!

I was VERY unhappy with the customer service i received here. I took my truck in because i had a check engine light on. I wanted them to do a a quick code check so as to have a diagnosis of the problem and plan for the repair. Instead of doing the code check they INSISTED i schedule an appointment a week later and that it would take an hour. I went to the dealer in the next town. It took them less than one minute to check the code and come up with a repair plan.

We settled on a truck a Wright Ford in Redmond. The sale was complete with pricing, trade in value, and financing prior to us arriving to actually sign and drive away with the Wright Ford truck.Sales manager Jeff and Salesman Dave knew that the ONLY item that we were not happy with was the lack of floor mats in the truck. Jeff refused to provide a set of floor mats NEW or USED to complete the purchase and let us drive away with a truck we were happy with.We decided that we were very uncomfortable with the Jeffs (Wright Fords) decision and walked away from the purchase over a set of floor mats (retail) $119.00 new on the Wright Ford website even though we suggested to Jeff just taking a used set out of one of the trucks for sale on their lot!After spending fair amount of time and effort to purchase the truck from Wright Ford in Redmond we found and purchased a different truck that same day from Robberson Ford in Bend.Robberson treated us fairly, respectfully, and have gained our business with a sense of value and loyalty to the Robberson approach to sales and service.

Quite shocked by service manager and mechanics attitude. I have worked as dispatcher for havc companies for ten years. Never seen such disrespect and unprofessional attitude in my life. I have seen tech lose jobs over less. Guess car industry is different. I now see why bend ford dealer is backed up and so busy. But happy will wait to get repair done.

Do NOT go there. They used bubble gum (or something similar) to patch a tire on a fully loaded 250 Transit. They should have replaced the tire. Our Vehicle got as far as Crooked River Ranch and blew out. Stranded in traffic, Lucky we didnt get hit. The shoulder had a 6 or 7 foot drop off, Couldnt get off the road entirely. Very, Very Dangerous.Wright Ford stripped the locking lug nut so I couldnt change the tire. Ended up having it towed. Waited till midnight for the tow truck. Wright Ford will not reimburse us for the tow. Lousy service, Poor attitude by Service Manager and Owner. See you in court-Wright Ford

Parts department is great but Service sucks took them 2 months with my truck and still didnt fix it. When I confronted the owner he made the call that I was a liability, and refused to fix my truck for something that they caused.(oil leak)

Extremely poor service after the sale. They failed to pay off my trade so the bank pulled another payment. I had to spend a several weeks trying to get a refund. Truck check engine light came on with less than 100 miles on the truck. Waiting to see how this issue plays out. So far I would not recommend Wright Ford.

Had some work done on my car, I got it back dirty greasy hand prints, bits of wire and plastic on the floor, dirty floor mats on passenger side and it was driven enough that I left there with my gas light on. It was a 1 day job which turned into 3 days. Very disappointed.

Okay I need to vent a little displeasure With the treatment I have received from Wright Ford in Redmond. The engine light on my 2005 Ford Focus came on so I took it to the service department at Wright Ford. They ran a diagnostic and discovered that the catalytic converter was bad and that it would cost $2300.00 to repair. Mike never mentioned warranty to me. I checked around and it turns out there is an 8 year 80,000 mile warranty on emissions related parts including catalytic converters. My focus warranty is good until January 2013. So I called Mike at wright ford back and asked him to check in to the warranty information for me, he said the 7 year warranty was expired, I asked him if it wasnt an 8 year warranty and he started giving me the runaround about having to bring the car in and how busy he was and didnt have time to look it up. This is the second time I have had issues with WRIGHT FORD service department, After the first time I heard they had changed their service department management so I gave them a second chance and the result was FAIL.Thank you for your Time.

Wright Ford Service Advisor advised front brake service based on the symptoms exhibited by the truck. They charged me for the service, but the symptoms were not resolved. Tom, the owner, told me that it was my fault, he was not willing to stand by his dealerships work, and that we should go our separate ways.

Needed parts in a pinch. These guys are sooo expensive at least 25% higher than the usual ford dealer I goto.

Worst repair shop in Oregon. slimy shop that gouges you at every turn.

They did the diagnostics on our car for under $100. The mechanic noticed a clamp on our radiator was very corroded and fixed it no cost.
