The complete lack of relaying information to the customer about changes in rates is pathetic. I have had my rates increased due to new fees not notified about. Or the fact they are not willing to work with you or understand circumstances about why a random test was missed. Its just another reason for them to take more money. Customer service is not helpful at all. Just do yourself a favor and get a cab or a uber. Smart Start is a joke.

The Smart Start Corperation is just a bit better than most other such companies. What really makes Smart Start great in central Oregon is the local staff in Redmond and the regional manager for Oregon. These people are great. If you need to have an Interloc divice in central Oregon there is only one good choice; Smart Start. Did you know that you can buy or lease a divice through them for your own use that is separate from your vehicle so you will always know if your BAC is good to go? Im going to look into it.
