All the workers are very efficient and kind. Even when they are short staffed they take the time to really go the extra mile.

So I came in a for a oil change for a rav 4 Toyota im well aware that my vehicle takes full synthetic oil. I caught the service tech putting the wrong oil I had to tell him the customer that your putting the wrong oil in. I paid over 100 dollars for full synthetic he was putting multi mix blend oil. Just be aware.

During the current crisis we are experiencing we have done our best to keep driving to a minimum however our Expedition still gained enough miles to need its oil changed. I wasnt sure I wanted to go to a dealership and stand or sit while waiting in an area of potential exposure and my brother-in-law shared that he had just gone to Valvoline in Redlands where he stayed in his car and the contact was very minimal. This morning I took his advice and went to see the crew at Valvoline, I was met with a cheerful and polite attitude while the whole process was thoroughly explained. While the technician made his way from checking the tires to the battery he called out the info to the service writer and she updated the info on our repair order in perfect harmony. The oild was changed, fluids topped on and a full inspection done in less than 20 minutes, very impressed with the wonderful service! For the level of service and being able to maintain a distance safely from inside of our vehicle it was a great value!

Staff was friendly and courteous. Took 15 minutes as advertised, checked tires and fluids and wipers, worth the money.

During my first visit, months ago, my Valvoline Instant Oil Change literally cost me 50-and-some-odd cents after using a coupon from Groupon! This time, after an emailed Memorial Day special, $40 and change. Well worth that and the 15 minutes spent on-site, from pulling into the service bay directly off the street, to leaving the driveway as I pulled back into traffic. Christian and Antonio were knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. They gave me suggestions about easily repairing an electrical issue after three other businesses (including my local car dealership) failed to investigate or even address my concerns, and they pointed out other potential issues to monitor. I highly recommend the Redlands, CA, service center and will definitely return for future service needs. THANK YOU and GREAT JOB, Team Valvoline!

Very bad service. I was double charged on my credit card, the employee with the visible hickeys on her neck was extremely dismissive, couldnt care less that my money would now be tied up for up to 3 days. Also couldnt enter my email address into the system, despite my showing her my email account settings page. I am the fleet administrator for our 13 company trucks, I shall be moving our account elsewhere.

2x I have been here for an oil change, and it is so convenient and fast. You definitely get good customer service. When you come here, not only are they changing your oil, but they also let you know what else you car might need replaced, like an air filter or brake lights. They even told me the right PSI for my tires, which I have been filling to the max all along but Im glad they checked that out for me, I think my tires have lasted longer just by that one detail. Would I recommend this place? Yes. Definitely go and try it yourself, I dont think you will regret it.

Got oil change ln my lifted truck everything was going well until I got home and I happen to look underneath. The tech had spilled oil all over undercarriage enough that I filled my driveway 5x5 inch square. I qenr back they said they just didnt clean good enough. Definitely last time I go there.

These people are just by the books. The other day I went to the Redlands Valvoline to ‘remove’ some engine oil from my car and they were like ‘No sir we don’t know how to do that’.. really!!So I believe they cannot handle an out of box situation.They are next door to me but I am Not going to them again as they have a very limited knowledge-base.Highly Business oriented, I believe!

Forgot to put 2 front bolts in my Hummer oil pan. The other 4 bolts were still in tight. Filter was loose too. Nice kids, but Millenials tend to need older supervision. Experience counts. Well-intentioned kids though.

Went there for a conventional oil change. First time going to this specific location, and I will never go back. They have no experience with Hybrid cars whatsoever. They flooded my engine will oil and my car stopped working right there. Had to go to Simple Automotive down to street to clean the engine and get my car back and running. Lost $300 in the process.This location is run by a team of amateurs. Do not recommend at all.

Fairly efficient. They do a multi point check list whether you want it or not. I just wanted an oil change quickly. They decided I needed a transmission fluid change. I passed for now. Owners Manual says the tranny is sealed. Go figure? They did replace some missing screws on the front skid plate. That was cool. Will likely go back. Fairly certain my new to me / used car engine is sludged up so I need frequent oil changes to clean it out. This review is a work in progress...

Are there cheaper places to get an oil change? Probably. What is great about Valvoline is the service and timeliness of their staff. They do mention suggested with to be done on your car but they are always respectful in upselling and not demanding. Ive even used them for quick fixes like a new battery or air filter.

Fairly fast service...seed a bit more expensive than I previously remembered. Although Ive frequented other Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations in the past, Ive never come across one that tried to sell me so many extras... This got a bit irritating after a while.

Called to receive quotes about an oil change and transmission oil change. The gentleman on the phone asked a few questions about my car then quoted me $149 for the transmission service. When I get there they tell me $199! $50 is a big difference, bro!🤔 Now for the oil change dilemma...I chose the basic oil change (which is over $40 here and other places I can get synthetic for the same price) he starts telling me which synthetic I want to purchase, starting at $61.80. Confusing because he offered me basic then changes it to synthetic! I didnt come here to play games. After Ive had enough of the shenanigans, I asked to leave because I didnt like how fast things were changing up on me. Did not feel right. The guys there were nice to me even though the giggling/whispering behind my car seems a bit like your talking CRAP about the customer. Its cool guys and gal... American Tire Depot was packed thats why I thought Id try Valvoline. Valvoline=shady

Today I got an oil change on my lunch break and was helped by mostly Amanda, Steven, (and unfortunately I don’t remember the other guys name). They were so nice and helpful!! I told them I was on my break and they tried to accommodate me as quickly as possible. It maybe took 15 mins and they were so through. I’m very happy with this location and their customer service/auto care. I’m seriously considering only getting oil changes on my lunch break because I like this location so much (I live about 22 miles away). Go Amanda!! You are so awesome!!!!
