IF I received call back to ask question, my question was not answered. The subject was changed or I was blamed for the mistake or increase in rates.After a period of time, I was changed to Email communication between myself & the office.I never requested this.Btw, I did not call every day or even once a weekAt most I called every other week or once/month.Between Jesse (assistant to Mr. Light) & Jim Light, I have never received such horrendous customer service in my life.I am female, 67 yrs. old, retired RN, no moving violations, mileage/yr less than 4,000 & no points on my valid drivers license.Due to poor health & emergency hip surgery it took awhile to get away from this office.However, it was the best Christmas gift I gave myselfThink twice before staying with this broker or calling in the first place.
