Horrible customer service. We never once filed a claim throughout our eight years with them. All of a sudden we get a letter stating they will not renew us because they claim we are in a fire danger area. How the heck they determined my home is in a fire danger area is beyond me. All of Yucaipa would have to burn before it gets my house. I leave them a message and they never get back to me. A month later I get their dim witted office assistant Nancy call me and telling me they won’t renew us. No kidding Nancy I tried contacting you! In the meantime I purchased another policy and we are done with you. This is just Farmers trying to recoup the money they lost in last years fires by getting rid of great customers who have never filed claims. Never will I ever recommend this broker and this insurance company.

Mike and Nancy have always been there for me whenever I have had a question on my insurance. Very helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me with anything I have asked. Always a positive experience with them!
