He wears glasses and sits in the corner closest to back door, really awesome guy really cares about his clients and makes sure they’re satisfied with there policies and really makes sure your getting what you paid for so shout out to David!! They give a good rate until it comes to actually covering you. Stop adding cars to your policy with this insurance company. I Totaled a car That I paid veronicas insurance on for over a year and they will not cover it. They gave my grandma liability on a car she paid full coverage on then only apologized for it and still charged her again to put full coverage in place. Any place can give you good rates and good customer service so don’t get flattered when they do this. Will be lawyering up and getting to the bottom of all of this

My first experience was great. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. Francisco assisted me and made sure I understood everything clearly. He’s a great employee every time I go back I will ask for him. I want to make sure to thank him for making sure I was getting the best deal he could offer. I have a DUI w/ and accident and I was paying $120 for liability ONLY w/ State Farm and Adrianas insured me for $53 a month! I highly recommend you get a quote and see real savings, in this case Im saving $804 a year. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful, every time I call my agent or the office manager takes care of my problem and doesnt transfer to customer service. They also have a referral program which got me some extra money. Give them a try they are a life saver!

Terrible terrible service! this co. Adrianas and Alliance (actual insurance co.) are set up So Anyone with breath in their lungs can get an insurance policy. They cater and count on illegal aliens flocking for we insure anyone services and in doing so, do Not give a rats a$$ about anything but your $$. they will charge you $5-10 to pay your bill eaither in person $10 or online $5...?? who the heck still does this! Its not 1994 anymore...they do Not expect a challenge on any situation.(hense most customers are illegal or have so many duis their backs against the wall for insurance) my pay period (as with most every human out there) is Never on the same day, sometimes check falls right on my due date the 8th and causes me to get the payment in on that exact day...(by mail mind you, or theyll charge for same day instore and or online services.remeber $5-10) I mail it in and postmarked on the 8th, only to be charged $13 for a late fee the following bill!!? the reason...they do not honor the same day post mark as the Same Day due date!!?? either that sir or you can pay instore...why mention this when its still a damn service fee!...More $ Taken from their customers. The service is terrible and they dont care in the slightest about your matter. theyll throw in your face thats our policy and theres nothing that can be done. again they specialize in insuring non documented drivers and dui...so they dont mind screwing over thier customers(theyll pay or get busted) (wonderful world of scumbags) this place is the worst insurance co Ive ever dealt with...Ive been an insured driver for 25yrs and this is by far the lowest of the low in every since of the word...Get Someone Else!!

Outraged! Called in today for a insurance quote. Spoke with a Marilyn and poor girl couldnt answer some simple policy questions I asked like geesh! Waste of my time very unprofessional then I ask to speak with someone else and she hangs my call I call back to be hanged up again. Very very unprofessional dont know what kind of office there running just seems like a bunch of clowns.

$199 set up fee just to get the insurance. I walked out and went somewhere else.
