We called AAA to get our Car towed. They sent their 3rd party tow truck to tow our Car and damaged our front bumper. It was perfectly fine until the driver damaged it. We got a quote to fix it for $1000. AAA offered us $500 and told us pretty much take it or leave it. How is that fair?

This location is great. You can get all your DMV stuff done there, get all your insurance needs met, and though Ive never used any of their travel services Im sure you can get those needs met there also. Ive never waited long either to get things completed.

Car Registration - good place to do it but, still cant use a card with debit printed on it AND will change a % to use a credit card... Its 2021, I dont understand so, I paid cash AGAIN, thats okay, its faster than the DMV.

Went to get Placard, had no problem and got in and out.

Picked up maps and had my passport picture taken. Done and done. Fast and courteous. Only Con is they wont let you use their public restrooms. Such a shame you cant even was your hands. Time to open them up again.

Staff here were super helpful and knowledgeable on the somewhat complex stuff I had to do with my cars, switching titles and changing plates, etc. Definitely recommend going here instead of the DMV at all costs!!! Saves you a lot of time.

Had an excellent experience at AAA, again. They were beyond accommodating when told I very recently had surgery and tried to avoid me entering the building (Covid). Went this time for a transfer of title and pay the registration on a dirt bike I bought for my son. Got there mid week 15 minutes before opening and there was a line of about 15 people already. They had a sequence of marks on the ground and the admin was asking who was there for what. People just making in person insurance payments were taken before anyone needing DMV services. Took me about 15 minutes to get inside. Then there were about 4 more spots inside to stand in line. Then I was called to the DMV services and took about 2 minutes for the transfer and registration payment. FYI they take cash or major credit card. DEBIT cards with MasterCard or Visa are NOT accepted. If you use a major credit card there’s a fee like 3% or something. I always take cash anyways.

Rep was polite, courteous and professional. Even with minimal wait was In and out in 35 min. Anyone who needs DMV services is crazy not to use AAA.

Friendly staff, they had a woman waiting outside who was directing people where they needed to go and keeping everyone socially distanced. She was very pleasant. Everyone I interacted with inside was also pleasant. I’m glad that I can come here to do things that you would normally have to do at the DMV and it’s done in half the time.

Had to stop at AAA to renew car registration. Due to COVID issues you cannot talk to a live person thru phone. One line to get in and ot took about 30-35 minutes. Far better than DMV. Had to register car in person due to car recall issue.

There was a line outside when I arrived about 12:30(lunch time) however they are checking people in as you arrive, advising of how long the wait could be. They estimated the wait to be about 20 mins and were spot on. When my turn came around I entered to find another line however wasnt in that line for more than a min when I was directed to Christina who was amazing!!!! She not only took care of the registration I initially went in for but she took care of an additional registration that I have had a problem with before Covid-19. Thank you Christina for going above and beyond, explaining the why behind the problem and doing it all with a great positive attitude!!

I was trying to get new license plates for my truck because someone stolen and I did what they asked me to do after taking a day off to take care of the problem I came back from Desert hot springs with the paper work and I was told that they wouldnt not be able to give me the new plates and stickers because my address on registration was different from my license driver I had been pulled over by the police and they never questioned the difference in the addresses Im not happy because they didnt told me anything the day before

Sara is my travel agent and she is wonderful. She really cares about her clients, will look for the best deals and communicates well. She will answer all of your questions and we have never felt that she was too busy or felt like we had to hurry. I sent her an email late Friday and I expected to hear from her on Monday, but she called me on Saturday late morning! It was a pleasant surprise and she had all of the info I needed to make my decision. Even though I no longer live in the area, I will continue to work with Sara for all our travel needs. 👍👍 to you Sarah. You are truly appreciated.

There was a line that ran outside the length of AAA bldg. But the did have someone getting everyones name and what they wanted. Everyone was staying 6 apart thats the main reason the line was so long. Once inside the people at AAA are always very very friendly not fake friendly they really just want to help you.
