A good housekeeper is hard to find. An excellent housekeeper is a near impossibility to find. I have used Sparkle Buddy for 2 years and can say I found excellence. Every interaction, from the cleaning crew to the office staff, is geared toward customer service. I love the timeliness, the communication, the flexibility, and the special courtesy they extend in going above and beyond a normal expectation in order to meet our needs.

Ive used these folks 3 or 4 times for monthly house cleaning. They did a good job twice, and once not so good. I mentioned that to them and the last time was outstanding! I was very happy with the quality of the service!

I have been a client of Sparklebuddy for over a year...The Cleaners are very professional and get right to the cleaning.There are 7 people living here in my home and Sparklebuddys really leave my home clean and the cleaners work very well together...The office staff is top notch and they go out of their way to accommodate all my needs and crazy schedule.Prior to hiring Sparklebuddy we had tried 3 other local cleaning services....needless to say...Were staying for as long as they will have us.

Very flakey hasnt shown up multiple times and never calls to say they arent cleaning is alright sometimes other times theres still messes or unvaccumed areas. poor owner needs better people to work and stay working

Howie is a great guy and great relationally. As I value him as a person and want to see him succeed I have been reluctant to share my experience. I contracted him and his team to clean multiple furnished apartments after students had moved out. Unfortunately despite his best intentions, he did not have the quality and depth of staff at that time to carry out my larger, concentrated job as promised. It was a very frustrating and upsetting experience for me. I had to Inspect their work and send them back once or even twice to reclean what they had missed (and was on our checklist). I felt disappointed to be charged a premium rate for two junior girls on the job that didn’t seem to know what they were doing. One apartment they turned up without any equipment and were asking the site manager to borrow her broom etc (the site mgr just told me of her experience yesterday). One girl was apparently hanging out the window using her shirt to clean the outside window. Howie was gracious to receive the feedback and tried his best to correct things and for that I am grateful. Howie has a great attitude and is an entrepreneur and I wish him the best. He is always looking how to improve things. He just needs to make sure he has good, experienced staff who have been trained on how to professionally clean, efficiently and to take instruction on what to do or not do.

Tana and her crew came in for deep clean today and they were amazing! The house was sparkling and smelling good when they left. Tana herself cleaned the kitchen and she cleaned the oven so thoroughly that it looked like it was brand new! The lady who did my bathrooms was awesome too. She spend good 2 hours just in my master bathroom scrubbing everything. I will definitely recommend Home Buddy and will use them again for maintenance cleaning as well.

Home and Office Buddy did an amazing job cleaning my home. They went above and beyond and made my home look outstanding. They even polished my stainless steel trash can in my kitchen! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a thorough cleaning in their home or office!

Moving from out of state, I scheduled sparkle buddy to clean a vacant house. Im not sure if the cleaners looked at it and decided it wasnt worth their time or what, but I should not have come in and feels the need to clean behind them for the price I paid. I expect a call from them after the holiday. If not, I will be putting up the picture evidence because it is ridiculous

We have a vacation rental in Palo Cedro and have been using Sparkle Buddy for over a year and a half. Weve been highly impressed with all aspects of our business relationship- they perform quality cleanings, are punctual, and the owner Howie always strives to assist us with ancillary issues secondary to our rental (getting our garbage curbside, swapping out empty propane, etc.) when they come up. Cleanings are always done immediately after checkout, even when a Sunday cleaning is necessary due to a weekend checkout/check-in happening. They have never missed a cleaning. Id actually characterize our relationship as more of a partnership than that they are our cleaning service. I highly recommend them as a service!

They cleaned the place pretty well and were the only ones to service my house in Corning. I would like to give 3 and a half stars but thats not an option. It was a bit costly. Pricing did not take into account that the fact that they didnt have to clean a refrigerator or stove. House was pretty clean but there were several spots missed (usually on the walls) nothing big but they were there. I know because I painted and had to clean these spots. If you want five star cleaning service in Chico I recommended as good as it gets. She is lets professional but always cleans exceptionally well

We had Sparkle Buddy for a few months. We could never tell when our office had been cleaned because it did not look different than before, yet we received invoices. Their scheduling system was glitched and would send us multiple email reminders for different days of scheduled cleaning all within one week. We were dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning. We did appreciate how kind Howie & his staff were.

Well I called for a quote, the lady I talked to said Mariah would email me with a quote, which never happened. That was almost a week ago. I have gotten several other quotes from other companies, Ill go with one of them!

Tana and her crew need 12 stars. They are so incredibly nice, efficient, thorough, and amazing. My crew accidentally had soot leak out while they were cleaning a chimney.
