First off they wanted 60$ an hour for one cleaner. My cleaner was a half hour late. Her family was out side waiting in the car for her to be done. I felt like she took her time with the stove that nothing else got done in the hour.

I had to clean the rest of the day to do the house cleaning job I hires them to do. I had cobwebs and dust still. They didnt windex and only dusted here and there. Poor job.

Sarah pays close attention to detail, she does such a wonderful job, many of have her cleaning our homes as well as our office. I definetly recommend Sarahs Scottish Maids.

Her cleaning is as advertised, however her pricing fluctuates by her whim. The first time we used her, she charged $30 an hour per person. We were pleased with that and felt it was a fair price. At the second visit, she informed us that the price had gone up without any advanced notice. That same day, one of her cleaning people left our shower on all day and did not clean as requested. The third visit was OK. The fourth visit was disastrous. Only one person showed up to work 2 hours and Sarah expected us to pay $60/hour, double the amount we paid before. Sarah justified the doubled increase with a ridiculous statement that she’s been teaching her staff how to speed clean. We would not recommend these unscrupulous business practices.

Our bathrooms look brand new. Sarah’s crew showed up just when they said they would and did over and beyond what they said they would do for us.
