I went there to get the transmission serviced, after I was told it needed it by a dealership mechanic. The tech at Jiffy Lube looked into it and told me not to waste my money. The fluid was in good shape and Not burned up like I was told. This saved me 150.00. This just shows that they are here to help you and not just there to do unessorry work take your money! Great services, great people, and AN affordable price...

If you want more stuff wrong with your car then when you brought it in, this is the place for you. I came in for an oil change, they changed out my air filter I paid almost 150$ for all of that, and then when I left I turned on my AC and it was making a horrendous sound. I went back and was told, yeah I dropped some debris from the filter down there take it home and vacuum it. Didn’t work.

This shop was able to get me in without an appointment for an oil & filter change. They also checked the other filters and topped off all of the fluids & added air to my tires. The price was fair & the customer service was awesome. Im not really sure if they do other repairs, but I definitely recommend this facility for oil changes & I would have them do other repairs also.

Price Gouging! Charge for topping of washer fluid that was already full. And not cleaning a K & N air filter properly and charging a premium price to do it.I will never go back.

They left off my oil cap. The filters needed to be replaced and had the nerve to charge me.

Quoted me 44 dollars. Told me I needed 6 not 5 quarts so charged me 60! There was only one guy doing the oil change the other guys didnt do much of anything. Wouldnt recommend

I was in a hurry and stopped in at 4:45 p.m. and was worried they would be to busy. I was greeted by a really nice guy who indicated it wasnt a problem and that I could get in. So I went inside and the guy went over my services and within about 30 minutes I was all done and out the door. They are fast, friendly and really polite. Its like taking your car to a friend to have something done, but not having to worry if the friend knows what he is doing. I will return.

I’m convinced they don’t know how to work on kias? I took my car in two weekends in a row, they turned me away the first weekend because they were “too busy” and then the next weekend they told me I have a broken engine mount and refused me service. Same person each time. I took my car to the dealership and there’s nothing wrong with my car. Very odd, and I’ve never had issues in the past.

Quick and easy . Just one thing they forgot to put down shoe protection on my carpet. But I have not had it detailed yet thank goodness

This business is shady as all get out I took my car there to get an oil change they then sold me air and cabin filter and wire blades which was 178 total I drove for about a week and noticed when it rained the wipers hadnt gotten any better and then it dawned on me neither was my car but it wasnt till the car wasnt getting any better so in the process of moving to willows I didnt have time to take it back there so when I got settled I took my car to be looked at specifically the oil changed and just like I suspected the oil was chunky and theres no way if they just changed the oil it would be that way with the full synthetic blend they were paid to put in do not not take your cars to these people they are crooks and wont make it right either

Jiffy Lube in Red Bluff has always been good to me...even over a decade ago when I had a few issues they went above and beyond (Manager came up to my house and cleaned up the HUGE oil spill).They are prompt, courteous and through. Because I have older vehicles I often take advantage of their top off policy before going out of town.I was kinda bummed they quit vacuuming...they said due to Covid-19. But still happy with them!

We went for just a basic oil change. He told me it was 44.95 for the oil change. He said we needed some filter that filters the cabin air. Im assuming that meant inside air. So we said to change it. When we got the bill it was 92.00!! They charge 50.00 for that filter!! Never again!!!

Well- its open during quarantine. But there were 3 cars ahead of me and it was hot. So I decided to wait in my car where its cool. He came and asked me to turn off the car because it was making the oil hotter. Thats not unreasonable; but there was no place air conditioned for customers to wait. So I left.

Friendly staff and quick service.

Fast and thorough service. Two stars knocked off because in todays environment all employees should be wearing face masks and not one person was. Many customers had masks on but not a single employee. Unfortunate, had this been three months ago I would have given them five stars but you need to change with the times and protect yourselves and your customers.

The guy that worked at this location were terrific. I stopped in one day and they were swamped, but were still curtious and professional. Went back the next day and got the great service Ive come to expect from Jiffy Lube locatins. If I lived in the area theyd be my go to!!

I went for oil change, I was greatly by ver nice professional young man that helped me with everything I needed. The young woman in office was very nice and very thorough explaining everything done. Upon getting into my truck noticed they vacuumed it for me. Filled low fluids for price he quoted me for oil change when I got there. I highly recommend this business. Great service all the way around.

The people were very quick with changing my oil and very kind in doing so. The man handling my payment was especially kind. I was about 10 dollars short and he paid that for me out of the goodness of his heart. Unfortunately i didnt catch his name but i hope he gets a premotion, people like that deserve the best in the world. I will definitely come here again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!I came here to get an oil change in my car. My car was fine and perfect until the oil change. The tech said there was an oil leak but unsure of where it was coming from..this was the first I have heard...So a few months go by and the leak gets worse. Its practically dripping pools of oil on the pavement. I saved up money and went to have it checked by a trusted mechanic in Simi valley.I was told that who ever changed the oil last did not properly install the filter and striped it and that is why oil was leaking....It was a quick easy fix but I had to endure months of anxiety, stress over it, loss of money and all because these guys cant do a proper oil change.I called the manager to let them know and he was rude to me. He said that I had an oil leak prior and that you cant strip it. I told him He could talk to my mechanic right now and he refused. No cares were given, and he constantly was trying to blame my car.THIS IS YOUR WARNING. AVOID at all costs. THEY WILL PRETEND TO BE NICE TO GET YOUR MONEY AND SCREW UP YOUR CAR AND THEN BLAME IT ON YOU WHEN YOU HAVE PROOF OF THEIR MISTAKES.

Car has oil changed properly but unprofessional employees in garage. Lots of crude humor and language. No air conditioning in waiting area and website says free wifi but none available.

The guy they send out to greet has a good sense of humor and is very knowledgeable at least with diesels. The guys from before didnt seem to know as much. The guy also told me he smelt diesel in my coolant told me to get it looked at and I did. Come to find out one of my injector cups was cracked. If it wasnt for that guy going the extra mile and letting me know I think I would have had bigger issues. Thanks Tim!!! I think that was his name.

Went in there Thursday slowest service ever. The fat Mexican guy seemed like he didnt know what he was talking about. Seems like its ran by a bunch of immature kids my car smelt like someone smoked weed right before they went in my car the guy who greeted me seemed like he was stoned. Vacuum and windows was done very poorly. I told the guy to check my power steering cause I knew it was low. They didnt even top it off like theyre suppose to. Also my tpms light was on when I came in they said it was the sensor I went to Bobs tire they said my tire was low on air so that tells me they didnt check my tires. Every time I looked over it they were horse playing in the shop. Ill never take my car back their again.

An absolute joke for their process. I purchased a Groupon for full synthetic oil change for $48 and they tried to charge me an additionally on top. They need to figure their process out.They also tried to get me to purchase a new air filter when mine was just fine. They try to push uncharges a lot. Ultimately, a joke experience.

RAPE! My wallet and my faith in auto machanics has been violated.Jiffy lube said I needed a new oil pan gasket. After inspecting the problem myself I found the bolts on the oil pan just needed to be tightened. They also broke the lever to recline the passenger seat.

Today went in for oil change with $29.00 coupon....showed Macha nice before service but they said I didnt n charged $52.99 plus said my windshield wipers needed replacing n would take $10 off...after agreeing ended up paying their so called discounts plus labor on top of it....this business is a rip off n they make sure they talk FAST so u dont catch what they are saying.....rip off to women naked sure they explain what exactly u r are greeting to pay but they bipass this too by telling you discounts WONT b counted until your ready to pay...unless u want to b ripped off I suggest never using using this business....go somewhere else...I own for vehicles that needed servicing every three months n its of certainty they have loss a lot of my money n their disrespectfull mannerism.
