We got a flat so we changed the tire to the spare tire to get us to the shop. When we got there they did the free tire repair. When they inspected the tire the was pin sized hole hole. They inspected it even further and notice there was a nice gash where the tire meets the rim. It was too dangerous to try to repair it and put the tire back on. So they gave us a free used tire to get us back to where we need to go. Thanks I-5 Point S!

Fast Fair and Honest. Oil changes, flat tire repair and did our brakes without any issue or bait and switch BS they are great. Wish they were opened on Saturdays though 🤔

They have always helped me and my lack of taking care of my cars well... 🙄 honest people! They once did work on a car that ended up being way more involved (taking the entire front of the car off!!!!) And didnt even charge extra, just the amount they had originally said for what was supposed to be a simple fix. They have always been patient with our kids in their very clean waiting room. And if you sign up for their text messages, you get deals on oil changes!!

It’s nice that tire shops have phone numbers to get quotes... I’d be really nice if I called point S and they answered. I mean I called the shop 12 times and they don’t have an answering machine to leave a message looks like they lost a customer

I called all over to find someone who would do a custom alignment on my lifted 2006 Jeep Wrangler and no one was willing to do it except Point S. Not only did a custom alignment get done, but it went from undriveable to perfect on the road thanks to Brian who put in so much work and effort on it.

Stopped in to get my Mothers tire checked, the low pressure light was on. Grant got her right in and went right to work. There was a nail in her tire. Asked if it could be plugged or patched, he said sure and quickly the tire was off and getting patched. From the inside. With the tire off. You know the right way. In 10 minutes the tire was ready and back on the car. Awesome right? Wait it gets better, when asked how much I owed. No charge!!!! WOW!!!!! I asked how long she had before she needed new tires? Grant answered honestly, but didnt try to pressure the sale. That impressed me so much, I asked for a quote on a new set. The price was awesome too! Can they do it today? You bet! Less then an hour later, mom has a great set of new tires. With road hazard, free rotation. Get a flat they will fix it free. Mom hears a funny noise in her car? Grant will take care of it! Wont go anywhere else! Awesome Job!!!!!! Thank You Grant and the entire team!

This place is clean and employees are friendly. It also. offers free tire rotation with all oil changes. The employees really take the time to go over every detail of work performed. No pressure to have more work done yet advises you of potential problems that may arise in the future. They were quick to have service completed, and the price was the lowest Ive seen in town. I highly recommend this place shop.

When I found I-5 Point S Tire, I wasnt searching for new tires, but needed to recycle old ones abandoned on our land. I phoned everywhere in the Redding/ I-5 corridor, and when I reached Brenda at Point S, I hit the jackpot. Great freeway access and a helpful and informative crew helped my husband to unload the junk tires with a very reasonable recycling fee. He was impressed by the clean, well-appointed shop and selection of tires. This time, he dropped some off. We will be back again to buy tires.Thank you, Brenda, Tom, and Dusty!

We had a trailer tire explode and, shortly after, got a screw in the truck tire. We limped to Tom Gabels Point S Tire Center where we got the most incredible service. Tom led us through our options, fixed all of our problems, and got us back on the road much faster than we expected.Best service ever!!!

This place is great. Great customer service, very attentive, polite, and good prices. I went in for one used tire and they actually notified me that I had a cracked rim therefore a used tire wasnt going to solve anything. They put the spare on, recommend me places to get a rim for cheap AND didnt charge me a dime. First time customer and overall good experience. Will be coming here for tires and other services from now on.

I needed my tires to be rotated. They said it coukd be about a 20 wait. I was in and out in about 15. Very helpful and friendly staff. Its also located in a very nice area so that traffic isnt heavy in order to get in and out of the establishment.

I started buying my tires here in 2007. I always feel that the deal was the best that I could get and that I-5s staff cared about the job they were doing. I once had a problem with a used tire that I purchased at I-5 Tire, When I went in to address the problem they just took care of it with out a second thought put on a second tire, balanced it and out the door in no time.This is the kind of company I want to work with, one that cares about me and my safety.

Have had mixed dealings with this place. Had the technician try to sell me a new cabin air filter when my truck was 3 months old. During another oil change, had a technician argue with my wife about the required air pressure in the tires. This trip, I had a technician tell me that I have been undercharged for all my oil changes (a year worth) and from now on it will be $40 more each visit

Was stranded with a 2nd blowout. This tire shop responded with a wheel mounted spare, got me to their shop, mounted 4 new tires & had me back on the road in a little over an hour. Wish they were in my lake havasu cith, arizona!. BEST TIRE SHOP EVER!

I was driving to oregon towing a trailer and one of the tires was about to shread. It was 20 minutes before they closed and I called them up to ask if they could throw a new tire on. They did and did it fast. They also filled the other 3 tires on the trailer because they were very low, and they noticed the bearings were close to shot with alot of play. If I lived in the area I would be a returning customer. Decent price as well.

There service man tom was fast at fixing my problem. Had a leaking valve stem in a wheel for a horse trailer. He replacex it with a nrw metal stem.
