Anthony is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Oil change was done in half an hour. They even went to an auto shop near by to get the correct air filter for my vehicle. Very impressed with this shop. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend them!

Fast, professional oil change with no appointment needed. The waiting area is adequate for a short wait. Plenty of room for maintaining 6 ft. AC working well. The guys outside were courteous, very busy. They wear not wearing a mask, but had minimal interaction with customers, and they were working in 110 degree heat.

I have been a customer since 2018 but a month ago I had an oil change and no one checked the air filter which caused my engine light to come on my 2017 Ford F-250. Being that I had just been to Cassidy’s I figured something was really wrong because I new they had done there job; boy was I wrong!! My truck sat the month I had done the oil change because of the quarantine so the excuse that it was where I could have been driving was not valid when I called to explain my frustration. The manager in Red Bluff was unapologetic and very unprofessional. When I talked to the owner’s secretary she was responsive but said the owner would get back to me and they never did. I explained that I am not looking for reimbursement of my bill to figure out it was the air cleaner but a sincere apology would have been nice and people with better work ethic in Red Bluff would be nice. I will NOT be going to Cassidy’s again. It makes me sad that I can’t support local ownership.

I have never just driven up for an oil change and had my car go in right in for the oil change. I usually have some wait time. Not here though. AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and got everything done in a minimal amount of time.

My girlfriend decided to take her car into auto lube for the last oil change. Brought it into jiffy lube today (which is where it had been before she took it to auto lube.) Looked at the oil filter and it was the same exact filter that was jiffy lube had put on the last time it was brought into jiffy lube. Auto lube didnt change the filter when my gf brought it in there. Also transfer case was way way over full. Looks like they didnt even change the oil. They totally ripped her off. Ill never recommend anyone to auto lube.
