They do it all!! I would not trust any other shop for my vehicle upgrades. TruckAmmo is the best!

Truck Ammo is a pleasure to deal with. These guys helped me with my Ram 1500 and then when I bought a jeep, I knew I could go there for help to customize. Of course I got side steps, wheels and tires. I also needed to be able to flat tow behind my RV. The guys did the research, ordered me the ENTIRE package, and installed it seamlessly. The neat part was, once installed, they took the time to walk me through how to hook it all up. They were so accommodating and even offered to drive to me to make sure everything worked as intended. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!!

My wife got me a bed cover here. The guys at the shop were helpful, respectful and fair. They had to order the cover but it came quickly and was installed promptly and flawlessly. I have yet to meet the guys at this shop personally but I would like to thank everyone who help my wife pick this out. You guys made her experience awesome and I will not buy from anyone else from here on out.Side note - months ago I was on the manufacturers website submitting quotes from dealers for a hardcover for my truck. I sent messages to 10 dealers. TruckAmmo was THE ONLY one to respond. That means something to me. Any truck accessories I buy will be through your shop from now on.

I chose to go to TruckAmmo because of their state of the art equipment and reputation. They did not disappoint! I brought my truck to them because I was having an issue with my 35 tire set up that was done by another shop/online store. My tires now ride smooth as glass. Awesome job 👍. Ordered a roll up bed cover and they were able to install it for me on my truck as soon as it came in. I was on a time crunch as I was heading out of town for the holidays, so this helped more than they probably realize!

I recently had my Chevy Silverado in here for a 7 in lift, new tires and rims, and a mounted lightbar. They went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted at a fair price and in fast time. Told me a week for parts, dead on. A week for scheduling, dead on. And two days to do everything, also spot on. These guys are incredible at what they do and I will for sure be back here to add some more things.

I had truck ammo do the wheels, tires and a 3” lift on my 2017 Tacoma a few months ago. I experienced problems with absolutely everything they did for me unfortunately. I since had to take it to another shop to have the lift replaced, the tires rebalanced and to even have the tire sensors they did redone because truck ammo could never get them to work. They had me come back 3 different times, sit there for hours, told me twice they worked and they actually never did. It took 15 minutes for the other shop to get them working. Luckily I had to go to the other place to get them fixed because upon them inspecting the truck they found other issues with the work truck ammo did. Truck ammo left me with a vibration while driving which I thought was just because of the more aggressive tire. Turns out it was due to poor installation of the lift as well as the tires not being balanced and aligned properly. Long story short, save your money and go somewhere else. I paid much less to the place that fixed all the issues I overpaid truck ammo to cause. Very disappointed in their work and customer service. I wish I could give them less than 1 Star. They are absolutely a “glamour” truck shop. They will make the truck look good, but it won’t perform.In response to Truck Ammo’s comments. I fully expected them to insult me and of course they did by calling me a puppet and saying I was tricked. If you look at any of their negative reviews they always insult their customers. I was not “tricked” by another shop. There is a 100% improvement in my vehicle after having another shop correct the sloppy work done by truck ammo. Additionally I did give truck ammo a chance to correct their mistakes. In fact I went there on 2 additional occasions after the initial install to give them the opportunity to fix it. Both times I left with the same issues and them claiming they were resolved. I spent hours waiting there for them to fix something that should have taken minutes. Some of the problems they even refused to address until I persisted, even then they weren’t fixed properly. I can only speak to my experience using them and my recommendation is to absolutely use another shop.

Tyler and the rest of the guys at Truck Ammo killed it with my truck! Had a BDS 4 lift installed on my 16 RAM 1500 and left for OCMD right after for a few days with zero issues!

I wanted seat covers, window drip shields and running lights on my truck. The seat covers are nice and because of some minor scratches not caused by truck ammo the window drip guards were not installed as of yet and Truck Ammo will not be installing them.The running lights on the other hand, when I first went to truck Ammo I was very clear where and how I wanted the running lights installed.When my truck was presented to me after installation I was kind of in shock as to the placement of these.lights.I was also clear about how the operation of these lights were to have worked, on when head lights on. All other functions turn signals and courtesy lights on all the time when active.After arriving home I noticed my lights did not come on with auto sensing headlights but had to be switched on manually.I did contact truck Ammo and they agreed to fix.I explained the running lights should come on with headlights and I ask why my lights were placed in the location I didnt want, I ask were the holes sealed in between the running lights and body. I was informed that holes and screws were not sealed, I was originally told they would be. I was also told this was the only location these lights could be placed, I was never told of this till after, as I said I was clear on my original 1st visit to truck Ammo where these lights were to go. The people there claim I never said a word, basically they called me a lyer. Not happy about that at all. Truck Ammo preceded to fix the running lights on problem, they failed again. Lights are on when truck is on, not when headlights are on. I just dont think truck Ammo had enough knowledge about the trucks wiring to correctly wire the way I ask. Truck Ammo failed again.Im not happy with Truck Ammo and the fact they treated me like I was stupid and should be happy with what service they provided. I will never go there again. My advice to anyone patronizing this business is to have them put it in writing about exactly what, where and how things like running lights will be placed and how they will work.I have an agreement pending with a local body shop to repair wiring for lights and to move and patch holes in body. Not a cheap fix.So I really think Truck Ammo failed to provide a 5 star service.

Went there to get headlights installed, bought aftermarket ones from the internet with a wiring harness which ended up not being used.. but the guys at truckammo figured out how to make it happen with out the harness.. definitely pleased and will most likely be going back there in the future

I have had two level kits put on two trucks, new tires and wheels and an aeroskin installed. I had two minor manufacturer issues that Dave and his crew took care o in a timely and professional manner. I am currently restoring my old truck and will be having TruckAmmo do the final touches. These guys are very professional, reasonable and very easy to deal with.

Bought a customized TJ from them back in 2012 and I loved it. I was made unaware that the heat didnt work since I bought it in the summer and didnt check that. Also was made unaware that it was in an accident. Other than that, it was a great buy and I love the Jeep! The work they did on it was awesome and bought it for a good price. They do great custom work and in a timely manner. I feel that customer service is pretty great. They always answer questions, and if they dont know, they find out quickly. Compared to other offroad custom shops in the area, they are significantly on the higher priced end.

Extremely overpriced, low quality work. Their “shop” has one bay only and their knowledge is truly limited. They did nothing but disappoint me with my TWO Jeep Wranglers. Between leaving a part off of a Rough Country lift and having no idea how to install poison spyder fenders, this business is an absolute joke. All staff (including the owner) would not give me what I asked for no matter what. I wanted to go to 37s or 40s and they did nothing but tell me they did not recommend it and would not do it. If you are looking to be completely price gouged and have terrible work done, this is your place to go. They do not admit to their incompetence and will do anything to look like they know what they’re doing (even lie).

Dave, I was your customer, not my teenage daughter who left an honest review of her disappointment with your shop. It’s unfortunate your response was to personally malign her and refer to her as “one of those customers.” If being “one of those customers” means I was overcharged for sub par work, then I would say your assessment is correct. The photo below is an example of the work your Shop performed on her 2015 Jeep. This is the result of not installing an exhaust spacer on 2012 and newer jeeps which resulted in a damaged drive shaft. If being “one of those customers” means trusting your Shop to deliver what was paid for in good faith but now having to pay another shop (Down and Dirty) to rectify the amateur error, then I am “ one of those customers.” Your personal attack of my teenage daughter says more about you then what you attempted to infer about her. When you have to resort to name calling and character assassination, rather then facts, you’ve lost more than you’ve gained. My daughter is always grateful for anything I do for her and to suggest otherwise is ridiculous and irrelevant. What she did not appreciate was me overpaying as well as being misadvised. There is no campaign to destroy your reputation, Dave. The photo below says more about your Shop than any poor review or brutally honest teenage girl.

Truck ammo is awesome! They hooked me up with a sweet bed cover and fender flares and a pretty nice flow master exhaust kit. And the installation was pretty quick; had it back within a few hours. I watched a lot of their videos on Facebook and they seem to do some pretty kick ass work on trucks as far as I can see (they proved it with the job they did on mine) so I dont really understand why there are so many bad reviews on here. Probably because people only ever feel like leaving a review when something bad happens. The other customers that had good work done are too busy enjoying their mods to leave a review! I went to truck ammo a few or more weeks ago to get a bit of information on my 04 jeep liberty for a lift kit and tires. I wish I knew the ladys name but she was knowledgeable on the questions Ive asked her. Very kind and the place looks amazing! I have not personally met Dave or seen his work but the reviews said it all. For me if theres a review of 1000 good and just 3 bad, dont let the bad stop from checking out the place. Ordered a tonneau cover for my 2017 Nissan Titan online. Came in within a few days, got it installed the following week, and they had it installed in 15-20 minutes.

Stopped in this afternoon to talk about bumpers & LED bars for my 2017 F-150 Raptor. It is exceedingly difficult to find a winch-mount capable front bumper upgrade for the new Raptor at the moment, as it is a new vehicle and requires the intercooler to be relocated to be able to fit a winch up front. I spoke with Adam about it and he was actually able to help me out! He ordered a front & rear set plus winch and lights for me at a very reasonable price. No sales pressure or anything, very knowledgeable and friendly guy. I cant wait til the bumpers come in! I will update my review post-installation to include that part of the experience as well, but so far definitely five stars. Really happy to have found this shop as there arent many such places in the area; the only shop I know is OK4WD in Warren County NJ and I cant leave my vehicle up there for days on end to be worked on since I moved to PA. So excited!

I had a bunch of work done on my 07 Silverado. The only thing I was disappointed in is the light bar under the tailgate. They replaced it I think twice under warranty but it is starting to fail again. Not their fault I believe that the manufacturing of the bar is at fault.Other then that very happy with everything else. Again not their fault on the light bar.

Never recieved a call back about info i requested even after calling two more times to remind them. Seemed helpful on my first visit but thats about it.

They went the extra mile to make the sale, but then fell short on deliverying everything they promised. Follow up service non existent and very frustrating. Unless they are conveniently located to you, recommend you shop around. They say they will price match everything on truck accessories but you should also compare the accesories carefully to make sure Truck Ammo isnt keeping some parts themselves, and also compare both followup service and guarantees.

Buy almost everything for my 13 JKU through truck ammo. Parts ordered arrive to the store quickly for pick up, most times in a day or two. Located very close and convenient. Talk with them and they will match almost any price out there (quadratec, smittybilt, rugged ridge,...)! Will be back in the very near future for more parts and accessories.

Its ashame all these bad reviews Im reading. I know nothing about this company. Ive been looking for a place to get aftermarket running boards installed on my 2016 Ram 2500. I dont like what the dealerships offer so Ive been looking for a place that deals with and installs aftermarket stuff for trucks.Unfortuantly there is nothing in berks county that offers services for aftermarket stuff for trucks. Every place I found is far away. Then I seen this website for truck ammo and got excited. I thought Yes a place close to home that I can go to.Then I started reading these reviews and now Im thinking to myself do I really want to chance this place? Like I stated above.......its ashame that this place seems to have a bad rap because their really isnt anything else in this area for truck accesories.UPDATE..9/22/16....... After 6 months since i wrote that review above I pulled the trigger and decided to try this place out. I do not own that ram anymore (I hated it and got rid of it after 6 months and went back to a silverado)....... I will soon post my expierence with the items I purchased and had installed by truck ammo and my overall thoughts about truck ammo.Ok, so hear is my review of truck ammo. Unfortuantly my expierence was not good. I will start off by saying that all my concerns were taken care of immediatly by Adam. So I had a bedrug and undercover swing case installed by these guys. A pretty simple job from what I watched on youtube. I figured hey let them do it cause I just dont want to do it. When they were done I had to be somewhere so I didnt get a chance to look at it really close in the parking lot With Adam. (Big mistake, I should no better)Well when I got home and looked I couldnt believe what I saw. For starters the bed of my truck has bed lights. The bedrug was never cut out for the lights, the bracket that was installed for the swing case......the metal shavings were laying in the bed of my truck with the bedrug coving them. Well anyone knows if you dont wipe up metal shavings right away you will start to develope rust spots. I immediatly went back and confronted Adam about this. He did fix everything right away and apoligized.Ok so Im thinking really???? I mean this is a really simple job and your install guy did a horrible job. What if this was a lift kit being installed?? Something that you really had to pay attention to detail. Maybe the install guy was feeling sick that day or was just having a bad day. Well anyway I ended up not liking the bedrug and since bedrug has a 30 day money back if your not satified for any reason...I returned it and had my money refunded.So unfortuantly there is so much more I could go into but I would be typing forever here. But I wish I could be one of their happy facebook customers. In my opinion I would never let them install a lift on my truck. I would say let them do small stuff, but make sure you check over the work. Most people dont. I guess Im that 1% who will check ( because of the lessons I learned years back). Like I stated before maybe the install guy was sick that day or something. I see they have a lot of happy customers . Im just not one of them. Im somebody that has no reservations about dropping $3000 or more on my trucks and jeeps, but I will not with truck ammo. I was hoping for a good expierence because its so close to home. But I will continue to drive my 3 1/2 hours to the place Ive been dealing with for the last 10 years. The drive gets tiring sometimes, but the piece of mind knowing my vehicle is in good hands and the job has always been done right the first time is priceless.

Worst service ever had them do some work and install a sub sub blew and the owner is will not do anything about it. As well as they screwed up gates that worked before it went in to get done. If your looking for somewhere that cuts corners and dose a terrible job take your truck or keep there.
