This is the best car wash around. You can not beat the early/evening deals or coupons in the mail. I am not sure all the recent negative reviews, but I was just there and my civic still looks amazing

Ive been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Im in and out quickly and the car is always kept clean and tidy. Plenty of packages to choose from for oil changes to suit your budget and vehicle requirements. Best place in the area to get an oil changed and your car washed.

Had an oil change on a vw and shortly after leaving whoever checked my air filter failed to properly put casing on properly causing it to get jammed in the radiator fan then causing to overheat. This also caused the casing damage. Needless to say I wont return.

They are THE BEST!!! There are several others closer to me but none compare, so I travel the distance to use Scotts. They are all very efficient, polite and respectful too. And they love pets!!! Frankie loves it there!

This place is absolutely outstanding and their high quality work coupled with their wonderfulcustomer service is why I keep bringing my cars to them. I recently needed a battery replaced for my Hyundai Accent, because of my work schedule I wasn’t able to get in until close to closing time but they kept the doors open for me and I am so great full!

New automated entry into car wash is a disaster. Cars block the right lane for prepaid annual wash holders to enter. The signage to form two lines definitely doesnt work.

Fast oil change in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Didn’t clean my truck at all. Id like my 12 bucks back. Cant even see out of my winshield and there is dust still over the vehicle. Would rather wash the truck myself next time

I came in here Jan 23rd for an oil change. Yesterday I took my car in to be inspected and asked him if he can do another oil change because when he does it he lubes and greases everything that needs to be done. He new I just had a oil change he asked how long ago was it I told him. He said they allegedly only put a quart of oil in the car. He said it was setting off sensors. Once he did the oil change all was fine with the car. I will never go back there they screwed me over and almost messed my car up. Becareful

They went above and beyond I came for an oil change and car was very nice and friendly. After I left my car was acting weird and I didn’t think nothing of it. Went to run my errands so on my way home my car turned off and I called Scott’s explain to them what happened and it was fine before the oil change. So they sent someone to my car we’re I was stuck to fix it and help me out and the gentleman came and helped me with my car. They went above and beyond I am so thankful he was angel. I will be referring them to my friends. Thank you so much Scott’s car wash they made me feel like I was family. 🙏🏽❤️

Stay away man is all I can say. I pull up and there are no cars ahead of me. I paid $30 for exterior and interior cleaning. Took 3 minutes to get through the exterior wash drive through and another hour and five minutes to get my car vacuumed. When I get home I realized they didn’t vacuum my trunk. FIRST TIME HERE AND NEVER AGAIN

Holy heck! I was blown away by the service here. I got my car detailed and it was... extremely dirty. I thought okay they will clean it up, vacuum, and wipe it down but I wasn’t expecting much. They blew me away when i saw it. It must have taken them hours. My old dirty car looks and smells brand new now!Great experience, will definitely recommend and come back!

Unfortunately they over torqued the filter housing on my Toyota Sienna and could not get it off on subsequent visit which was confirmed by independent mechanic who was able to get it off with some effort. In terms of professionalism the owner blamed me for not having the vehicle back after 3000 miles which is way under the mileage recommended for full synthetic.If you drive Toyota stay away or you could be asking for expensive repair to correct damage caused by inexperienced kids working there!!

I have been going to Scotts for years and I am always extremely pleased with whatever service is performed. The early bird car wash cant be beat. The quick lube is usually quick and reasonably priced. Scotts runs valuable coupons in the Clipper Magazine. Also, their propane fills are very handy. Its great to have a local owner operator like Scott in the Exeter community.

I have enjoyed every experience dealing with Scotts. Today I had my daughter take my vehicle in to get an oil change and wash. The oil change was done quickly and everything gets checked well. I have a black car and white dogs with very difficult hair. The team there really did a phenomenal job and my car was squeaky clean. Great team, great service and always a pleasure. Thanks Scotts!

Fast and friendly service. They dont try to increase the total by finding things wrong with your car. I have been going there for 20 years and havent had a problem yet. Great place to refill a propane tank.

I wasn’t happy with the service the outside was still dirty and had marks from not wiping it down right the interior wasn’t clean good or vacuumed right but lesson learned I won’t come back for sure 1-10 a number 2 if there lucky..

I came in this morning for an oil change. I also asked for a tire rotation. The girl at the counter told me I had the tire rotation the last time I was in. I really appreciated her honesty! She could’ve easily ignored that information and charged me. That’s another reason I keep coming back here. It’s great they keep good records to save their customers time and money! Scott is always on the move; he recognizes me from my frequent visits and calls me by my name. Scott’s is the best place for a car wash too. The wash gets the salt and grime off every time and their employees in the car wash area are friendly and efficient! I am a customer of only a few years but I’ll be coming here for many more! I take both of my vehicles here and I’ve recommended their business to many people in our area.

I can not recommend this place to anybody for one reason.I will start off with a positive note. The people running the car wash are always friendly and they do a thorough job getting my car clean and spotless on the outside. They towel dry it at the end, which is a nice addition, and I always enjoy tipping the people doing the towel drying. I had my car detailed here a few times as well, and same thing, my car leaves the parking lot spotless inside and out.Now for the bad news. The last time I was here, they neglected to place a new oil filter inside of the oil filter housing. So my car went 2,500 miles without a bloody oil filter. That bothers me. I will be changing my own oil from now on.I give the car wash 5 stars.I give the auto lube 0 stars (I should add that the attendant lady at the front was a wee bit rude and condescending, which doesnt help).

Everyone is very friendly everytime I go. I go for the interipr express. If there is a wait, they tell me before I even go through the car wash. My car always looks amazing inside and out. The price is very reasonable and I go out of my way to come here

The staff is very friendly. Service is fast. Except at peak hours and thats because theyre super busy. Theres plenty of seating inside while you wait. Soda machines and free coffee. They also provide free wifi! And as far as prices for the service, theyre actually cheaper then other quick lube centers in the area.

I suggest you go right across to Walmart for your oil change. You pay for the expensive oil and they put in the cheap oil to pocket the difference. This has been going on for years. There is a long list of disappointed customers that this has happened to. I know a mechanic that worked there and he confessed that this is what they were doing. Stay away from this place.

I some here for oil changes from time to time. The people here always are nice and never really have an issue. They get my car done in a timely matter and I havent had any issues.

Quick and professional

Took cars there for few years to have oil changes. On one occasion I leave the place and get home to find the plastic cover under the car is flopping around and has 1 of 5 bolts put back to hold it on properly. I replaced the bolts and let it go. Next oil change same thing. I intentionally checked before and after. This time they at put 2 of the 5 back. I call get Scott on the phone he suggests the bolts were never there. Ok. He says he’ll give me a 25$ gift card and put a note on my paperwork to his guys. I go one last time for an oil change and they actually put all bolts back. Look at my receipt and at the bottom in the notes section it says “put all bolts back very important to customer”...uhh yea?! It should be important to you too. Why should that need to be stated. I don’t go there for oil changes anymore. I don’t want a bunch of hacks working on my car. Car washes are ok for $8 but that’s because a programmed machine is doing it.

Best place in Berks for a carwash and fast regular oil change, been going for over 10 years. Would not recommend taking your SUV, however, if you have any sort of skids/access they have to spend a minute to drop though..the tech bent my 1/4” steel oil change access door after running one of the four bolts straight through it and somehow bending/jamming it in despite claiming “we don’t use air tools” lol..so there were 3 people on the breaker bar and you kept going?lol, and then tried to return it to me like nothing happened while he slipped out the door for lunch. The manager ordered me a replacement personally from the company and made me whole so I’m happy, but won’t be taking my 4Runner anywhere else other than my own garage from now on.

I have been a good customer for many years. With all due respect to the gentlemen that was speaking about his car being over filled with oil. Being a mechanic for many years, more is better for you, and bad for him because he is giving you free oil. The information in the manual is written in the over caution. I go to Scotts for convenience. The truth is, cars need regular oil changes, and if you live in the community one should invest in local businesses. Not the chain stores like Jiffy Lube and others. So, for oil charged and wipe blade, go place to go. I would not suggest transmission oil changes or other things, some things are better suited for other places. Not that they are bad, just my opinion.

I love this car wash. I have a car wash close to me in Collegeville yet I drive all the way to Exeter to have my car washed when I come into work. The staff are friendly and the car wash itself does a great job for being automated.The interior Express cleaning is great value for the money. With two small kids and little time, getting the car washed and vacuumed is a lifesaver. I dont think Ive been there longer than a half hour for both the wash and express cleaning.

Recently had the gold detail package done on my Ram. Car was like new. I highly recommend and will be back to have all my cars detailed a few times a year.

Best car wash around!

After oil change I checked my dipstick and found the oil level 1/2 over the full mark.Took it back and owner Scott first tried to tell me it was merely drag from residual oil in tube making it look over filled. Before hearing me out he tried showing me 3 more times without hearing me out.I argued and made him watch as I dried the stick properly and showed him in the sunlight the clear level line between wet and dry clearly 1/2 above the full mark.Then he said, well I may have been a bit generous but I dont think it will hurt anything. Still refusing to acknowledge that the distance between low and full is only 1 and he was 1/2 past that he says Ill remove some if you want me to but I think it will be alright. In other words you the customer are wrong or just being overly fussy but Ill do it for you anyway.Maybe hes right. Maybe manufacturers all just put those marks there as a suggestion and the warnings not to overfill in the manuals because they have extra ink they need to get rid of.Either way, Ill go to a service center that follows the book and respects their customers.I wasnt a new customer either. I gave him my business for many years.Word of advice to you Scott. When you see its over the line just say youre right, it is over. Im sorry, let me fix that for you. Thats called good business.I hope all of his other customers are smart enough to check the dipstick!

Bought a gift certificate for Fathers Day for a gold package detail. They dont tell you when you purchase it that they only have one person on staff that details cars and that they are scheduling 6 weeks out. Oh, and you cant get a refund either. Dont waste your money on this place.

Took my car there for a car wash. My factory installed radio antenna bent beyond repair. I didnt ask him to replace it but he tried to tell me it was an aftermarket when it clearly was factory equipment. Propane service was good so I will continue to go there that but not carwashes or oil changes.

Great place for oil change and car wash. Quick, thorough and polite. I went on a Saturday morning and was out 20 minutes later. Full synthetic VW oil and filter.

Their equipment failed during wash causing my car to hit the car in front of me breaking the grill. They said it wasnt their fault but would take care of it. Never heard from them. 400 dollars later car is fixed. Will never use again

I have gotten my last 4 oil changes done here. Every single one I have had issues. First time, they didnt put the caps back on after filling my fluids. Everything drained out sitting in a drive through. They did come out and fill it back up but I had to keep waiting on them to show up. Next time, they were very sloppy and my car was burning oil off for the rest of the day. Third time, same sloppiness. 4th time was so quick, but no noticeable errors... until now. Im sitting at the Chevy dealer because my car is leaking oil out of the plug which is now magically an after market plug. I bought my car brand new, no previous owners. Clearly whoever did my last oil change, didnt put back the original plug. Now Im paying someone else to change it. Why did I keep going back here, you ask? I was a member of IBEW and wanted to continue supporting Scott. Im done now. This place is quick and easy but VERY careless and sloppy. 2 stars because of the quickness and availability. Just beware of the carelessness.Update: Turns out when they put in the wrong plug in, it was slightly bigger than the original. It completely stripped the threads all the way through the metal and now I have to replace the whole oil pan. WONDERFUL. Zero Stars for causing me more drama.

THEY BROKE MY WINDSHIELD DURING AN OIL CHANGE! Went for an oil change and wiper blades... lets just say it wasnt worth the trouble. To begin with i asked for the gold level which was $65 and good for 6,000 miles and asked for new wiper blades. So while waiting i went next door to dairy queen. I come back to be informed that, not only do they not carry the wiper blades for my mercedes, they just so happened to break my windshield. While they had the blades propped up. Ok so they tell me how safelite is going to replace the windshield (that process took 20 or so minutes) then proceed to have me pay $120 for a premium level oil change !!! Keep in mind i asked for the gold and windshield wipers. What i left with was no new wipers, a broken windshield, and charged for a higher level oil change i never asked for. Not once was i even offered a discount on my oil change, which was over charged considering i asked for gold and not premium. Bottom line DO NOT GO HERE.

This place has gone to hell. Dont think you will be serviced in the order you come in. They have already ruined my car from a crappy detail. Im the only one to blame for returning for an oil change. Took 2 people that came in after me for an oil change. Dont do it. Go anywhere else. When Scott Egolf owned it he took pride in ownership. Now its poorly run and maintained.

I am from out of town and had paint splattered on my rental car. Scotts took me right in even though they were busy and charged me an extremely reasonable to price to remove the paint. Plus they washed the vehicle. Friendly staff as well.

Took my cars there for years and service was great. Something change in the last year or two. The people working seem different and not as freindly. They pulled my new car out the stall without the oil plug in and oil went everywhere. They only have me 5% off afterwords. Really? They do this for a living? I guess a customer isnt worth $30s

Not the absolute cheapest car wash, but they did a fine job (and informed that my hood was open, which was good to know). They were overall fairly nice and did a decent job, even with the caked-on dirt near my tyres.

My review is for the Reading location and NOT the Exeter location:Wasnt sure how to use the carwash. Girl who was supposed to tell me what to do kept pointing to the sign for instructions. However, I couldnt read the sign because there was already soap on the windows.When I got to the other end to have my car dried, one of the guys came up, leaned in my window right up to my face. He would not even give me a chance and told me off because the girl was upset at me for not knowing how to use the carwash.Please, no one ever go to this place unless you like supporting people who dont give respect. Especially no respect to older people that dont know how to use some of the car washes.

A few years ago I took my Volkswagen in for an oil change after checking my dipstick at home and seeing that I needed a fresh fill. Later that day after a very quick (to their credit) oil change I received my car and popped the hood to make sure everything was in working order. To my surprise my dipsticks plastic holder was broken leaving the dipstick floating in its tube. I went back inside to tell them and was met with accusations of breaking it myself. They were very rude and insisted that it was like that before, even though earlier that morning I had seen that it was fine. Needless to say Ive since bought a jack and jack stands and started wrenching on my own cars. Ill never go back there, especially with the rude employees who work the car wash who felt the need to yell at my poor Grandmother for not knowing how to use their automatic driving car wash.

The Good: Prompt, efficient service, comfortable wait room, good local business, great value (tons of coupons in local flyers, a Castrol rebate with every oil change and a free car wash with oil changes).The Bad: They seem to think they know more about oil change intervals than the engineers who designed your car, and will lecture you or give you attitude if you want to change the 3,000 mile oil change intervals they put on their little window stickers, even if your manufacturer says otherwise. I have heard them give the lecture to several other customers too. Kinda silly. THey need to give the carwash employees earplugs...the blowers are deafening and those poor kids stand there and risk hearing loss for minimum wage. The towels they use to dry your car are dirty.

Drove 20 minutes to get my car washed and cleaned and was turned away saying sorry, were not taking any Express Package customers. Ridiculous... Wont waste my time, or gas again.

Have hours listed until 6 pm, arrived shortly after 5 pm and was closed. A lot of me and my husbands time was wasted.

Love the oil changes but when you have hours listed as open till 6 and you’re closed when I pull in for a quick car wash at 545 it’s just a little frustrating

We were decieved into an expensive synthetic oil change when the clerk claimed our car needed it and the engine would blow up if we used conventional oil. He said he would check what was needed, but never consulted with us until it was time to pay.Checking the car manual, it says nothing about synthetic oil usage being required. Mad about being lied to and ripped off. Would not return.
