This was my first time using Dubbles for my 2019 Tiguon. I had a State Inspection performed along with a tire rotation and oil change. I waitedon my vehicle which only took a little over an hour. The waiting room wasclean and more than adequate. The staff was excellent. It was a positive, painless experience. Im a satisfied and will be a repeat customer.

I am a first time customer and my overall experience with Jennifer and Jason Dubble was excellent. I needed transmission work done to a 2009 VW GTI. Before contacting Dubbles I called around the area to various automotive repair facilities and was told that either they could not help me or that a used transmission would be installed. From a recommendation that I got from a good friend I contacted Dubbles. Jason was extremely thorough with his explanation about the process of rebuilding the transmission rather than trying find a used transmission. I was very pleased with the time Jason took in explaining the issue and how he was going to repair my vehicle. Further, he took the time to go over my vehicle and identify some other areas of concern, which I also had him repair. Jason was never pushy and left everything up to me to make my decision of what repairs I wanted to make. I whole heartedly believe that I made the right decision. The vehicle runs great and I look forward to working with Jason and Dubbles German Motors again in the future.

I brought my 04 Mercedes ML 500 to them after being to several Mechanics in my area that could not find the issues with the vehicle. I understood that my issues may not be worth fixing based on the value of an older vehicle. The owner personally spent time with me going over solutions that may or may not work and an initial diagnosis. Which he offered not to charge me for. I believe the owner to be honest, understanding and just a good person. I have never been to his shop prior and took a chance based on what type of vehicles he serviced. Im glad that I did. He took more time than he should have considering how busy his shop was making sure I was satisfied with his explanation of what to expect. Installed a new battery in my bmw and needed to register battery to car. Was fast service, friendly. While i waited they gave me a quote for a tune up, i asked for. Will be going back for any future repairs.

Josiah and the nice woman at the front desk were a great help for an inspection for my b5 passat/ the problems that needed to be fix to bring my car up to passing. They also left thorough recommendations for my car that either they could do or I could give a shot at to further my learning at cars since they said the repairs will be relatively easy. If you care about your car a lot and want people to treat it like you do, these are your people!

I was absolutely amazed by the service, as I told them, they definitely have a new customer when my car needs service or has an issue. The detailed documentation of services perform surprised me and the fact that they did a complimentary inspection was amazing. Also, their price was lower than the dealership and a local chain shop for the service I had done.

Very Consultative and professional service! I highly recommend. Ive never owned a German made automobile until recently. I was worried when I had a leak on my driveway. I initially took my leak to my local mechanic but I could tell he was uncomfortable with the unfamiliar systems in the car. I remembered having seen Dubbles shop many times when driving on Rt183, with many european vehicles in the parking lot. I decided to contact them, and I am so happy that I did. Total confidence in my car now, as well as in the repair that they performed. I wont take my car anywhere else now.

I took my TDI there for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to schedule me within a week of calling. I was impressed with the level of service I received for a simple oil change. They even balanced some of the wheels and provided a curtesy inspection. Jen was very helpful answering any questions I had. I will definitely return the next time I need service.

If you want an honest, knowledgable, and accommodating mechanic, your search is over. Dubbles is fairly priced and I can always trust the quality work they perform on my car. They are friendly and welcoming, I always feel comfortable putting my car in their hands!

Gave me a $300 bill for a “diagnostic” Which I probably could’ve got for free At an advanced auto. Kept my car for five days and tried to tell me it was an instrument cluster is why my car battery was draining leaving me with a dead car. They said they “reset” the computer (bs) And basically that I would have to spend about $1000 to get this new instrument cluster and get everything re-programmed. Glad I didn’t trust their word and got two more second opinions and instantly people told me it was a battery and an alternator and now my car runs fine... don’t take your stuff here if you don’t know what the problem is these people will try to take advantage of you.

It might say German motors but these guys know their way around imports and domestics of all brands. Quick tune ups or tire changes to diagnosing and fixing that odd noise youve had for months. If you have a problem that other places just make worse or its one thing after another like theyre rigging your car to break, bring it here. You get what you pay for, and Jason and his crew are THE guys to see.

I had a pre purchase inspection on a BMW that I was looking to purchase. Their inspection was was extremely thorough and everything was explained to me in detail. They also gave me a paper copy of the results along with texting it to me. I was confident in my purchase.

They do good work however It often takes quite some time to get on the schedule, if youre in a rush and need your primary car back soon this probably isnt the place for you but if this is your second car that you can wait for and not need, they are fine and do good work.

We took our 07 BMW X3 to Dubbles for an overall diagnostic inspection. Dubbles conducted a thorough exam of the car and provided a detailed report on its condition, including pictures of the issues they found. We selected the items we wanted repaired and the work was performed promptly. The tech who serviced the car had noticed an issue that I intended to fix myself at home and had asked not be included in their repair. While performing the other work, the tech took it upon himself to repair this issue out of concern that our vehicle could have been damaged if driven even a short distance with it in the condition it was currently in. When I received the final report on the work performed and saw that work had been done in spite of me asking that it not be, I was concerned and worried I was going to have to argue or haggle over labor/parts charges for this portion of the repair. When I spoke with Jen at the front desk, she explained that the work was performed with no labor charges and I would only be responsible for the cost of the part that had been used. Even that seemed negotiable if I had chosen to put up a fight about it. My initial concerns about having to argue with Dubbles proved unnecessary. I paid for the part at the cost I could have purchased it for myself from my usual parts source and the work was done without any extra labor charges. In retrospect, I wish Dubbles had contacted me ahead of sending out the report showing the work that was done. If Jen had been able to explain the situation to me and how they were handling it, I would not have experienced the initial apprehension over the unknown status of what I would be asked to pay. The more I thought back over the situation, the more I appreciate the fact that the tech and Dubbles took enough pride and care in their work that they prioritized the safety and drive-ability of our car over making money on the repair. I only wish it had been communicated a bit better so I would not have had that initial, unnecessary negative reaction to the situation. We will definitely be returning to Dubbles for BMW repairs in the future.

The repair took much longer than expected and the cause of my oil leak was misdiagnosed. That said, the problem was corrected and the work done related to the misdiagnosis was performed free of charge. The necessary repairs to fix my car were more extensive than expected and even though it was a more expensive job than originally expected, the fact that the work performed to get to a correct diagnosis was done without charge still had value to me. I appreciate the honesty and I’m happy to wait longer for repairs done by people with integrity.

I recently purchased a car out of state and had to get it inspected in PA. Even though they were booked up past when my temporary tag expired, they made room for my car due to the special situation.The owner even personally went over every detail of the inspection and any issues that the car had.This garage also uses a third party online records service that allows you to look at any work/inspections done on the car at any time, which is another convenience.

I have had my car serviced twice with this shop. They are quick and efficient, they give honest recommendations for what my car needs, and they are reasonably priced with their services. To add to that, their customer service is amazing. Each time I have called, I always spoke to patient and friendly receptionists. This last time I needed my car serviced, I inconvenienced the shop by having to cancel my inspection appointment at the last minute because I needed my car in the morning. They were understanding and still were able to squeeze me in that day. I would recommend them to anyone.

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel like other’s need to know. If I could give negative star then that’s what they deserve. Never felt so stupid and duped specially after someone referred me to them. Some noise coming from my Benz (just 12k miles on it) although car’s computer was not showing anything wrong. So dropped the car off and few hours later was told that you need $3700 ($2900 parts and rest labor). Before all this I was told that they are busy and that they couldn’t take my car but may be they will take a quick look and then they spend “3 hours” on it and charged me a diagnostic fee of $310. Trusting their judgement on this diagnosis I went on to ask Mercedes dealer about cost of parts which they were willing to sell me for $1800. So then I asked this company to just do labor And they refused with an excuse “ that for insurance purpose” they have to buy the same part for $2900! That did no make sense to me so I decided to take the car to Mercedes dealership as I started to realize that something is not right. Dealer charged $128 for diagnosis which was best money ever spent! I was also told that Dubble German was just trying to take advantage or don’t know what they were doing. Dealer found the real issue and fixed the car including diagnostic fee costed $498!! Instead of looking for what was wrong they decided to replace everything in vicinity of where the problem was and still have audacity to charge for a diagnosis?!?!I think all these 5 star rating are fake. Look at yelp review....almost similar story from other people!!!

In my opinion, the employees are rude and do poor quality work. Edited to add: how convenient that you cant find my information. I certainly have been to your establishment, and when I returned I was treated poorly, just like your tone in this post! Also, this is not defamation, it is my opinion, which I am entitled to. :)
