Worst customer service. Had my vehicle for 4 months with little to no communication or updates. Replaced multiple very expensive parts that did not fix my vehicle yet I am being charged for it. Did not return phone calls nor texts until I contacted the BBB and attorney General.

Trupps garage was very helpful courteous and honest. They went above what I was expecting them to do. I would recommend this garage, and plan on using this garage for a long time to come. Thanks guys for your help!

These guys are the best! I had an issue with my 88 monte carlo automatic transmission. My regular mechanic couldnt diagnose it so I took it to Trupps. They had it diagnosed in no time, ended up being a simple fix, now it shifts amazing! Thanks again guys! Highly recommend them especially for transmission work👍

The reviews were spot on Great Honest People. The shop is spot less and work is excellent.I highly recommend Trupps Garage!

BEWARE!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Had simple transmission service done. Paid for all parts and labor. Leaked shortly after picked up vehicle. First call owner/ mechanic not available. Investigated ourselves and found old trans pan gasket. Never replaced with new one, even though I paid for it, per my invoice. Second call once reviewed our findings, owner was rude, loud, ugly, unprofessional and hung up on me! We hung old gasket up in our garage to remind us never to deal with this business again!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
