Thank you to the young man who helped me with my broken wiper blade while traveling on a rainy day. He found the right size and doubled checked the fit on the vehicle and helped replace it too all while in the rain. They were very nice. It took all day to get an inspection but there were others before me. Dropped it off at 7 and got it back at 3. The inspection guy even took me to my car while the tire was still off to show me what all was wrong. Much appreciated.

I scheduled an online appointment to get new tires and I arrived on time, but was told I still had to wait 2 hours to be serviced. I walked across the street and grabbed some lunch so it wasnt too bad but still an inconvenience. I shopped around and they have good prices on tires, the staff was nice, and I got a discount for having to wait. I would use their services again and have recommended them to others since my visit.

My tire got a nail in it at Walmart so I drove here on a flat to get it patched they told me they cant patch it the only thing they can do for me is sell me a brand new tire for $220 for a 2014 Ford fusion. My payments arent even that high

Took my vehicle back in July to have my radiator replaced cause the original one blew. I called yesterday to see if they could pressure check my coolant system which the said it would cost $23.99 before tax. I know the radiator is still under warranty, the pressure check should be free for me having warranty. They said they replaced the radiator with a new one back in July but it is a refurbished radiator, which they charged me full price for a new and didnt get it. They are conartists and untrustworthy will not be going back there for anything I need done. I will Never recommend them to anyone ever for life.

I scheduled an appointment at 10:15 am for 09/15 arrived 15 mins ahead of time Kip refused to accept my appointment. Stated I didn’t have an appointment and I didn’t call there store . I showed in my phone where I had called and made the appointment and my google calendar. He proceeded to call me a lie and said I talked to the wrong store for 13 mins . I even called the store from google while standing there and he refused to answer gave me his card and said if it’s not that number it’s not valid. I then proceeded to ask when my vehicle could be serviced and he said there’s 7 cars ahead of me although I have an appointment! I asked for corporate he said he is corporate. I asked did he own this store as a franchise and he said yes . I then I asked for his hierarchy he said he’s not giving me anyone’s number and if I call customer service he will refuse to ever touch my vehicle . He said only way to get customer service number is to purchase something and the number is on the back of the receipt . I noticed a COVID letter with a number as I was calling the number he told me to get out of his store and no matter who I talk to he gets the past say. I called 24 hrs ahead of time for this appointment and I should not have been treated like this nor should I have been threatened to not be serviced due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer serviceUPDATE ROBERT CALLED AND WAS BEYOND AMAZING AT GETTING MY CAR SERVICED .

Visited this place yesterday, because I was losing air in a tire, very quickly. The urgency, lack of caring AND customer service was very discouraging. Unless I have an emergency, I wont be back. I will say the tech that did work on my car was a very nice kid.

I had my car checked out here a month ago because of loose steering and it ended up being an idler arm which is an easy fix. I was fully prepared to get my car fixed if there were any problems. Yesterday I had gone around a corner and my drivers side lower ball joint popped out completely causing an accident totaling out my car. I called back saying what had happened and they took no responsibility and told me that they wouldn’t help me with getting it fixed. I take care of my cars and if I think somethings off I take it into a shop which is what I had done here to get it checked out. I would not suggest this shop to anyone because they obviously don’t know how to check a car properly. I had not hit any potholes or anything that would cause damage just driving.

Completely unacceptable customer service (or lack thereof).I was traveling home from work to pick up my son from daycare when my steering wheel started shaking. I stopped in the nearest gas station to see what had happened.. one of my tires was literally flat so I attempted use the air pump at the gas station. It didnt work. Being a loyal Firestone/Tires Plus customer, I carefully drove to the nearest store hoping to get help. I didnt have time to wait for a tire repair since my son was still at daycare so I politely asked for someone to air up my tire. I was told you will have to wait on another car thats getting 4 tires and its going to be a while. I even offered to air up my own tire if they would lend me an air hose. I was turned away despite buying Road Hazard protection on my current tires and buying the last 3 sets of tires from them. Bridgestone Retail Operations should be ashamed and embarrassed. All they had to do was spend 30 seconds airing up a tire and I wouldve been on my way. Instead, I drove to their competition who gladly took care of me with a smile.

Horrible experience. I was told that if the dealership could do the job successfully without additional work or charges, outside of an alignment, that he would refund me.The scenario starts with Tires Plus completing a 4-wheel alignment for me. 1-week later I got an oil change, which comes with a complimentary wheel alignment check. I was told that I needed a wheel alignment. I came back to Tires Plus and they told me that my car was fine when I left. However, they checked it out and said I needed an alignment. After waiting all day, from 9 am to 5:15 pm, and not getting a call I called them. My car was ready. I picked up my car and all sections of the alignment results were green but 2 were yellow. I asked the staff what does the yellow mean. I was told, by the tech onsite, that my alignment was off. He said he doesnt know why they sent me out like that and he would personally complete my alignment the following morning at 8am. I dropped my car off at 8AM and was called 30-minutes later to be told that I didnt need an alignment. The store manager, Kip, printed an alignment check that showed all green. I pulled out my alignment check, from tires plus that showed different results. They told me the first paperwork that they gave me was wrong and the new paperwork is correct. After going back and forth with Kip & his Master Mechanic, they said that in order to adjust my camber and toe that modifications would need to be made. (Drilling holes somewhere) Kip said that if the dealership can give me an alignment to align the camber and toe, without modifications, that he would refund me. The dealership completed the alignment. Kip said the dealership told him it would cost $140 per side to fix this. I then pulled out my receipt and alignment results showing that they charged me $129 for an alignment and even the camber and toe were now green. Next he said he could not help me and he would talk to his manager about it. He told me to leave his store and he did not want to talk to me anymore. Then he said I was bad-mouthing his store because I explained my experience to a customer that he told me to move aside for.

I purchased tires for my car in September 2017 from here and was very satisfied. With the weather changing to cold, my low tire indicator was on. So I went inside, (they dont do outside tire airing in winter) they made a ticket to check all 4 tires. 20 minutes later, tires all checked and aired up, ready to go. NO charge. All Gentlemen were very nice, friendly and professional.

I called to try and get a quote! I was asked to hold as I’m sure they were/ are busy! Cool, no problem. After a 3 minute hold, I was disconnected. When I immediately called back, someone picked up then hung up!! Maybe, it’s someone new and they don’t know how to work the switchboard!! For it to happen 3 times in less than 5 minutes is unacceptable. I wish I could leave a review for the service I was offered but, I couldn’t get a simple question answered over the phone!! So they won’t get a chance to service my vehicle!!

A tire repair, oil change, rotation, and alignment took about two hours with an appointment. Their prices were very reasonable, and they informed me of a usuable coupon had I missed on their website.

Staff was great, my girlfriend had a blowout on 435 and we limped it to a gas station, brought the bad tire to Tires Plus and got a new one on in about half an hour. Drove it to Tires Plus to get the other front replaced and got all that done between 530 and 700 pm on a Friday night.Great service and they were very helpful in getting those new tires on her car!I dont understand the negative reviews on this place, they were quick and courteous, and Ive been to a lot of auto shops that legit deserve a one star review. This one doesnt at all. Would recommend.

Staff is very rude and act like they dont care at all. I made an appointment for a tire repair it has been 3 hours still not finished. What is the point of accepting appointments if you cant keep them very unprofessional. I will never return. The corporate office needs to completely change their current staff and train their employees on customer service and communications with customers because it is beyond horrible. Its a tire patch there was 1 person in the lobby and 3 open bays why does it take hours to do what a real mechanic can do in 15 minutes or less

RNR IS WAY BETTER FOR FIXING FLATS around there. Service was gar-bage. The man at the counter, with an attitude, tells me they have 1 mechanic working all day, so he cannot give me a time frame for a simple tire sealing but no explanation why there are 5 men in the garage... the fact that he had an attitude while a customer is dealing with a pressing nail in tire issue was whack. Shouldnt be working in the front if you cant be courteous to people who are obviously distressed!

Saturday afternoon, tires plus on 350 Hyway, usually crowded with rude service. But today surprisingly different. Needing air pressure in tires checked. The young man at the counter was friendly & helpful attitude. This is a first, because most of time the managers there are rude, unpleasant & I dont give a care attitude. I had to wait a while, not long but air pressure on tires were checked . Even the mechanic was nice. Thanks again.

I have always had a great experience at my local tires plus. So when it was time to get my oil changed on my new car I went to tires plus. I talked to a service adviser and he assured me that it would only be about 45 minutes even without a appointment. Cool!!! I thought, but after about a hour and a half not so cool!!! I asked the adviser if there was a problem with my vehicle and he said the technician put in to much oil and had to drain some out. I was not happy!!! finally after a few more minutes my vehicle was ready. I was waiting to swipe my card to pay and growing more an more frustrated by the second I was ready to go. He handed me my receipt and said I took care of everything and apologized for the delay. He said he didnt want me to have a bad experience and hoped I would come back again. Wow Now thats what I call great customer service. Not that I got a free oil change. I had no problem paying, but the fact that he cared enough about my satisfaction with their service. Thanks Tires Plus. I will definitely bring my car to you in the future. Happy Holidays.

Save yourself the trouble and go to Firestone. Unless you like being ignored even as you stand two feet from the manager for 4-5 minutes who then lies saying he was talking about an engine when you were right there listening to the conversation with his employee.Kit P and Marshall.Seriously, just acknowledge your customer and tell them where to leave the car.So because he knew I called corporate, he got an attitude with the guys at Firestone, when they are sister companies under the same corporate.

They are usually so good, but last time i went they made me pay upfront for my one tire, the guy said he would either get it in that night or very first thing in the morning, i called them up around 10 am the following morning to see what the hold up was and i got a different guy on the phone and he said they wouldn’t have it till closing that night or the following morning. I work the closing shift, i don’t just have extra people around me who can take my car while I’m at work to get a tire put on because they didn’t have it. And when i asked if i could get a refund to take my business elsewhere they said they can’t do that, note the tire isn’t even there yet, honestly don’t even know if it is ordered at this point. Point is IF YOU CANT DO THE SERVICE DONT LIE ABOUT IT, JUST TELL ME AND I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I hate wasting time more than i hate wasting money.

Service was terrible. Walked in knowing I needed a tire replaced at 12:20pm on a Wednesday. I was told it would be an hour. No problem Ill wait. It wasnt an hour, it was 3 hours. Not once did a service tech or management both to tell me there is a delay. Only when I asked how much longer did they even pull my car in to fix it. I would only recommend this location to my worst enemy, so his entire day could be wasted by the slow moving employees, who spent more time joking in the work bay than they did working on cars.

My parents had my sons trail blazer towed there to get 4 brand new tires and balance done the truck arrived 9-14-19 @ 4pm we were told they were booked for the day and our trial blazer would be the first in line the next day we were also told that our trail blazer would be pulled inside and it was not because we drove there to make sure it was towed there on 9-15 we called @10am and was told to call back @2:30 we called back @4pm and was told they had not started and we would not get it today I’m very disappointed because the truck belongs to my 17 yr and he drives to school and work . This is the second bad experience I went threw the same thing 5yrs ago dropped car off first thing in the morning and was told it be ready by noon (getting 2tires) noon comes car not ready . No call are anything then when you get to speak to someone your rude like I was bothering them I want be back this is it

This place is being pretty shady. I took a tire to get a valve stem replaced. They call me and say they dont have the tool to replace it. But when I show up they suddenly need to replace the whole TPMS but they already put the tire and wheel back together? Theyre either just really lazy or trying to rip me off. Something doesnt add up at this place.

Great job! They do business the right way. When they realized they made a mistake they fixed it and didnt try to charge me and where honest and told me what happened. Upon re-installation they broke a critical wire and broke it back down and fixed it. Fantastic especially in todays world. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know.

Had an appointment at 10. Called me at 12 to quote me price of repairs and said theyd give me a call when it was done, they said probably 1-2 hours. After 4 hours I tried calling a few times but they never answered the phone. I went over and they made me wait a half hour to check on my car before telling me they hadnt even looked at it and wouldnt be able to for a few days. So much for having had an appointment.

If you get service done here you better get ready to wait a long time, they will have your car for hours even for just a simple oil change and when you call they are rude and always trying to talk you out of something cause they dont want to work. They will use excuses and tell you Its going to be hours before they can get to your vehicle and will recomend other places of buisness.

Never, EVER go to this store, especially not for tires.We took our tire in to have it repaired because there was a screw clearly visible in it. They told us they couldnt patch it and they had to sell us a new tire, which we paid for. THREE AND A HALF HOURS later, we got the car home to find they had replaced THE WRONG TIRE. We had to take the car back, and they refunded us for the tire and then repaired the correct tire. Four and a half hours to do something they said they couldnt do at first.This store provided us with the WORST tire experience ever.Dont go to this location, unless you like being sold tires needlessly and then waiting for 5 hours.

Considering how busy they were on a Sunday, you think theyd have more staff. There was only one guy at the front trying to answer the phones, handle the customers coming in, and deal with his coworkers coming up asking him to call people. I waited for probably about 15 minutes just to get to the counter and explain my issues. I was there for an hour and a half in a waiting room that was full of flies and didnt have enough chairs. I then waited at least 20 minutes after I saw my car pulled back out to get called up to pay - $30 for a flat patch, which isnt horrifically overpriced or anything but is definitely on the high end. Id had poor service here before and wouldnt have come if I had a choice. Unfortunately I didnt. Id recommend Discount Tire instead - great customer service and their flat repairs are free.

Glad they are fixing it but it should have been taken care of prior to public shaming! Horrible customer service and I will NEVER use or recommend this establishment to anyone In the future ! We were driving through Kansas when we had a tire problem. We pulled off the interestate and found this place. We were held here 3 hours to tell us that we needed $3,000.00 worth of work on our car, instead of a tire issue. When we asked if they could just rotate the tires to the back they said they were not allowed to do that and we left to drive down the street to a parking lot where we rotated the tires ourself. 2,000 miles later when we got home, we took our car to our mechanic, had the same check done and he SHOWED us on our car, that the list the tire shop gave us, was unneccesary. Although we did need 2 new tires, and a balancing, the rest of the work the tire shop said we needed, we didnt need. Watch out for the unneccessary upcharging this shop evidently likes to do. And dont go here to get your tires rotated, because they are not ALLOWED to do this.

Made an appointment for 8am to have a tire with a nail in it fixed. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby, tire still wasnt fixed yet. So I left and came back 3 hours later and tire STILL wasnt fixed yet. This placed failed to do a 10 to 15 minute repair in 5 hours WITH an appointment! If you cant honor appointments dont make them! I know fixing a flat is not a big money maker and all, but if you fail a customer on the little stuff how can I trust you to do a big ticket tire purchase or auto repair? Needless to say Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been going here for years, and after putting up with some bad instances lately, Im officially cutting ties. Yesterday I had an appointment at 3 to get a new tire. I tell him its the passenger side front that needs replaced, and joked that its the one that looks balder the others. He said it would be 45 minutes. An hour later, they call me to ask which tire it is that needs replacing, because they all looked fine. I repeated which one, and said shouldnt you guys know? It wouldnt pass inspection. Mind you, this is the only place where Ive bought tires for the life of my car. THEN he says we have to drive to Grandview to pick it up; it will be another 30 minutes. First of all - you knew which tire I needed when I first made the appointment and said you had them; why are you just now having to go get one? I said the trip to Grandview alone will be 30 minutes, so it will be another hour if youre being honest, right? He said well maybe 45 minutes. An hour later its finally done, and he gave me a discount (I think 10%) which was OK, but last time I was here, I got a free oil change because I made an appointment and they didnt have time for me. A couple of years ago, they put the wrong lugnuts on a tire - telling me they werent factory but that they were fine - and they nearly came off in transit. I forgave them for that, but kept going out of convenience. No more guys - you suck, and Im done.

Im not going to lie and say the service was always terrible but as of late it seems that they have been breaking parts of my vehicle wether on purpose or accident but then denying responsibility. Anyway I send my girlfriends car in for an oil change, brake replacement, license plate bulbs, and an alignment check the whole shabang. So anyway they give us a 2 hour estimate. After 2 hours i received no call so I waited another 45 or so minutes and called them. They then act confused about the car in which I was referring to so after we got over that milestone, they tell me oh your cars isnt done yet one more hour. So I wait again with no call again I call them again and they say oh yeah your car has been done for a while now like well alright thanks for the call (sarcastically). So whatever I bring my girlfriend up to pick her car up from these people and as she started her car I noticed one of her drivers side brake light wasnt activating. So im pissed I go inside as calmly as I can and tell them hey this was working when I came in here, they of course denied any responsibility but think about it that would mean they skipped part of my oil change because im pretty sure they check out all of that stuff or as far as I know they always do a light check. So if my stuff was messed up prior to me bringing it in im pretty sure they would have noticed. So when i brought it up they denied responsibility and immediately tried to charge me to fix it. So after corporate and a manager got involved with it the manager told my girlfriend to come back in to get it looked at. He looked at it and told her he would have to charge her to fix it. She said no thank you ill do it myself. So the car comes back outside with the drivers side tail light lens halfway popped off of it. So they can expect a call from me later I cant believe they charge all this money just to break something else off of my vehicle to pay them more. If they stopped screwing up so much and less sleazy people they would have more clientele and a better rating this place is a pathetic excuse for an establishment.

If I didnt have to give one star I wouldnt schedule appointment for 7am get here they were not opened then tells me there are three cars ahead of me that was the purpose of scheduling the appointment for 7am

Really bad customer services. Dropped car off on a friday evening and left over night to get two tires replaced. Heard nothing by 11am next day. Took me three phone call over next two hours to find out they hadnt even tried to get my tires from warehouse. Once I was finally notified my car was done I asked if they check the front suspension which I requested be done. They said they would put car right back on rack and check it out. I waited an hour then just went to store. Come to find out my car was sitting outside of shop and never made it back on the rack. I said screw it, Ill just take my car.

One of there employees took a customers car out for a “test drive”, and wrecked it. They wouldn’t do anything for weeks to help the customer. I like Tires Plus, but I won’t be using this store ever!!!

STOP: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IN RAYTOWN, MO They charged me a lot of money for my brakes, fuel injector cleaning and brake flush. Also, they told me I needed new windshield wiper blades, that was a lie..I had just replaced them. And guess what after they told me that, it rained...and my windshield wiper fell off causing the metal arm to scratch & chip my windshield....my brakes are still making a noise, and not stopping like they should. But what really bothers me is this...I called to tell them, I got attitude & sarcasm. My engine is now making a weird noise, I believe it has something to do with the fuel injector cleaning or it could be the oil change. They didnt even change my cabin filter....see Im always going to go to Jiffy Lube...they charge a little, I mean a little more...but I get all of my filters changed...and they communicate with me. I lost money going to Tires Plus, and now I have to spend more money to reverse the damage they have done to my baby. WARNING WARNING WARNING: DO NOT GO TO TIRES PLUS IN RAYTOWN, MO

Had a tire needed replace (about 2 years ago), they broke the air pressure sensor off the rim during removal, and blamed it on me. They said I drove on it flat which caused it to brake off, which wasnt the case, my car was parked and I watched the tire go flat...
