Wonderful experience. Very friendly, efficient, and gave some knowledge that I was not aware of with my car. Great price will go back. The manager, Randall was wonderful. The team worked well together.

Waited from the time I rolled in to when I rolled out - 3 hours. Once I got in, they were very professional. They even made me laugh but they definitely took care of business. I was satisfied. This is first time Ive ever had to wait that long but I will continue to be their customer.

I went here about a month ago for an oil change and had immediate regrets. The technician could not figure out how to reset my oil indicator light and said the issue was with my car. A few weeks later, my car had a major oil leak that resulted in a tow to the nearest dealership and $300 in repairs.

I waited an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change. I understand that the service is a first come first serve basis however someone needs to be held accountable for time spent on each car. Its ridiculous l have to wait this long and it doesnt matter what time or day l go. The wait is always that long. They need training from Chickfila on how to maximize the time on each car and still be efficient.

There was no wait because I got there at 7:45 and they open up at 8 I was there 45 minutes. But I got extra work done on my vehicle, everyone is friendly but talk about another employee personal business in front of customers which I think is not always right maybe they didnt want there business our there. But over all love the place just be there before they open are youll be waiting a hour or so....

Absolute pathetic service. Customer service experience was even worse.After coming home I found out that they did not close things properly. Oil drained in my garage and the car was not drivable. Did calls for 2 days, and they just did back and forth without solving the problem.

I love this place. Now let’s be clear this place can only fit 2 cars at a time so u have to get there early. But even when waiting I was greeted with smiles. I have been going to this Vavoline for awhile for an oil change but this time I have been taking my Benz for a simple oil change well somewhere during the service my coolant hose was broken the 1st time I did make a big deal cause Randy said it was not their fault but 3months. Later time for an oil change its the same problem my coolant hose broken well nobody still wants to take responsibility DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE AS A WOMAN THEY BREAK STUFF AND DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY THE CRAZY PART IT WAS LIKE 3 DUDES DOING A OIL CHANGE ON MY CAR AND RANDY GONE SAY ITS NOT HIS FAULT DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE

I spent 40 minutes in line with only 2 cars in front of me only to end up leaving. There were employees taking out trash and standing around talking. No sense of urgency. In the past, a technician has walked up to my car and asked what im there for and given me a time frame. None of this happened. Very disappointing.

I was super happy til I saw my windshield was cracked.. I called immediately when I saw it. Ive still not been called back about having it replaced. I took it back yesterday to ask ?s and am still waiting on the call I was told Id get Sunday or yesterday. Ive been using the one on Wornall Road for probably a decade and I have never had any issues or problems getting my windshield wipers replaced! The crack did not show up until the glass had an opportunity to settle overnight, and Im just really disappointed that the customer service is absolutely lacking at this location. And I really seriously hope they fix my windshield because I just paid a fortune for that van and all of the upkeep, just a driveway with a broken windshield. Im very disappointed, watch them like a hawk if you get your blades replaced. I wasnt in the vehicle when they did it because they had me get out for tire rotation.

Ok but takes about 15 minutes a car depending on whats needed so if you pull up and theres a line youll be there for a couple hours.

The guy came to my car after an hour of sitting in the line to say the car in front of me is waiting on a part and the wait would be longer because they will not move the car until after they work on it... Maybe I dont understand but why wouldnt you work on any other cars until then? THEY STARTING FIXING THE CAR NEXT TO ME.

I have been going to Valvoline for a very long time & the minute I try a new location because I’m EXPECTING ALL Valvoline locations to be professional I was proved WRONG! I never was told that I had a oil link and my oil dipstick was broke I got the most expensive oil change to find out a couple weeks later I have no oil in my car I had my truck for 5yrs and I kept it up now due to not having oil in my truck I need a new motor so now me being a single mother of 4 little ones I have no transportation! I am scared to drive my truck and it lock up on me and my kids! I will never ever go to vavoline again or refer anyone to go to them!!!

Bought the car used for starters.But after about 2 weeks from an oil change hereIm over-heated on the highway and I cant pull over fast enough to jump, stop and roll the hell away from the fker fast enough before it the whole engine and everything was *covered with Coolant, over heated and smoking*a hose came loose or from some direction, slipping it back on and over heating again popping right back off. Smoke. Something went bad and I had just gotten fluids topped off and radiator fluid changed, hm. Well the cars been in the shop for a week and 2 days and well life Hasnt been the same since that first visit now that Im thinking about it. The next visit they say I need to change radiator fluid...I do it... I tell them about the leak but never engage a conversation with me about anything.

Was a regular customer here, but now i wont be returning. Im changing my review to reflect my last service. They worked on my car for about 5 min and then charged me $85! I didnt see them work on refilling any of my fluids or check my tire pressure or blinkers, etc. What a rip off! This group of people on this particular day were just pure lazy in my opinion.

We waited in line for 45 minutes to be charged over $100 dollars for a oil change. I came here cause the dealership charges 70 bux thinking Valvoline would be cheaper. Boy was I mistaking.

You cannot tell me this isn’t the best place to get an oil change. Especially the Lee’s summit location, the staff there are always so pleasant and thorough with service. Used to go to Jiffy Lube and Walmart but after going here I’ll never go anywhere else. Prices are a bit more higher but hey “how much is your time worth?”. Don’t have to set an appointment, drive right in, sit in the car the whole time and it only takes about 15/20 mins while you watch the technicians work on your car so you know the work is actually being done. They’re very verbal so i never have to second guess if somethings been checked or not. They also directed me to the website to get a coupon for my service because I didn’t have one! How awesome is that.

I love my neighborhood Valvoline. Im a regular. Its very convenient, the service is always great as well as the prices.

The service was great. We were asked to wear our masks which is perfect. I did however notice one employee who kept taking his off. If I need to wear mine in my stuffy car with no air going I felt he could wear his as well. Other than that the girl who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly.

Apparently Valvoline is no longer carrying/ordering the oil filter for my vehicle (2007 Hyundai Accent). They could have it delivered if I wanted to sit there waiting for 45 minutes. And they will not order it ahead of time! Not cool.

They did an oil change and are car has been messing up since,I would not recommend then at all very unprofessional business

5 star service.. not a long wait, excellent service and they got me in and out. I love that you can stay in your car during the service and the lady even changed my air filter that I brought with me for no additional charge. Theyll get my business from now on.

They spilled oil all over the front of my engine without making sure to clean it. Also had oil hand prints on the hood and fenders. Wont return to that location again.

I come here for my oil changes. Staff is always friendly & it doesnt take too long. The only issue I had on my recent visit, they left black oil smudges all over my hood & my drivers side door. I have a white vehicle & washed my car a few days before being serviced.

The wait time is UNBEARABLE. They take way too long. This has become a recent issue.

Very long line had to wait about 90 minutes in line but once it was my turn everyone was friendly and the oil change was quick. The lady I dealt with really seemed to know what she was talking about.

I went there to get an oil change and to find out if the previous owner of the car used synthetic or regular. They checked my oil, said it’s super clean, and told me to come back in 1500 miles. How crazy is that?! Great staff.

Oil change 4.9 quarts of full synthetic oil. He asked do you want full synthetic? And I didnt know the difference so I said I guess and then after it was done, it costed $97. They could have have at least shown the price beforehand. Never going back there.

They try to up sale you on everything 🙄 . I went Lees Summit last time and they do not do this. The lady in Raytown was trying tell me the mnfg said I needed the synthetic oil and literally the young man in Lees Summit looked it up and showed me. It was the cheapest one. Then I needed a transmission flush for an extr $200 . They said nothing to me about that in Lee .Summit. I think she said I need wiper blades. Everything she could sell me she said I needed. Will not be going back to Raytown for sure

Today was my second visit to this location. I used to have all work done at a dealership, but grew tired of waiting hours on end for the work to be done. The guys at Valvoline in Raytown, MO are friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. I was in n out in 12 (yes 12!) minutes today. The price for a Full Synthetic MaxLife Oil Change was $97.68 - $15 coupon + taxes = $88.74. I get my oil changed every 5k miles (approximately 4 months), so I think this is a fair price for such speedy, quality service.

The service here is great. The staff is very polite and helpful. They make everything easy to understand and they try to explain why they are suggesting a service. If coming in for an oil change, you will be offered other services, but they are things you usually need and they are never pushy. I wish the coupons offered a larger discount.

Only one person wears a mask here. Its super frustrating. The wait is usually ok, they dont push stuff too much. I just wish they would wear masks.

This is MY spot! I know that I drive past 50 places thatll change the oil in my car but these people go above and beyond in the areas of customer service. Well worth the drive and the cost! Pesce of mind is priceless.

Longish wait but friendly people

Dont let these people fool you. There was a guy there trying to get me to spend close to $200 in preventative services. I understand its part of his job to offer me an upgrade or two. However, he tried to tell me that since I was missing a little coolant I should pay $100+ to save me from needing a new radiator. He went on to say a radiator costs THOUSANDS... Well, from my experience I had to buy a new radiator last year when I hit a hog with my car in Oklahoma and Ill tell you what. A radiator only costs about $100. Not thousands. He felt pretty stupid after I told him that.Other than that... The guy who greeted me was really friendly and got me in without a very long wait. The guy who changed my oil did so without spilling oil everywhere (In the past Ive had places get oil places it doesnt belong). This part isnt a big deal but I had to put the sticker on and reset my oil light back to 100% myself... easy stuff but Ive never had to do it since usually the oil changing place does it before I leave.

Deniro is always so helpful and always gets me in and out quickly! Doesn’t hesitate to find discounts on oil changes for me either! I love going here.

My experience here was excellent, the lady that helped me was extremely nice !! I got my oil changed and got my a/c charged .. Other mechanics said that my compressor went out but never took the chance to actually look at it, but this lady actually knew what she was talking about .. I was skeptical about going here because I usually go to my family mechanic, but he has been really busy lately. I will most definitely be back here !!!!!
