Most trustworthy Chevy service in the area. Rick F. and the rest of the service team are stand up people and provide honest, good quality automotive care and repairs. They have guaranteed / warrantied parts and service that I have received from them and have always honored these guarantees without any hassle. Rick and the service team took good care of my first Chevy and Ive now returned since purchasing my second. I trust them and couldnt recommend McGee service highly enough.

I would first like to say hands down Cathy Ryan came through with a plan to surprise my husband with a brand new Chevy Trailboss! He had been eyeing it but didn’t want to pull the trigger. Not only did she make it all happen but delivered to the house with balloons before he arrived home. I cannot thank her enough for her customer service, honestly and integrity! Do not buy from this dealer, my wife bought a vehicle from josh, who was unprofessional, rude and very ignorant to the fact that we were of color. Saying that the vehicle was this amount, as if we were unable to buy it.When we viewed the vehicle after seeing it on line, and then coming in person and buying the car cash, we later noticed that the tires were changed when after purchasing the car and they stated they were cleaning it and it would be ready in 5 minutes. But after 25 minutes passed we assumed it was being cleaned thoroughly. But later noticed that the tires were switched to some used ones that we had to replace not 3ven 3 months later and another dealer told us we could have been killed and They never should have sold us a car with those tires. The metal was showing. Also, though we paid cash, we had to constantly inquire about the title, registration date, etc. They never reached out to us on their own, . never again would I buy from them. Theyre the type that once you pay, its like OK, when we get ready we will get to you. But if we were to have financed the car, we think they would have gave us top notch service to save face. And put on a show .and after paying 17k for the car, we spent 1100 on new tires.So you get 1 star. Do better. Sincerely. Unsatisfied customer.🤬🤬🤬🤬

Just bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport on Monday, took it home on Wednesday, today is Friday, it had a DIFFERENT TIRE on one of the wheels, told them about my situation, they said I was lying to them so I showed them a picture of all four tires and then this time going back to the service station they admitted that I was right about my car. They then proceeded to lie again to my face saying they were unable to take back my vehicle because I felt u safe in it and wanted a refund, even though in the state of Massachusetts its illegal to not take back a vehicle if the customer doesnt want it anymore. Im highly upset and will not be purchasing from them ever again and I highly recommend that nobody buys from them.

The car dealership doesnt have any new low end cars on lot. Also not a big selection for the price range of 15k to 18k. The sale person was good Robin. I did not know this. Dealership dont full you gas tank too. But there did do my state inspection. I would go back but it is an hour from my house.

My sister and I drove into McGee Chevrolet to look for a new vehicle. We were greeted by Elden Silva and had the best experience ever at a car dealer. We were not rushed or persuaded to buy anything and we test drove several vehicles. In the end my sister purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado. I will recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. We were treated with respect and not made to feel that we could not even afford this vehicle. So happy with Elden. And Josh Melo was great as well.

Just had the rudest experience with someone in service. Questioned why I hadn’t been in to fix a problem that was noted on my account “a year ago.”Sir, you realize this last year has been a major pandemic? Sorry that it hasn’t been on the top of my priorities list to get to you mid pandemic, but I’ll be sure to explain this all to you in person. I’ve had my used car for a year, noticed my back defroster wasn’t working soon afterwards and they said that they’d be able to fix it, but needed a specialist. Said specialist wasn’t there when I was at the dealership getting my sticker and when I first pointed out the problem the week I purchased my car last August. Mind you I live an hour away. So while this may have been a year ago, I still tried to get it fixed and little does the rude man know, I tried making an appointment back in the fall but they told me they can’t work on glass in the winter. This guy was questioning my reasoning. Unreal. I don’t need to explain myself to you. Thank you but no thank you. Change your customer service attitude. I worked for a car dealership in service department for almost 2 years and never once would dream of questioning a customer like that.

Its a shame when you can spend 65,000 on a brand new truck. Then to have mechanical or electrical problems causing it to go into limp mode. On more then one occasion. Then on both occasions having the service manager tell you. We cant look at your vehicle for atleast 8 weeks or more. Wow!! They had no problem taking my money as quick as a thief in the night. Doesnt only take like maybe 10 minutes to hook it up to a computer to diagnose the problem?? Thats the way to stand behind your product and help out a customer. Good job🤪. The warranty doesnt cover the fuel the time or the inconvenience which comes along with all the other issues. In the future Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

The Vehicle I purchased was advertised lower on cars.com app. When I brought that up they said 3rd party sites they use, is not the correct Vehicle sale price. A piece of the Vehicles trim had a crack and they wouldnt decrease the value. Running boards and parking assist were defective. They said wait 30 days after sales then get it fixed. At that point I already made the impulsive decision to buy the vehicle. Y3s, dumb decision but this vehicle said to me please take me home. So after a month the brakes started squeaking so I made an appointment at a Chevy dealership near me in South Coast Massachusetts. Once the mechanic inspected my vehicle I was informed the brakes were fine, but just cheap not OEM brakes, the rear shocks are leaking, I needed new front struts, rear 3rd brake light was shorted and one of the parking sensors were bad. Some things were covered by my extended warranty and some werent. I fixed EVERYTHING they advised In the end I shelled out $2,846.84 on my vehicle. They are sales and most likely knew about all the repairs I had addressed. If they didnt know, then they have some poor employees to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and not fix it to get a good sale and positive feedback. Unless they wanted to be cheap and not fix it and just look at the dollar signs. They 100% played me but im a positive guy and I learn from my experiences. No they lost a returning customer and earned an Honest review for a customer. I WILL never return and Id advise you consumers to be patient and look elsewhere.

The salesperson, Josh, I worked with was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire sales experience was a breeze. From negotiating to driving off with the car, made the process quick and easy. However, the rest of my experience, mostly with the service department not good. The car has a major issue with the screen (its brand new) and they dont care to make sure its fixed.I also bought new bowtie emblems and model letters. I had them shipped to the dealer and was told that they would put them on for me at no charge. When I got there I was told I did actually have to pay, but they would give me a little discount since they had told me it would be complimentary. I waited two hours there with my 5 year old. When it was finished, I went out and the bowtie on the front was not set in right. One sided was sticking out and needed to be pushed in further, and the surrounding plastic was all dinged up from whatever tool they used to take it out. I showed the sales rep there and he was also shocked with the damage and poor work. He asked the service tech that did it and said that he pried the old emblem out with a tool and that was in fact what the damage was from. In addition to that, my model letters werent put on. They said they forgot to do them, and told me to come back another day for them. I came back another day, dropped it off this time, and it was there for the entire day to get the letters put on. When they called that it was ready, I came to pick it up, and the letters were CROOKED!!!! Again, the sales rep came out to see and also immediately noticed they were crooked.This has been so frustrating.

I am going to start out by saying that I originally was spooked to go here because of the negative reviews I had read both on here and on other sites. I ignored these poor reviews because I found a vehicle here that I liked and it seemed as if the sales team was friendly and fair. Once I had purchased the vehicle, my experience drastically changed. That being said, if you would like to purchase a car where the dealership does not honor their warranty, then McGee Chevy in Raynham on 44 is your spot.I spent $37,000 on this vehicle 5 weeks ago. 4 weeks and 6 days ago, which by the way was the first time I drove said vehicle on the highway, I noticed a violent shudder when braking. Obviously warped rotors I told myself. Clearly Mcgee will fix the issue since it was there already. I was also comforted because they kept going on about their wonderful internal “warranty” when they were selling their car to me. What I can tell you about their standard or extended warranties is that they are a joke. Rick from Mcgee’s service department informed me that they replaced my front rotors shortly before I purchased the car. He acknowledged that the salesmen who left his $31,0000 biweekly paystub in my glovebox while he had the car for personal use (which is common practice at dealerships) possibly could have caused the damage. For whatever unexplained reason, though, Rick and the team felt as though I braked the car too hard before ever driving it on the highway and I caused the damage myself. As a result, they would not honor their express written warranty. I expressed my disbelief but they could not care less. The best they could do was charge me half their rate. Outrageous. The car they sold me, as a licensed dealer, was damaged and they refused to honor their legal obligation to fix it. The only thing they will do is nickel and dime you. Simply unbelievable.The repair has been done. I am past that. However, what I can tell you is this:1. I promise, I will never purchase anything from Mcgees Chevy ever again. I will never use their service department either.2. I swear that I will tell everyone who will hear me how unpleasant of a situation I had. I will recommend all of my family and friends go elsewhere for their next vehicle.

Today is 7-31-21 Bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee Jeep last saturday. The vehicle is nice but, the website said it was pre-owned certified but come to find out it wasnt. I had to buy a new air filter & wipers & I havent even check the cabin filter yet. Very disappointing. Plus the engine has a ticking noise I told them to check it out last week but they were too busy they said so now Im back at the dealer to check it. Im not paying to fix it. Maybe I will return it & get something else. Not happy.

After doing some research I think I could have got this car cheaper elsewhere.. and with an actual good warranty.UPDATE #2: down to one star! as I have gone back to them to address this review and the deal. I was told that they were “sorry” and there is nothing they can do about it. They didn’t seem to care that I was lied to about the kbb value of the car, or that I paid ~5k over fair market value. I showed them that the same cars with 20k less miles are selling for ~5-7k less in the surrounding areas. They didn’t try to make anything right, they tried to justify it by saying they gave me more on my trade in. I told them what I could and could not afford and they could have worked with me WAY more than they did after they claimed to give me a “great deal”. It’s my fault for not doing adequate research on this vehicle before coming in since I planned on purchasing another vehicle. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH! Don’t let them lie to you!

NEVER take your car to be serviced at this location. They claim to charge a fee of $150.00 to diagnose problem BUT CHARGED me $500.00 still had no idea why my car had problem!! MCGEE Chevy service manager claimed that after having my car an entire day, it was not enough time for them to give me a diagnostic, I was told to leave it another day for double the charge. I was desperate and agreed. I left my car for another full day and never heard back from manager. I had to call for him to tell me that they had no idea what was causing my car problems and was still charging me $500 for doing absolutely nothing! I had no answers, nothing was fixed and had to put myself in danger and drive my car out of that place. LOST 2 days of work and $500 hoping to get a diagnostic that never received.I fortunately was referred to FAWZYS AUTO REPAIR in Fall River.They took me right away, run codes right away and got a diagnostic that helped them figure the problem for FREE. The repair cost me less than the money MCGEE Chevrolet very dishonestly stole from me.STAY AWAY FROM MCGEE CHRVROLET IN RAYNHAM, MA!!!

Went to pick up my 2017 wrx yesterday and turned the a/c on just to find out it doesn’t work then turn the radio on and find out couple of the speakers are blow. Called the dealer and after 3-4 hours of waiting for a call back when they said 10-15 minutes, I call and all I get is basically that it’s my problem now and if I want they can look at it but I would have to pay to fix because is not safety related but that’s absurd spending 23k on vehicle and just pick it up and you’re on your own. Definitely will not be back!

Poor communication. If you do, hopefully you receive much better than I did. I purchased a vehicle that I noticed I had to inflate one particular tire within days of driving it off the lot. I emailed/called and got zero response. I should say I got a response after weeks went by from the salesman stating he no longer works there. I also received an email asking for me to trade in my car and get a new one (typical email from a dealer) even though I just purchased one from them.I brought the truck to a local trusted dealer and had them look at the tire. Turns out there was a nail in the sidewall. How the dealership wasnt aware of this is just bananas. There is no way they had this vehicle on their lot and didnt have to inflate the tire. This dealer said this shouldnt have left the McGee lot without being identified and fixed. In addition they stated it was shocking they never reached out to me after all of my calls and emails. So now Im sitting here having to pay for this out of pocket, thanking the driving Gods for the tire not blowing up over the past year.McGee showed me they dont care, they want your business and dont want to keep you as a happy customer. It is unfortunate and I hope not everyone receives this customer service. This is just one issue of my entire process that I wasnt thrilled with, but probably one of the biggest.

Awesome experience in and out. Their Covid protocol made our family feel comfortable. Very professional and friendly from the very first step in the door. We worked with Mason, he was an expert with the new revamped Suburban. Car sales typically has a bad stereo type experience attached to it. Mason was the opposite, calm patient, and professional. Even my 2 yr old loved him. We where undecided so he arranged for us to take the Suburban Home for the day. We loved it !!! Absolutely top shelf vehicle. All around great experience. Purchased a 2017 Silverado LTZ at the end of March. Thank God I purchased the extended warranty! Certified means nothing I took it back because the transmission shuddered and shifted hard almost like it was slamming into gear. They said the felt the shudder but that was it and changed the fluid. They didn’t notice any slamming although every one that rides in it feels it! That was week one week two was the Shutters on the engine compartment died! If I hadn’t purchased the top of the line warranty I would have had to pay $600 for the work less than 2 full weeks after purchase. Now a month and a half out I went to use my spare key and it doesn’t even go to this truck. My fault I should have checked immediately but I figured they knew which keys went to the truck.Sadly they were recommended by a family member so I trusted that this would be a great place to buy. I haven’t been back about my second key but based on my passed experience it would only cost me more!

I had my boyfriend take my car but overall seemed like it was quick. I had my filters changed and an oil change, the guy there only told me the oil change included a tire rotation but it also included many more things which was great. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very friendly as well. The only complaint was that country music they were playing, my boyfriends ears were bleeding lol.

McGee Chevrolet is our go-to dealership for lease and pre-owned vehicles. We previously leased and recently went to trade this vehicle in for a pre-owned. Samantha, our sale associate, was informative and very helpful. She was willing to show us various inventory, as we were unsure of exactly what type of vehicle we wanted. They worked with us to finance our new vehicle at a payment we could agree to. I would recommend McGee Chevrolet for their service and inventory!

I am not one for doing reviews but after our experience with buying a car at McGee Chevrolet I feel compelled to. My wife and I started the search for her new car at several other car dealers and ended at McGee. The salesman Guy Botelho was both courteous and knowledgeable. Guy went though all the features of the car from opening the hood to closing the trunk and everything in between. Of all the vehicles we have purchased in the past never has one been explained so thoroughly and efficiently. Guy was also very pleasant throughout the tedious process of agreeing on the final price. WARNING!! Do Not waste your time/money getting your car serviced at this place. For last 9 months going there and still continue with car engine light coming back on, car would shake, suddenly lose speed while driving on the highway. I dropped it off at 7:00 am as scheduled. I DID NOT receive a single call all morning, I ended up having to call them at 1 pm. Manager Ed Jones tells me that they haven’t had a chance to see my car. I’m thinking WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT? But ok..He said my car will be next. I waited up until 4:30 pm and still No Call from Ed! Techs leave at 5! I CALLED, Ed said that they needed more time and had to leave my car there and that his mechanic will drive my car to his house to test it. The mechanic lives 30 miles away!!He drive a total of 70 MILES TO TEST MY CAR leaving MY FULL tank down to less than HALF A TANK ok..The Second day I still did not get a call to get an update.. AGAIN I HAD TO CALL to get update 11:30 am. Manager Ed Jones says to give them more time and will call me back,. He called 20 minutes later to tell me that they will need more time and it will cost me another $300.00 !!!!! For a total of $449.97 to allow them more time to actually give a diagnosis; NOT TO FIX ANYTHING!! I am crying at this point. Being a single mother working 2 jobs to feed my kids and this person tells me I have to pay $459 to know what is wrong with my car? I will have to make a decision of cutting food and rent so I could get an idea of my car problem. I agree since I have to drive from Raynham to Boston where I have both my jobs.I need a car 🥺Manager Ed says great! I will call you when we finish the diagnostics. HE NEVER CALLED!! ; at this point I am very frustrated at his LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! He will only call to ask for more money but NOT follow back it’s UNACCEPTABLE !!I HAD TO CALL AGAIN TO GET an idea of what is going on!!!! Ed Jones says that they will need more time !!!!!! WHAT?????? That will cost me even more money and still No DIAGNOSTIC ANSWER. Is there a limit at HOW MUCH THIS MANAGER WANTS TO CHARGE TO ACTUALLY LOOK AT MY CAR AND GET DIAGNOSTICS DONE?? First of all they did not even look at my car the very first day I dropped it off, the guy just drove it to his house and claimed nothing was happening!IT WAS CLEAR TO ME THAT THEY HAD NO INTENTIONS ON WORKING IN MY CAR . The fact that they see a baby car sit, and not care for our safety while driving in this car.The fact that a Chevy car dealer is not capable to diagnose a problem with a car they built is concerning. Or they just felt like not serving my car again because the problem keeps happening after they claimed to fix it for the last 9 months ?🤔Having to Pay $449.00plus other charges that Manager ED JONES decided to add to my final bill which he DID NOT EVEN GO OVER THOSE OTHER CHARGES WITH ME and HAD NO ANSWER TO Why my CAR WOULD LOSE POWER TO SPEED, AND ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON, car engine sounds loud and car vibrates.I Asked Ed Jones what was his reason for NOT CALLING ME AS HE SAID HE WOULD? HE PLANNED TO FORCE ME TO HAVE MY CAR THERE LONGER AND CHARGE MORE MONEY!!!HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS, HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and that includes his other worker who was across his desk who decided to start YELLING at me, telling me the issue with my car is not the same that has been happening for the last 9 months. But yes, it is. This very same issue has caused me to bring my car 3 times to this dealer but this time they have no intentions of getting to service it AND this was my first time having to deal with Ed Jones.I JUST PAID THEM FOR WASTING MY TIME, for GIVING ME SO MUCH anxiety and FOR MAKING ME FEEL THAT I AM NOTHING And NOT WORTH OF THEIR TIME TO Call me and to DIAGNOSE MY CAR PROBLEMS. NO ANSWER AND $479.00 less to feed my kids +Lost 2 days of work because no car rental available due to 4th July weekend 😭

I went to McGee this morning and went to buy a truck. I met Manny Williams. I wanted zero drama and none of the tiresome car buying BS. I had a problem with my used vehicle,Service took it right in gave me a brand new car to use until my car was fixed,There was a problem with the rental and I was afraid of breaking down on my way back to Raynham from Medford,The manager drove my car to me,It was so nice of them and they were so great about it,I think they were the best guys I have dealt with,The attention and help was so much appreciated. Seriously go anywhere but here. Sold us a car that had so many issues including no condenser, missing fittings leaving the engine completely exposed to water, faulty ignition, a battery that needed to be jumped every time, etc. We work hard for what we have and definitely taken advantage of. I will not let this die, and not given up the fight. Its places like this that give dealerships a bad reputation.

I bought a Chevy Eqinox.. 6..7.. Mts ago.. My back windshield doesnt work.. Ive never used it.. Was going on a trip my daughter showed me how. It didnt work.. Mine u never was turn on.. They told me 139.00 to put it on the machine.. My pump might of went.. How could it.. Never used it.. Now they say maybe a mice or squirrel could of eating the wire.. They just serviced everything.. Didnt see anything then.. Poor business.. So beware.. They dont check over there used cars.. I pay 293.00 a mth.. For 6 yrs.. This car wasnt cheap.. And thats how a 62 yr.old woman is treated.. No need of this..
