Do not use!!! I wish I could leave negative stars. These guys adjusted my caster so incorrectly the wheels will not come back to center, this is dangerous. They over tightened the preload in my steering gear and told me the resistance was because I incorrectly torqued my ball joints, even though they rotated fine before they touched it. The steering wheel isnt straight either anymore. Then 2 days after my alignment, the gear became loose and started spraying fluid out of the top, they didnt tighten the adjuster nut! They charged way to much for the quality of work I received. The guy behind the counter was rude and arrogant. The tech left grease all over my steering wheel and seat and turned my a/c on which I wasnt running because of a stuck blend door which broke off and blocked the blower fan. The tech also hot rodded my truck on his many, many test drives. Now I have to replace my a/c door, steering gear and have another alignment done at a real shop. I did a better alignment with 2 rods and a tape measure in my driveway.

Have a larger vehicle or trailer that needs an alignment or wheel bearing repack?Rapid Tire & Alignment should be your FIRST choice.I recommend RT&A from first hand experience.Also, these Gentleman treat you with professionalism.

Was going to have my car repaired here till I walked in. Threating a customer that was already at the counter isnt a good look. I turned right around to leave. I will never come back here again. Nor should you ever go here.

Took my old beater with a cow feeder in... the front end parts were all worn out and had to herd it all the way into town. 4 hours later, a bunch of new parts and it drives like a new pickup.

Was the best experience Ive had going to a shop in a long time. Very nice owner and employees. They were very good at asking if you want parts replaced and showing them to you instead of just adding a bunch of parts and sticking it to you because you are from out of town. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get an alignment done. My truck has never driven this straight since Ive owned it.

This was a amazing RV repair shop with a great owner, he was very nice and knowledgeable. Explain things well in detail. Ready when he said it would be and good price. Would recommend to lots of people and other RV repair shops recommend them to us. We did a walk in with no appointment but got lucky so call ahead to be sure.

We were referred to Rapid Tire by the wonderful gentlemen at Green Star Camper (located less than a mile from Rapid Tire). Our travel trailer needed new tires and an alignment, and Walt at Rapid Tire was able to take our trailer that same afternoon (only a few hours before closing!). His team replaced the original tires with upgraded, more durable tires and performed the alignment, all before the 5 PM closing time. We are grateful for the excellent customer service and the great work done by the service team. If your travel trailer needs tires and/or alignment, be sure to take it to Rapid Tire.

After a horrible experience with a different shop in town this week, I found Rapid Tire & Alignment and they absolutely nailed it. A facility capable of handling my RV size (easily), an owner who is personally and hands on engaged with both customers and the team in the shop. And the mechanics are hard working, smart, collaborative and polite. My alignment was a mess and it’s now better than when the RV was new. Thank you Walt and the team in the shop. You are all real pro’s.

This was the best place to fix my alignment in my 5th wheel. I had a tire going bald on the inside so I took it in. They aligned both axles and put a new tire on the bald one. I have driven it for a week and noticed that the all the tires are wearing great. All work was done in about three hours. Ausome job!!!!!

Customer beware!This shop charges 200% markup on cheap parts. The parts delivery gal delivered Masterpro parts and said they were $20 each and my bill reflected $65 per part. When asked about the upcharge the owner stated they were AC Delco parts, which I knew they werent. He also stated thats how he keeps the lights on. He got very defensive and did not show me my parts receipt.Asked the shop guy how long the parts swap would take and he said about 30 mins. My bill reflected over two hours of shop labor time ($230). Not sure why a 30 minute job took over two hours?Very disappointed with this shop and recomend you go else where for your vehicle needs.

Great customer service, fair pricing, awesome time management. Our toyhauler had some serious alignment issues after fishtailing on black ice which sent us thru the snow packed/water slush median. We were very lucky we didnt lose our lives that day or roll over. The incident caused alignment issues, all 4 scissor jacks twisted, and the support rails were bent. We were referred to Rapid Tire and Alignment from Jacks campers. We were very grateful to have found Rapid Tire and Alignment because they serviced all of our desperate needs to get us back on road to travelling. I took my 2011 Rav4 to get an alignment done. I had an appointment a week prior and when I show up they advised me it’s going to be at least a 30 minute wait. I overheard the worker there was helping a “friend” with their vehicle who showed up on short notice. He moved my time to help someone else he knew. The waiting room there was disgusting. It was very dirty and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. My vehicle finally went into the shop over 40 minutes late. I waited quite a while and they said it was done. I started to drive the vehicle home and I immediately felt a vibration in the gas pedal. The vehicle also continued to pull right.The RAV was inspected by them a second time. I called the “owner” of the place and he said my vibration was not caused by them. He said he didn’t know where the vibration was coming from, he could only guess. The vibration only started after they had so called fixed my alignment. This place is operated very poorly and they do NOT honor their work. I would NEVER tell anyone to take their vehicle here!!!

Great owner.got us in and out with short notice.

They tried to adjust my brakes on my 5th wheel, but they hade no idea what they where doing. One brake was overtightend and the wheel was blocking. I had to replace all 4 tires as result of this crappy job they did!

Very nice people got me in and out, did overinflated my RV tires as per vehicle spec but when I brought it back they adjusted correctly
