J.T. was who answered when I called, HE WAS AMAZING!!!! EXTREAMLY friendly and knowledgeable! We are from Missouri and are on our first vacation. We were on our was to Mt Rushmore when the transmission went out of our van leaving us stranded almost 700 miles from home. He was able to find us a trailor to haul it back on and reserved it at a great price all within 15 mins. Hes truly one of Gods angels, and Im not a religious man what so ever. I recommend this place and J.T. over any other within 200 miles. He deserves a bonus and a permanent pay raise. He is the companys most valuable asset without a doubt!!! My woman and two little girls thank you for saving our vacation!!!!

I called to see if I could get something to tow a car and they didnt have anything. They tried to send us to Nebraska but that was rediculos. They ended up sending us to Casper 3 hours out of the way and didnt even offer to five us a small discount. Never had worse service from U-Haul.

Key drop is in the back and places to park a big truck are extremely limited. Convenient location, though.

Probably wont rent from them again. The trucks gas gauge was faulty but they dont reimburse for anything so I am out the extra money I spent. Boo
