Shane and Renae have always exceeded expectations and the work is top notch. Every time I received a bill it was far less than expected. I would highly recommend their service. I wont take my trailers to anyone else.

Outstanding Service by a local shop - A well known national chain RV Dealer referred us to Big Tex because the quality of their work to replace a vent cover. The friendly staff quickly made the unscheduled repair and was charged a reasonable price that was more than fair. Highly recommended!

The bearings went out on a wheel on our 5th wheel camper while on vacation. We were able to get it over to them and they had it repaired by the end of the day. They also checked the other 3 wheels and made sure we were safe to continue down the road. Additionally, they were very kind and sympathetic to our stressful situation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs trailer help.

I wore out my bearings close to Mt Rushmore and was very lucky to find these great guys. I checked Blake trailers first and was told it would take 2 days to get to. I went to Big Tex Trailer world instead and they had me back on the road in a little over an hour for a very fair price. These guys are honest and fair. They do great work and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! Thanks again for helping a couple travelers to keep going down the road.

As odd as it may seem, I generally choose to work with businesses based on proximity, this is in part what led me to choose Sam’s trailer sales to get my trailer revised. My first impression of the business was good as I was greeted by very friendly staff members. Little did I know, the team at Sam’s trailer sales would go above and beyond my already high expectations. I came out of there absolutely delighted with the service I had gotten and I will not go anywhere else for my trailer needs from now on.It is very rare for me to come across such quality of service and highly recommend them to any one with trailer needs.

I cant speak highly enough of the service at Sams Trailers. While I was towing my boat across the country I found two studs had broken off during a gas stop in South Dakota. I spent the night in Rapid City and found Sams while looking up places to get the trailer fixed. I dropped the trailer off shortly after they opened and their service staff was able to fit the job in to their busy schedule and change out all 5 studs. What I thought might be a day long delay took about 3 hours and I was on the road again that afternoon. The teams knowledge and professionalism was outstanding.

We were in the area camping when we had a problem with one of our tires on our camper. We called Big Tex Travel World and we were given an appointment the very next morning. They immediately analyzed the problem, took care of it, and charged us about 10% of what we expected to pay.

As soon as they could get a crane in, they where very efficient getting the trailers off loaded. What threw a monkey wrench into the mix was to drivers unable to follow directions. They did not call in advance so, they where not aware that they were getting 3 loads.

About three months ago i was on the lot looking at a dump trailer i had been saving up to get. Thats when i spotted a small 4x6 enclosed trailer. I ended up buying it that day and to be honest it is an awesome trailer, getting way more use out of it then i had imagined with no problems besides the title taking quite a while to show up. jump to the last hail storm and my roof and one side is totaled. My insurance said get an estimate and they would fix it. So i call up Big Tex and they say its 100 dollars to get an estimate, she was acting like i was trying to run a scam and pocket the money so wanted to charge me for something. thanks for service after the sale. so i called a real body shop and they said drop her off and we will talk to the insurance for you, nothing out of pocket. So guessing im not going there for my dump trailer which im still saving up to get.

Great service, rental trailer could use a little better care

We were driving from Ohio on our way to Yellowstone and our leaf spring broke on our camper trailer. They not only had the part we needed they even let us use their tools to change it!!! We were back on the road in about 50 minutes; awesome customer service!

Tried 3x to call them...endless answering machine and never heard a live voice . If a business cant take time to speak to me on the phone. My money goes elsewhere.
