I got there after hours and the code didnt work. Underneath the code box there was a phone number to call. This turned out to be the general managers personal number. She was the most helpful general manager Ive ever talked to. He took time out of her home life and family to help me, and I think that is awesome.

Cant just check a price. They want my card number to charge me to reserve a enclosed cargo trailer for our trip out of town. Then the one we wanted is out side and they say they dont have any.

I have used this U-Haul location for years and its always friendly staff and very helpful.
