Good selection, friendly staff, and the store has obviously changed management as I dont see hundreds of boxes to make your way around anymore. Yay 🌟

The people that work here are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and stocked. Im from Florida,here on vacation. Our stores there are bare shelves and the people arent helpful or friendly.

Although this store has gotten better but still kinda dirty, doesnt have whole lot of product on the shelves

I walked in and it screamed ghetto. Im from Colorado Springs, if the health department from there came here they would shut it down. I walked in and the boxes for restocking were positioned to look like literal garbage. It doesnt help that the items (which are great) are piled like someone hoards daily. The people are ghetto. I mean no offense here but dang.

Messiest Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Understand you are likely undergoing restocking, but common!!! Blocking access to the merchandise too; equates to reduced sales.

4 stars because they lack some things the others might have and for all the clutter.I just wish when you carried certain things, that obviously were sellers, that you would keep them.I mean, i get people want their junk foods, but there is just so much devoted to it. The seaweed 3packs were healthy, amazing, and yet tucked in the hardest to find spot of the isle! ( i am disabled, use a cane, and i couldnt see the very bitty bottom that looked like the gap betwixt the floor and the isle display)Still, staff is nice, courteous, and quick to help if they can. This is my go to when i need something i know they have, but if i want to gander and do a bit of buying with my stomach, i know the dollar tree to go to.(and it isnt this one.)

Friendly staff. Store is a little disorganized and appears low on inventory. I’m visiting from out of state and needed to pick up a couple things that almost all locations carry. Couldn’t find them here. I did however pick up some snacks and found some name brand items that were a better deal than Safeway or Walmart! Overall a good experience.

As most Dollar Trees go this one is an average experience with tons of boxes making navigation of the aisles more challenging. It would be quite difficult to shop efficiently if a customer was in a wheelchair. They were out of the one item I went in for.

Dollar tree was probably the cleanest Ive ever seen it. I was very impressed how neat and orderly this store has become. Great job management!!

This Dollar tree is the worst dollar tree I have ever been to! Everything is just thrown anywhere that there is a shelf and tons of stuff is still just sitting in boxes on the floor taking up space!

Im not a picky person or stuck up about stores, however I do think if youre on the clock you should be working.Go to the south side one, they are super clean and everything is put away. This store has gone under in the past couple of years, Im apalled at how lazy their workers are. Ive seen them standing around kicking stuff around when they could be unpacking boxes.Even my toddler knew it was a mess.

No doubt the price are affordable and the workers are nice, but its impossible to shop over stacks of boxes in the isles. The 2 messy stores are West side and Rusmore Crossing. Why is this stuff done after closing so they are clean, stocked and ready for customers??

Love Dollar Tree! The one on the west side is very clean and nice. I have yet to see the one at Rushmore Crossing clean, but it is on a handy spot. Just organize and clean it up, you would have a winner.

Always crowded and always one cash register open, only opens another one after waiting 20 minutes of it being crowded but everythings a dollar so its great

I dont mind the prices or shopping here but it seems like everytime I go here I end up dealing with bugs. I found a flea one time in my bag and I was walking around the store today and ended up with a tick on me... so Id check your items and everything before you leave or put them anywhere. Plus the cashier was attempting to be nice walking by me in a aisle but then when I tried talking to her never said anything and walked past me.

I love dollar tree. I go in for one item and always find at least 20.00 every time. The quality make it so that I have never wanted to return anything!

Check your receipt. During my last trip, I watched the cashier, Alma, check out the person in front of me. She scanned one of their items twice and then did it again a minute later. So I checked my receipt right when she handed it to me and sure enough, I bought 6 items and was charged for 7. When I pointed it out, she repeatedly told me she couldnt give me cash back and she couldnt do a return. After a few minutes she realized I wasnt leaving the line until she made it right so she easily processed a return for the extra item and gave me my money back. It took 20 seconds. I know its only a dollar but its the principle of it. Is she doing this to everyone?

Staff is friendly and nice however a lot of merchandise is always empty. Boxes are always on the floor there. Its not there fault as they are understaffed and always really busy. Just wish there was more product available as i always shop there.

The store was very dirty. Items laying all over the floor and thrown onto the shelves. Only one checkout going with 10 people in line. No one could follow the arrows nor stay more then 1 foot from you much less 6 feet . Visiting from out of state will never shop here again.

Decent selection of items, new items every time I go in, but always long lines. Most staff are friendly, but seems the management needs an anger management course, treats the checkers kinda rudely. There is no need to belittle someone in-front of customers, IMO

I always enjoy coming here, sometimes I dont buy anything, but they have wonderful product and a lot of choices for everything beinga dollar! I always but candy here because its cheep and is quality, theyalso got a new brand of soda for their 2.5 liters and I think it was a very wise decision. Their new soda I very good and I think it is worth the money! This store has so much to offer for such a small price! The staff is always friendly and very helpful!

Stores on shelves are in disarray. There was only one cashier and the only staff Ive seen in that store this afternoon. The cashier was pleasant though even though she looked tired.

The store manager Shane was super nice but the store is a pig sty, extremely messy.

A lot of great products to choose from, great prices, but need to hire more people to make sure that the freight is worked and not left on the floor, very crowded that way, unorganized.

Every time I come here there is only one person checking people out so the line is always long. The store has merchandise in boxes in all the aisles so it makes getting through the store very difficult. The employees are always helpful and working hard so they get 5 stars. The situation is more to blame on mismanagement and being understaffed. So its not the employees fault.
