I live in Southern California and wanted to send my son-in-law in Rapid City a congratulatory arrangement on the grand opening of a new branch for his company. I was fortunate enough to find Breanna. She is wonderful! She helped me with suggestions, tolerated my numerous telephone calls and was courteous and sincerely kind during the whole time. Anyone hoping to prepare for a special occasion should certainly call on Dakota Party and Breanna. You won’t be disappointed.

Was SUPER disappointed to find out that they do not fill balloons not bought within their store anymore... when we asked what other places could do it, they said there were none.. the only option they gave us was to spend 60$ dollars on their balloons with the price of helium on top of that (which is just ridiculous). Not impressed on how the girls handled our situation either, super standoff’ish and unhelpful. Will not be going back. You are better off buying your own helium tank and balloons off Amazon, then to deal with this business.

Skype and Breanna were awesome! They answered every question we had, and was so polite.

Best place in Rapid City for party supplies but I wish they had a fuller stock.

They have exactly what I wanted for my daughter. And theyre getting more stuff later. Also, they have whole isles dedicated to independent items, birthdays (every theme) bachelor and bachelorette parties, baby showers......you name it, they got it.

Always the best place to go for any party accessories you need, invitations, balloons, favors, they have everything. The staff is always so kind and willing to help you with whatever you need. They have a ample amount of balloons to choose from and can make impressive displays. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the Rapid area looking for party supplies.

Oh wow! This store has everything you need from picnics to all kinds of party items. Also the costumes are so fun! Quite ahuge selection plus all kinds of accessories. And the staff is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for for you.

Girls in the store are not helpful at all. They couldnt answer my question yet they couldnt ask somebody. They acted like they didnt even know what I was talking about.

They helped me get exactly what I needed.

The employee were very friendly and helped us with some Halloween costume for my kids. The lady was very understanding and even helped my son with his costume. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Very high priced compared to items offered at other similar retailers. And the employee i interacted with was kind of stand off ish and dismissive of my requests and questions.

Went in on a sunday to get a few things for my daughters birthday and asked for help with somethings..the employee that helped us acted like she absolutely hated her job and was very unprofessional about her whole demeanor. Sorry, wont be going back to shop for party supplies..Ill take my business somewhere else.

At this moment I am probably rating harshly. I ordered two jack Daniels balloons online and had them inflated. I also bought large number balloons and multiple colored balloons. Not only was I charged $13 to fill each 32” balloon I had spent over $140 at this place. Both bottles blew up in my car in the drive home and one number I had bought from them. My husbands birthday is in two days and I just lost about $50 in balloons. Sweet.

They have a good selection at decent prices, however I have a difficult time scoring them anything over a 2 because while I was there I received little to no customer service. While there were three women standing behind the counter not one checked on my party to see if we were able to find what we needed. We spent quite some time there and dropped nearly $200. The three women were perfectly content to sit behind the counter and chat casually about their dating lives totally unconcerned with the paying customers in the store. Ill take my business to Amazon next time.

Have been relying on this place for party decor for yrs but...Very disappointed since they changed locations. There NOW is very little as far as color selection, themed party supplies, never enough of one thing (ex: needed 5 only had 2) I checked 3 times a week for over a month, even asked 3 diff employees if they were coming in or if I could order the rest. Never happened! Most of the shelves are bare & thay do not have the selection they use to!Sorry, I do like to shop local but I can order online & have it the next day, for 1/2 price. Is it inconvenient? Oh hell yes, but it gives me the variety I USE TO get IN STORE! Iv been a long time customer & am just very disappointed.

The people there are friendly and will try to help you find any item they have if you cant find it.
