Timeless Wedding and Events did ALL of my decorations and supplies. From table clothes to votives to dishes, lights, drapes and chairs. Everything was GORGEOUS. Their in house event coordinator took care of setting up the timeline of the day of and set me up with my caterer, dj, photographer and all the help to clean up. She even pronounced us husband and wife! My coworkers and boss were so impressed that we decided to rent out tents and bounce castles for our rodeo and have done so for the past couple years. I highly recommend Timeless for all needs from parties to events and ESPECIALLY weddings. I tons more pictures on my Facebook if you want more proof hahaha!! Honestly though, they have everything you need and are SO reasonable and so nice to work with. If I could, Id give 10 stars.

From the very first call we had, we knew we had made the right choice. Sandy was so warm, informative and brought in 100% at all times.Because we were from out of town, sandy was able to recommend a number of vendors and we pretty much went with all her recommendations and we had THE dream wedding! If you are planning a wedding in Rapid City or the Black Hills, take my heartfelt recommendation and explore all Timeless has to offer for your decor, planning, and coordinating needs. Wonderful people, pure integrity and class! Our wedding day felt like a dream thanks to their dedicated and detailed efforts. As we began to plan our destination wedding (we live about 10 hours from Rapid City), right from the start Timeless was welcoming and responsive to our ideas and questions. When we were visiting the area, they invited us to their showroom and spent time showing us pictures of weddings they had done and decor options so we could determine a style and overall vibe we wanted to go with. We decided to go with a modern take on a Custer State Park wedding, so Timeless helped us achieve this look with gold geometric decor and acrylic accents. We rented gorgeous (and very reasonably priced) table decor, ghost chairs (my fave!) plate chargers, cut glass goblets, colored linens, chair covers, tulle fabric and lighting for the ceiling, and a matching antique sofa for the memorial area in honor of my late mom. As our wedding date drew nearer, my now husband was transferred unexpectedly for his job, and I decided I needed extra help to ensure all the sweat and tears I had put into planning went smoothly. Mona was able to put me into contact with their coordinator and planner, KC. It was the BEST investment we made. The benefit of having skilled people oversee the details of the day eliminated almost every stressor for us. I loved that our family members did not have to go through the chaos of setting up or telling people what to do. Instead they could just focus on enjoying themselves. They also provided everyone in the wedding party with a custom folder containing important information and a timeline, which was so helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. In addition to all these services, they saved our reception by helping us find a wedding cake baker after our original baker cancelled on us with less than three months until our date! KCs beautiful daughter, Hope, was able to make us the most exquisite geode-themed wedding cake and matching cupcakes that were not only utterly delicious, but a true work of art! Without reservation I recommend Timeless Wedding & Events services and team wholeheartedly. They are warm-spirited people, they seriously care, and they know weddings top to bottom with their many years of experience in the industry.

My husband and I live in Los Angeles and we were planning our wedding in Hill City at the Prairie Berry Winery. I have worked/coordinated over 350 weddings out here in CA and was neevous about getting everything just the way I wanted via phone and emails. But KC and the whole team turned out to be marvelous! They answered all my questions and sent pictures of everything I asked for. I’d highly recommend them for your party rental company! They coordinated with both my florist and my Venue on their own for timing and the center pieces! Couldn’t of been happier with their service!

Rented benches for my wedding, paid for 25 benches at $12 a pop, paid $150 for security deposit.found out about there extra $40 non refundable normal wear and tear charge they have to charge everyone after i looked at my card statement. Overpriced place that I wont be doing business with again.
