Walked in with no appointment. Had a nice pedicure and manicure. I wore a mask, as did the staff, but it was not required as of July 30, 2021. They were good, clean, friendly and Vivian was great with my tender feet. I have already scheduled my next appointment with Vivian.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The attention to detail is phenomenal and the salon is spotless. Customer service is great. Everyone is friendly. And they’re quick. I’ve definitely made this shop my new home.

I truly enjoyed my time here! She is so sweet and made me feel really comfortable getting a pedicure for the first time in a good while. My sister reccomend it to me. Im glad I went with this one. Worth the price.

Found this awesome establishment a month ago and I must say, you won’t regret the services. The lady I got was sweet and made me feel like a princess while getting my pedi!

My nails were poorly shaped and filed not as good. Very lumpy and thick towards the tip of my nails and they were not the shape I asked for

I read reviews and thought this would be a good place. The guy hurt my fingers, didn’t do a manicure like I asked. I asked for a design on all my nails and he told me no. Just 2 of them. And he didn’t completely cover my nails and it cost me $63 that was horrible considering he didn’t do what I asked.It is now Saturday and one of my nails broke off clear back half way up my real nail. It’s very painful.😡😡😡

Dont waste your time here. I was stationed here (air force) with my fiance and family and I went here for 2 and a half years because ididnt know any better . I did not know the area and it was the beginning of my nail journey. Everytime I went its like they never remembered me and I got a different technician Everytime and the polish and style doesnt last very long. Everytime I got a fill it was different. I felt rushed Everytime and there is always a wait even if you have an appointment. If youre looking for a good and relaxing experience for the same price and are new to nails or not from here, go to D Nails on eglin street... I wish I had went there over 2 years ago...

The individuals whom bought out Rockstar Nails bought, Paris Nails. Again most of the staff were fired. And clearly skill was not a factor in deciding whom to keep.It looks as though I need a fill. The fill was done Wednesday night, 4 days ago. The issue is the tech didnt paint my entire nail and, the acrylic is actually off the side of the nail. I noticed all the imperfections and tried to go in Thursday and Friday. They were busy, no one to talk to. I cant discuss this with the technician whom did my nails as she doesnt know much English. She had to write down my total on paper because she cannot say it.Im done with this Nail Salon too! Other women warned me... I didnt listen. Im going to choose another salon. Hopefully I find all the good technicians they fired!

They were super friendly! I was a little intimidated at first, but that could just my anxiety in social places. Could also be because I wasn’t wearing a mask, which they didn’t say anything about! Everyone was wearing a mask, though. My nail tech was Duc and he took such good care of me. Normally, my sensitive cuticles will bleed and my fingers aren’t supported when the nail tech files my acrylic. Duc made sure to be gentle with my cuticles and supported my fingers so that my nails wouldn’t pull at my fingers. Definitely recommend!

Three of us went in for manicure and gel polish. Two were satisfied and one was not so much. What was wrong was that the artist did not know how to draw a a cup of boba tea with straw sticking out. Also he did not understand where to put the colors instead of painting the cup of bobas pink and green he painted my daughters nails pink and green. Share the picture of what we wanted but that didnt help. Overall it was a lack of his understanding.

Here too many great staff to work with. The only place I will go, great atmosphere and conversation! All technology is excellent but I personally go to the owner. I needed a nail change and I was surprised at the variety of options available. The staff did a great job, and really took the time to make my nails and hands look better. I want my nails to look super nice, which I dont want because not everyone can do the job well, but the girl did it perfectly. This has definitely become my new favorite place. I recommend that you experience it !

Paris Nails is my favorite nail salon in Pennington. Of all the times Ive visited (so much), Ive never been disappointed. Their salon is not only beautiful but also incredibly clean. I like the concept of sitting in the bar to complete your foundation. Drinks are also a nice touch - anyone? With friendly staff, very excellent owner competitive prices and quality products, I wont go anywhere else.

I would like to come here a few times before giving them this review. They do a great job. I just got toenails, and being a very active person in the gym and always wearing military shoes, my feet were very rough when I came back. But I always leave with soft feet and brand new toes every time. Another plus - for how great they work, its not super spicy! I definitely appreciate what they do for me and I will come here as long as I can and everyone please join me to experience this place.

I love this salon. They were more amazing than I imagined, the girls they were so energetic and painted beautifully on my nails. I came with my daughter to this salon on SundayI had a bad experience about how she did my pedicure and gel manicure. This was terrible experience never had before on nails and pedicure. She used the electric file on my nails and cuticles, theres nothing on my toe nails and take off my gel manicure.She keep drill off my gel, its make my nails getting really thin and painful. It’s hurt like hell on that night.?????I am disappointed the way she work on my pedicure and manicure. I had been to this salon many time before and never had a bad experience like this

Very clean and beautiful place. The people are very polite and respectful. Also the manicurist does what you ask them to do. And if your nails arent done the way you want them, the manicurist will apologize to you for making a mistake and misunderstanding what you asked them to do and quickly fix it to your satisfaction !!The girls are awesome !!

Arrived late due to traffic and work issues. I didn’t get her name but she’s the manager. She did an awesome job on my nails even though it was extremely close to 9. I come out once a year. I’ll be back next year.

They are over priced, rude and cant keep an appointment. scheduled at 1, was started at a quarter to 2. Nail tech wouldnt listen about jewel placements. pedi nails after 2 days with gel polish are smudged and chipped. prices are not exact. $10 for chrome. so $20 for hands and feet. Thats not included in the extra for gel. so $15 for gel another $10 for chome. even though it doesnt say that anywhere. They were rude, condescending and not good at all with their styles. Will never go back to them, i dont recommend them at all.

Went here while on vacation in Rapid City. Kayla did an outstanding job and was extremely pleasant. My nails were perfect and lasted for four weeks😳🙏

I went in to get my nails done yesterday (6/15/2019) to get a gel manicure. Not even 4 hours after I got it done, it started chipping and the man that did my nails glued the side of my finger to the side of my nail on multiple fingers. When I went in to get a refund they accused me of peeling off the polish. If it was a nice manicure I shouldn’t even be able to peel off the polish. Although I did get all of it removed and I got a full refund, I would not recommend going here. Bad service.

I would NOT recommend coming here, I got my acrylics taken off and they drilled my nails down so much that my nails are ripping down the middle because they’re so delicate and thin now, and my person was not nice or very helpful/considerate, overall it was not a good experience.

This was an okay experience for me. Im from out of town and a friend recommended this nail salon. My guy was nice. All I needed was a gel polish change and he told me it was going to be $30!!!! I was in shock. In Phoenix I have never paid more than $15. I stayed because I did not have time to find somewhere else and that didnt even include tax. I wouldnt go here just because of how expensive it is.

Ive been going to this salon for three years and have never had bad service! The people are friendly, courteous, respectful, and always asks if you are pleased with your results. Ive never had to ask for them to correct any problem but Im sure if I was not happy they would fix it. Kim and Hannah are who I have do my nails. To me they are the best!

This place reminds me of home in Brooklyn, NY. Its clean, they work quick but diligently. They dont try to fill the silence. I can go and just relax while having a moment to myself. I get my eyebrows and nails done there and love it!

My nails turned out great, but the wait was kind of long. 56 dollars for full set is pretty reasonable.

Took my daughter to get her nails done. They did a decent/ok job but it took the guy 20 minutes to come over and sit down (after telling me I could get in right away). The place seemed dirty. They dont talk at ALL while they do your nails. I nearly fell over when they told me it was $130 for the both of us.

I just want to tell everyone here this nails salon is very friendly and ethical. Im an international student I came to get my nails done in my pocket only had $45 . but my nails has to refill and gel colors cost $45.80 . They said ok they can get $45 to do my nails . I didn’t had enough money to tips them I fell so bad, but they alway Smiles with me, the guy he did my nails he did very good job on my nails . After my nails got done the lady come she ask me a question, do you like your nails ? I think she’s the manager I don’t know her name but She’s very nice lady and she have pretty smiles I love this place and Everyone here so nice . my nails was so beautiful I will come back this place again and I will give them more tips on next time 😘

I wish I could put zero stars. The guy I had was terrible. I went for the first time to get a much needed pedicure and let down is an understatement. The guy didn’t say anything to me, didn’t ask which pedicure I wanted, cut my nails WAY too short and started filing my skin, didn’t give me the little flip flops to wear over to the drying station and today my toes are sore and bleeding from him filing where the nail should be that he cut too short. Absolutely pitiful. The guy that my mother in law got was amazing but I guess I just got unlucky.

I took my two daughters in for pedicures while I got a set of acrylics. They made my girls comfortable and my set looked fantastic. The lady who did mine was incredibly rude, demanding, and offensive though including a rude remark towards one of my daughters. I had also called beforehand to check their prices and was told it would be $75 for all three of us and it ended up being $158 plus a $20 tip. Be PREPARED for that one. Ive been in shock all day.

Over paid got cut up first time trying gels and they are awful tore them off I called said I wanted a refund or new set and got yelled. at saying it was my fault they were off .

These guys do a fabulous job!

They made my nails slanted, and the sides of my fingers are now bleeding. They kept trying to talk me into more expensive service, and they were completely rude. For 34 dollars, that was a complete rip off... They also claimed I had to drive (30 minutes) all the way back to the mall to get a refund. Not happening- I think if you hear the words blood you might want to just refund the 34 dollars before you get into worse trouble.

It was okay at first but through the session they got ruder and ruder. At the end when I left I saw they did a HORRIBLE job. Not even after 2 hours I got my nails done it was already coming off and chipping and I got.the gel manicure. Never going here again.

I was going out of town for a funeral, I called to get a fill which I badly needed. It was about 40min before they closed and they did not want to do it, I usually never have a problem... My credit card strip has been acting up so I told them that they would have to enter the information. They told me no, even though I had proper ID etc.. I asked the women who always answered the phone if she was a manager (because, she told me once before she WAS) and she said no. It was the fact they did not want to do it. I have been going here for quite a while and a regular customer, I will not be back! Also you will be told one price and come back for the same thing and be told another... Unprofessional!

My sister-in-law and I went to Paris Nails. We were told one price by the first lady (EXPENSIVE!) for our nails and a pedicure. She showed us the price with tax for both of us to get nails and a pedicure on a calculator. When we were done another lady told us they only take cash or a check! (Note: the sign for this is below waist level when you come into the shop). Then they told us the price was almost $100.00 more than what the first lady quoted us!!! Two of the employees who werent even there when we came in stated that they heard the first lady quote us a price for JUST nails...needless to say we ended up paying cash ($226.00!!!!) This place is a rip off and should not be in business!!!! I recommend NEVER going to PARIS NAILS!!!!!

I’ve been to Paris nails twice this week the first time they fell off and the second time they’re bubble nails when I wanted acrylics I asked for acrylic powder nails but they gave me gel and they aren’t even at all I wouldn’t go to this place they’re over priced and they are horrible at there job.
