Every time I call, I ask for flooring, I get transferred, it rings for 10 mkinutes, then i get hung up on. I call back, customer service answers, they say please hold, then hang up on me. I dont have a car, otherwise I would go there in person. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone, especially in flooring, where i made a HUGE purchase, and still havent been emailed a copy of my order/receipt...its been 2 weeks since I ordered! I also went there for paint 2 weeks ago, and stood in line for 45 minutes. I had to flag down 3 different managers....nobody was helpful. then finally 1 employee who said she didnt do paint but could try...attempted to help, bless her. But we had to re-do it...because she hasnt been trained on paint. but at least she attempted, everybody else just walked away.
Buy appliances from Lowe’s vs. Home Depot! Lowe’s store’s have inventory on site and can meet delivery commitments. Home Depot’s draw from central warehouse and may reschedule orders if stock gets depleted and will not contact you about changes. Our HD order was rescheduled the day of delivery… after I canceled my HD order and I picked the same product up at this store same day. They were able to deliver within 2 days as an option… Thanks Lowe’s

Lowes pickup process was not remotely as expected. Door said pickup location, however after waiting for someone to address my pickup, it was another 30 minutes for it to be found and brought up. The door was set for open only and you either had to pull the latch while holding your item or wait for someone else to arrive. Not a pleasant experience and customer service forget what customer service should be (helpful).Wasnt impressed and discouraged for future purchases especially custom orders or web orders pickup at the store.
5/5 - The delivery department seems to be the only friendly and helpful department at Lowes. Almost all the appliances we ordered arrived defective or damaged, and delivery manager Philip made sure things got corrected and was very kind and understanding with us.0/5 - The customer service department at Lowes ignored us and told us to reorder even though the appliances would no longer have the promotional discount. Workers were rude and unhelpful. We spent multiple days and hours to resolve an issue that was caused by Lowes. The customer service representatives put us on hold for multiple hours, and most of the time the call disconnects during a transfer so we had to call over again. It takes me 3 hours each time just to get connected to the delivery department. There needs to be a better system to reach specific department at Lowes.
99 percent of customers there do not mask in the middle of the delta pandemic. This store is anti vaxer haven. You go to HDs in the nearby cities and the customers are masked up.Lowes is telling me who they are.After 30 years, I’m saying goodbye.
We went to find some small parts for our plumbing. And it was taking us awhile to figure it out on our own. Luckily we had an associate named Dennis help us out, he was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can tell he knew what he was doing and he took the time to find the pieces we needed. We left feeling confident on our home project and that experience alone made me happy we came to Lowes! Thankyou again Dennis.
Rancho Margarita California store is not enforcing state mask requirements. I tried to shop in garden department. Encountered 2 people not wearing any mask. A third had mask below her nose. Employees were even helping them but said nothing. I spoke to an employee asking about mask enforcement and he did not want to ask anyone to wear a mask. This is not safe. I will not return to this store.
I phoned to ask if they cut glass. Described in detail what I wanted. They told me to come in. So I did, and the person there refused to help.
This Lowes is often pretty great. They had really blown a delivery to us, but when we got there, they were quick to explain that a delivery truck had broken down and caused problems. They helped us get our stuff from the back and the gentleman that helped us (Chris?) was really great.
Lowes makes everything difficult compared to Home Depot. At Lowes, getting my military discount is a whole process, and signs tell you its not honored at self check out, unlike Home Depot, which just gives you the discount showing your veterans id. Anyway, I came in to buy batteries for Bosch tools which arent sold at the depot. As i buy a tool & battery set and see signs to start a pro account. They tell me, unlike the depot, you cant put a PO name on purchases unless one uses specific credits cards (H.D. lets you do it with cash or card.). No biggie, not for me. As i go to leave the pro desk, the lady accused me of stealing. I have to show a receipt for the tools i just bought. Thats how they treat veterans. Useless store, and accused of theft. Pros, go to Home Depot, Lowes is garbage!!!
Terrible Customer Service! I called today to make sure that our gas range will be delivered tomorrow and it got pushed back - AGAIN! There is no reason why. They just move it for whatever reason. Dont order from RSM Lowes because you will always get your online orders delayed. And phone associates dont care about your problems. They just want to hang up the phone so they can get rid of you. Theyre so bad.

Covid 19 safety measures: they have a self sanitize station at the entrance to clean your own cart. Its tissue papers and a spray bottle. They should have a dedicated staff taking care of that so that dozens and dozens of customers dont have to touch the same bottle. The self checkout are touch screens but are not sanitized between each customer, unlike at Target for example. The plastic shields between each checkout are good though.
Don’t order with SLowe’s!!!!I ordered garage storage cabinets that were supposed to be ready for pickup weeks ago. They still have not contacted me with updates about when or if these will arrive, even though they have charged my credit card. Every time I call this store their “customer service department “ (if you can call it that reroutes my call and I get disconnected.During the time of waiting for SLowe’s to deliver, I have had custom cabinets manufactured and installed (better and at a lower cost).The online help won’t let me “return “ the ordered cabinets for a refund until they arrive at the store, but nobody can update me on when this will be.

Rennovating a home and had the best help from Andrea and Alex at the Lowes in Rsm. Not only have they followed up with us twice after purchasing flooring, but they were extrmely helpful in getting us the best deal and making sure everything processed as smoothly as possible. They were very nice and we look forward and feel happy going to this Lowes. We had a semi-bad experience at Tustin but as soon as we went to RSM Andrea and Alex made our experience a million times better. Thank you Andrea and Alex for all of your help!
Today I purchased a power tool kit from the San Clemente location. After unboxing and charging batteries I realized I was missing a needed part. I called the store to see if they could help but they said not. They recommended trying the Rancho Santa Margarita store. After a couple phone calls Dan and Sergio had located the part I needed. They were polite and courteous and resolved my issue completely. They definitely earned my return business.
I was walking through the store and couldnt find something I was looking for. A very nice gentleman by the name of David approached me and asked me if I needed some help. It blew me away that he stayed with me through the entire store making sure I had everything I needed for my home project.Then when we got to the register a very sweet lady by the name of Shawna helped us and was very polite and kind and asked us how our day was and was kind enough to ask if we needed any help out to our car. Its rare that you find service like this these days. I felt like I was at the Nordstrom of Home Improvement stores.The employees at this store are always very helpful and kind. The store is very clean and I really enjoy going to this Lowes location.

I’ve been coming to this location for years... However, I will never return due to the event that happened today. I entered at 5:10 through the lumber bay door. After 5 minutes and 500 lbs of concrete and sand loaded on a flat bed, I returned to the register at the bay door to find the door closed. I asked the cashier if he could open the door because my vehicle is right outside ( or else walk an extra 200 yards with weight). The answer was “no”. I asked another associate, she said it was locked. What happened to customer service? I left the items at the register and walked out, never to return.

They rearranged the whole store, I like to get in and out because of covid and now I cant find anything and Im not running around taking chances so I went to homedepot were I know were everything is. I guess money is more important then safety for them.
Wasnt able to purchase anything, employees where to busy to help and ittems i needed where to hide, I was told to come early in the morning. The person supposed to help was to busy transferring wood from one cart to another cart. If ittems where more accessible I could done it my self.
Usually can get what I need and get out, but this time was a curbside pickup where I called three times to finally have someone bring out item. The person argued in the background that it was only five minutes when in fact it was 25. Very disappointed.

Sorry to say that customer service here has been consistently sub-par for the customer service center and checkout. Middle-aged to more senior associates exhibit unfriendly, impatient, and sometimes rude behavior to serving customers. Things from rolling their eyes and sarcastic responses, to cursing at the cash registers when a gift card needs to be entered manually. Doesnt make a customer feel welcomed.
I can’t believe how this store possibly stays in business. After innumerable phone calls and so much wasted time, I couldn’t get any help w my delivery of an online product. They came by when no one was home because no one would answer or return my calls to give me my my delivery time. Every person I talked to promised to help and either never called back as they promised or did not do what they had promised. DO NOT USE LOWES ONLINE!!! No one in the store will help you!!
Staff is nice. the store is clean. However twice now I have waited over an hour for an order that is ready for pickup. I am literally the only one parked here. I cannot imagine what could delay them for so long. Maybe pop in and tell me its going to be an all day thing so I can come back later...

This place is amazing. Came here to pick up an order, but it hadnt arrived yet so I looked around the store for other things I needed. Grant in plumbing was amazingly helpful in helping me find things I needed for my shower. Beyond exceptional!
Attn: Management just want to bring to your attention. Jk Elliott was with me in RSM store. He works in Irvine. We were there purchasing a Christmas tree. He always does this when hes also not working. He took notice that people had wrong items in there cart for what they wanted to accomplish with it. Example this time Drywall... He told the guy and brought him over to the isle and showed him proper moldings to use. I always take note on how the customer was so great ful and thankful to JK. Especially that JK cared enough to do that off the clock. The customer could not thank him enough.Thanks for your attention to this excellent employee JK Elliott.

Joe came to help us with the purchase of a new barbecue. We ended up purchasing a Weber and we just wanted to say thank you to Joe because he was so knowledgeable and so helpful in the area of grilling. Super easy to work with, calm, gentle kind and very helpful with placing our order and providing delivery. Good evening, called Lowes to find out if they carried the American Flag and if they had any in stock. She transferred me to No where. I called DeNaults in M.V., She said yes we do have American Flags. I said Ok thank you. Its better to pay a little more for courteous service.

I dont understand, it seems like all the employees are ignoring the customers. I was standing in the electrical isle and at least 3 employees walked passed me and none stopped to ask if I needed help. I noticed several other customers looking around for help and all were being ignored.
This Lowe’s is always understaffed long lines. It take a long time to make any returns. I only come here due to stock issues at Home Depot.

Not even the supervisor could. I was told to go to the Lowes website and register online.Didnt make the purchase. Maybe Ill go back.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 68 years. Bought a refrigerator on June 16th for delivery to our new house July 3rd. Purposely bought the model at this location because they “guaranteed” delivery on the 3rd. On the second received notice that the delivery was now scheduled for July 16th with no explanation why. The customer service representatives’s answer to every question was “I don’t know.” Went back in and bought a different model that they “guaranteed “ would be delivered on the 3rd. Notified on the 2nd that it wouldn’t be delivered till the 4th. Received a call from the delivery driver on the 3rd confirming delivery on the 4th between 3:00 - 4:00 with a note that we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 6:45 no call. Called Lowe’s and was told for some reason our refrigerator was not loaded on the truck. Promised a call back on the morning of the 5th. No call. Went in. “Promised” delivery on the 6th with no explanation why it couldn’t come today since it was supposedly in the store. If it weren’t for the fact that we have no refrigerator this could be entertaining. Lowe’s is starting to catch Trump with the number of lies told in one day.

This is one of the few Lowes that are left in our area. They offer a wide variety of different construction and home finishing materials. The staff is friendly the tool selections extensive and we were able to check ourselves out without having to talk to a person at Lowes about whether I want the Lowes credit card or not.
They have a great nursery, good selections. Reasonable prices for do it yourself stuff. Friendly, neighborhood vibe. We probably go there several times a week for little things to help us keep up our house and yard.

Much better pro-tool selection than Home Depot. Always carry Bosch and now Metabo (Quality German Tool Company that recently purchased Hitachi). Home Depot is cheapening their line of tools gearing more towards home owners who take no pride in quality or ownership. Its the sum of where American culture is heading unfortunately.Can you imagine the young lad who at some point in the near future could be saying, This great Lime green Ryobi Drill Motor served my great grandfather for 30 years as well as it served his son, his grandson and is serving me now. Im so happy the tool industry, unlike the light bulb industry, because of Demand by savvy customers, instead of opting for planned obsolescence demanded higher quality longer-lasting tools so that they would be proud to hand them down to there children. --- words which will not be spoken in the future, unfortunately.More Pro select materials on hand than home Depot. Example 20 foot length Schedule 80 PVC - home depot has no schedule 80 in any store.Side Note: Planned obsolescence is bad for human culture and it represents a false economy that keeps a ball and chain on real progress.
Always a great experience at Lowes, actually went here because the Home Depot thats way closer to us never seems to have any of the basics in stock. Plus the quality of the products that Lowes sells and that selection seems to always be much better than Home Depot. The store associates are a bit more knowledgeable and willing to help out too.

This one is near home, so I go there for immediate hardware needs. Otherwise I prefer Home Depot because that feels more organized. The Associates are very helpful.
A suggestion might be,a few giftcards,at the checkstand,in the garden ctr. That way customers dont need to walk to aisle 10,to get one!

Most of the employees are kind and attentive. My last visit here I had a wonderful sales person help me find what I was looking for. That being said, the customer service desk can use a little encouragement. I get it... its work; you may be having a bad day, perhaps you dont feel good, but smiling and having a positive attitude (even if you have to fake it) goes a long way.
Absolutely terrible at picking up the phone. I was on hold for 30 mins and then it just hangs up on me. Even when I talked to a person I didnt get to talk to the people who had the the knowledge I was seeking.
Did not find the product I was looking for.
Placed an order online for a water heater mid August and a few days later got canceled. Called to see why the guy on the phone said hell place it for me. Got all papers signed then after a day got cancelled so I called directly the store and got the ordered placed then sure enough got cancelled so I called the 800 number and found out the water heater that was being placed is no longer being allowed to be sold in California. So I was being asked to place an order for a more expensive tank so I did. A week later the order is still in processing so i called the store and they said they cannot find the order. I called the 800 number because i am frustrated now. People at the RSM store are passing the phone and could not get a manager to call me back. The lady on the 800 number was able to get the items sorted and was told the tank was in stock and ready for pick up. Came in at noon today September 7 almost 3 weeks since I started the process and waited another 45 min to get the tank and other items I ordered for the tank were cancelled as well. I was helped to get the pan and stuff but this was not a fun experience for me. Online ordering or store ordering was a painful ordeal for me. Hope I am the only 1 and good luck
Best place to get cheap pellets for a Pit Boss smoker. $15.00 for a forty pound bag of competition blend, Target wants $40.00 for the same bag! Plenty of parking, store is extremely clean, associates are helpful, and checkout is quick.
