This owner and his employees are incompetent!! Simple as that. Paid $40 for wash and vacuum only. They had to run it through twice and still couldnt get the dirt off, but, I was able to do so by simply wiping dirt off with a finger. The owners excuses were in particular order: were understaffed, its COVID, we cant handle all the cars and clean them the way people like. I laughed and said thats the best combo of empty-handed excuses Ive heard all year! Why would anyone take their car to this place?

I have been purchasing gas and using this car wash for at least 20 years when they first opened. Service and quality has always been spotty. Today, I drove in to fill my tank and get a car wash. The individual who pumped the gas and asked me what I wanted was very rude and condescending as he always is.. I told him I wanted regular gas and a regular car wash. Just a note, the car wash was not busy.I have also had this issue with this attendant in the past. I dont know the attendants name, but he has worked there for years and like I said, he has had an attitude towards me for some unknown reason. Today, my vehicle was second in line to go through the car wash. I paid for the gas and wash, and waited for my vehicle. After several cars had gone through the wash, I checked my vehicle which should have gone through the wash about 10 minutes prior. I walked back to the rear of the car wash and there was my vehicle sitting there with the attendant putting vehicles through that had arrived after me. To top it all off, the car wash only had one person wiping the cars down, with a line of cars waiting to be wiped down. I finally got tired of waiting. I got my car keys and drove home where I re-washed my car. I have had it with this attendant !!! The car wash has lost my business for good.

I never thought Id say this but I miss the Las Flores car wash. Town Center has now raised their prices but the service is worse than before. The last 2 times I went I paid for the Silver package but had to ask the carwasher to put dressing on my tires. The quality is a was never top notch but it was certainly better than it is now. Sad that the owner doesnt read and act on all the negative comments.

Terrible system for getting ALL cars in and back out onto street again. Unless you pay for highest grade of car wash or detailing, your car gets put in a row of cars that don’t get dried off, windows cleaned, etc. until other rows are filled several times with cars that get dried off and sent on their way. Waited for more than an hour while my car just sat there waiting for someone to start working on it. And the general wiping down both inside and outside, window washing, and interior vacuuming were very substandard. When a superior was questioned, he was rude and blamed it on COVID, as if that explained the timing, the completely unfair system of “VIPs” getting finished quickly, and the extremely poor job that was done. I will not be using this carwash again!

Paid for the detailing and it is almost as if they made the car look worse than it was when we brought it in. Our car sat unattended and blocked in for quite some time before we had to ask what the status was. They finally got the car out and the inside was a mess - as if nothing T all had been done. The outside was completely water-spotted and the windows were streaked. Complained to one of the owners who said just to bring the car back tomorrow. No thanks. What a joke.

Beware if you gas up before your car wash. The attendant did not stop the gas for the amount I asked for and I ended up paying for a lot more gas than wanted . I had to get out of my car and stop the gas pump myself. He stated he had a phone call. Neither the attendant or clerk could remedy the situation.

I would not recommend this car wash. Very unprofessional! When I arrived at 7 minutes before 5 the put a cone in front of my car and said we close at 5. I questioned the attendant, he said the 3 cars going in will take until 5 and we go home at 5. Don’t know why I went there. Every time it’s something like the car air drys or they stole my change pouch. Must be a glutton for punishment. I’m surprised there still in business. It’s the Worst car wash.

I paid $110 for car detailing.The inside right rear window wasn’t touched.The interior was wiped, leaving streak marks.They skipped the tires and wheels.I was prepared to give the worker a $10 tip until I examined the car and saw the shoddy work. I’ll never return. Look elsewhere or do the job yourself.

They did an okay job I still found spots on my Dash and inside my cup holder that they didnt clean very good. Next time Ill look at my car before I give the guy a tip I gave him a pretty nice size tip expecting a very nice job done considering the price.

Horrible experience.. First, the Express wash doesnt include vacuum. Second, apparently the express wash include only a half wash... sounds humorous, but it was true. Literally, only the front end and rear end of my vehicle was washed through the car wash. There was a distinctive dirt trail remaining on my vehicle. Yes, I was given a full refund, after the owner told me the washers are only human... what about the machine my car went through ..... never again. I received a more thorough cleaning with a drive through car wash. I dried my car myself.

My husband took his Tesla model y for a car wash to this location... They did a horrible job on the windows and interior cup holders were not wiped and more places.. The windows looked worse than before, there was wet towel marks everywhere, we couldn’t even see outside when we were driving because of the dirty towel marks.. So we took the car somewhere else to get it rewash... We will never use this location again..

Amazing car wash and hard working staff. Was in the area visiting and decided to get gas, snacks and a car wash.very clean and fairly fast . They did a great job and prices are fantastic.

Very bad service, from the start all the way thru the end, the vacuum was so bad then the “hand” wash didn’t remove the flies and mosquitoes from my front bumper, the rear windows were not cleaned at all from the inside, I asked for a better service and they asked me what package I bought, what? I didn’t know you could ask for a bad service and pay for it, shame on me.I went back home and did what they were suppose to do. They actually don’t care about your car and for $30 it’s a rip off. Shame on these guys.

They did a horrible job. Had to get them to come back and go over the car again. They didnt wipe down the inside either. The car sat in a long line without being touched for about 20 minutes, so it was already dry when they started to wipe it down. I will not be coming back.

Ive been visiting for the last 20 years, good hard working people.Today they seem to be short staffed. My car was the only one washed and in line to get wiped down, it took over 10 minutes until they brought out 3 more cars before finally 2 workers came out and started on my car and the one behind mine.Not complaining though as they were probably trying to take a break from working in the heat of almost 95 degrees on a hot summer afternoon.

Do not come here unless you have two hours. I just waited over an hour for my car to be dried. I finally had to leave with dried water spots, etc. I asked the manager for a rain check/refund and he was very rude and said no way! I will not be back!

Their so-called carwash has damaged my vehicles many times. I was less than impressed. The car was clean, but the floor mats had been unclipped (to vacuum under them?) and not reclipped. I asked the guy who took my car if they would clean the cup holders & he said they would, but they did not. If I had paid under $10 for the car wash I would have felt differently, but for $20 these things should have been done.

Please dont use this car wash. Whoever cares about their car and time I recommend them going elsewhere. Ive the exterior wash 3 times since the next option is 6 dollars more. They do not eave your car clean when theyre are done. You still have spots and dirt around your car since they hardly use a y soap when its being wash. Use another car wash trust me. Unfortunately, I live in RSM and do one I usually go to is the one in Mission Viejo or Aliso Viejo. Look at the poor reviews and ratings this car wash has. Really unprofessional. I have taken several vehicles to this car wash over the years. This is the last time I will take my vehicles here. I paid for the platinum level car wash, lets just say disappointing. When I got home and the light hit my truck differently I saw all the water spots still on the front of my truck. I have a mobile detail guy that comes by work that is $10 more but I get two times the car wash.

Its the only full service car wash locally, so out of laziness, I have gone to this place multiple times, but now Im done. The outside of the vehicle is usually clean, but the attendants do a terrible job on the inside. Also, there is an old lady thats always there that chain smokes in the waiting area near the customers. Gross.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Smudges left all over the car. The entire back seat was covered in crumbs. Not one inch of the inside of the car was wiped down. I had a few DVD cases on the front seat. They moved them and put on floor to vacuum chair but didn’t even vacuum the floor under the cases. Expensive plus you have to tip. Won’t go back.

Never felt the need to write a review before u til now. Second time I’ve been here because I believe in second chances. But these guys don’t get a third. Spent $75. There was still dirt and dust all over the place. Didn’t even wipe down the center counsel or clean the touch screen. Then all I got was attitude when I brought it. Don’t bother with this place. My son worked here for almost a year. When he worked here I would bring my car here to get it washed. I enjoyed the idea of having my son wash the car. He never washed our family car before he got the job working here.

I had recently written a review about the poor service and quality and that I could have done better spraying it down with my hose at home.This has been an ongoing problem and if I wanted a good car wash, I would go elsewhere.This week I took two of our suvs on Monday and Tuesday. There appeared to be a new commitment for quality. On Monday, I thanked the person who cleaned the car for a very good job. Today, the person who did it was outstanding. He even had help from management.The attention to detail was something I have not seen here for a long time.I would have given five stars but I want to visit again and get the same attention to detail. Then, they are worthy of the fifth star and will have regained a loyal, long term customer.

I just left the car wash and their service is absolutely the worst that I have ever encountered. The vacuum job was absolutely the worst. Then the people washing my truck were so lazy that they didn’t wash the hood or the top of the cap. What they did pretend to was was incomplete. Then when I inspected the truck, I found a black scuff about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. Igor the manager to look at it and all he said was for me to prove that it occurred at his place. I told him that it wasn’t there when I came in and he again stated “ prove it”. I then told him that he was a crook and that his workers were lazy. He then walked away from me accusing me of trying to cheat him.I would incourage you to stay away from the place. The car just before mine they ran through the car wash wit the drivers side window down. I will not go back there and I will be starting legal action against the manager and the business. In my opinion they are the worst place in California.

My update review of the this place is that they are now worse then my last review. In a pinch, I had to get the car washed and there was only 2 customers in the place, and they again did a poor job of washing and did not vacuum the car, which I made them re-vacuum. TO THE OWNER, if your workers do not do the right job FIRE THEM, then they will pay attention to their work. Do any of the the bad reviews recently concern you that your business might be down for a reason. We as a community, want you to succeed, but if your workers are running you, then we all will stop coming. Customer acquisition is very expensive, once you have lost us. AWFUL!! They washed my sweet black sedan...then let it SIT in the hot sun, undried, FOR EVER! Then, when I complained, they used some pink goo in a spray bottle ON THE PAINT!! I yelled, STAHP!! Youre ruining the paint by scrubbing in the dirt!! They guy just looked at me and moved on to the next one! No remedy to the situation, no discussion...just walked away! I got my money back and went home and washed her myself, only to find new swirls and scratches!! I will NEVER go back here again!!

9/22/2016 - I dont know what kind of business they are running but its definitely not a car-wash. I was questioning my decision to go there today.Cars were existing covered in soap. and sitting in the sun unattended for a better part of 10 minutes. I watched the soap on my car slowy dry leaving it spotted. Wheels were not even touched even though I paid for the wheel wash and Armour All on the tires. I finally found the manager and made several inquiries along with several other customers. It was obvious he took no interest in our complaints and gave us a bunch of lip service. I drove home and rewashed the car to remove the dried soap scum and random water spots, wash the wheels, etc. A waste of $18.00.They will never see me again. I have to give one star for this to post which is a hell of a lot more than what they are worth.

A huge F150 roared up and pulled forward of me. Someone came out to help the jerk immediately.Screw this place.

Ive been coming here for a long time....but lately, theyve been slacking. I paid for the gold package and the car looks okay...i mean there are still spots on the outside of my car but man...they didnt even bother to wipe down the dash and doors. Third time that this has happened, i dont come here anymore but I was in a rush and it was the closest one. I had to reclean my car when I got home the next day....

I took my new car here and when it went through the car wash the tire track cut into my valve stem in the tire and when they drove it out of the car wash it was flat . They continued to dry the car off and they didnt say anything about it until i pointed it out. I told the manager and he asked if i had AAA and I should call them. So I spent the rest of the day getting my tire fixed. What a bunch of jerks.

Lately they are doing a poor job wiping down the interior of the vehicles. They have left dust on the dash...not to mention not wiping down with wet rag to eliminate dried spills

I have been to this place about 10 times in the last couple of years and overall had a decent experience, but recently, I feel like these guys really do not care about their customers whatsoever. My last visit there was on 10/21/16. I got the mid-range wash for $24.99 I believe it was. I had just gotten back from a camping trip in the desert, and the car was filthy inside and out. The car was moderately vacuumed, went through the car wash, then was driven around and sat in the sun with soap all over it still for probably about 10 minutes before anyone bothered to start drying or working on it. Then they walked around it several times haphazardly rubbing it with towels; nothing purposeful or methodical, just lazy. After about 5 minutes of that they pulled my car forward and left it there. I walked over to my car and saw that they had not wiped the dash, the doors, the entry to the doors, or anything. I had to get the lead guy there to come and wipe this stuff down. He brought another guy over who half-assed it as well, and looked at me like I was putting him out. THEN, it rained the following 3 days in a row, and I reluctantly called and asked about a rain-check, hoping maybe that these details would be taken care of. The guy that answered the phone told me their policy is a rain-check within 24 hours only. I asked why anyone would bring their car back the next day if it was still pouring rain?! Whats the point of that? He then told me that at some point in the day it stopped raining briefly, and thats when I should have brought it in. Unbelievable... Im glad theyre doing so well that they can do a terrible job, be rude to the customers, and still have enough business to not care...

I have had enough with the poor service and total disrespect to customers which I consistently experience at this car wash.My last experience was only a few weeks ago. I pulled up to the pumps, put in my Pavilions discount code, followed with my credit card, and proceeded to pump fuel. The pump pumped fuel so incredibly slow, it took approximately 15 minutes to fill my car. OK, so these things happen from time to time and I was not upset as I had time to spare. But, this was no excuse for the complete failure of the automatic shut off on the filler nozzle. As my fuel tank became full, the nozzle did not shut off. The malfunction of the filler nozzle automatic shut off caused fuel to spew out of the filler neck, all over the side of my vehicle and onto the ground below forming huge puddle. I was forced to walk through it with my shoes to reach the nozzle to shut the nozzle off. Thank God I was standing in front of the pump when the filler nozzle malfunctioned. Note: I did not wedge anything into the handle, I simply used the existing handle latch/lock. Fuel was everywhere, and the smell on my shoes was overwhelming.Immediately after this, I went inside the building to explain to the attendant on hand, the fuel pump nozzle had malfunction in addition to requesting the attendant to take the pump out of service as it is a potential lethal hazard to customers. The attendant proceeded to give me all sorts of excuses for how the malfunction could only occur due to my inability to properly operate a fuel filler nozzle. I explained to him I am well-versed in the operation of a filler nozzle and the malfunction needs to be addressed to prevent potential harm to customers. I explained the volatility of fuel along with the potential for serious chemical burns, yet this all fell on deaf ears. With the attendants adamant refusal to take the pump out of service, I left explaining I would discuss my experience with management to following day.The following week, I made numerous attempts to contact management. First attempts were via telephone to which I received responses from We dont have a manager. -to- The manager is offsite and will call you back.) After several days of run-around and no return call, I chose to personally re-visit the car wash to see if I could get a manager to call me back. After more futile attempts to speak with management, I have now given up all hope of speaking with a manager and will file a complaint with the city, California Air Resources Board, and the South Coast Air Quality Management District.This businesss absolute lack of concern for the safety and well being of its customers, the disgusting practice of leaving a malfunctioning fuel nozzle/pump in service, and the absolute lack of respect through the refusal to contact me back regarding this experience, are more than adequate reasons for me to never visit this business again. I request all other patrons to stop patronizing this business until such time they either go out of business or change their unethical business practices. Customer safety and well being should always come before profit....!!!

Please dont go there .... today was the 5th time I have gone there since I moved to Mission Viejo and it is my last time .. The owner or Mgr Rob is a jerk, they treat women horribly there ..I normally dont wash my vehicle on a Thursday but I needed the outside completely cleaned and the inside wiped out. And I asked for that and thought I paid for all of it, but because they didnt write down what I wanted I got a cheap car wash .. and worst of all it looked worse then when they got it.They put my dirty floor mats on my leather seat, now I have dirt in the crease of the seat and in the little holes from the perforated leather seats .. they sort of wiped the dash, but all you can see if dirt swipes ...And he said (rob) it sounds like you got allot more service / wash work than you paid for .. They didnt offer to fix the problem, they dont care .. if I was a man they would have cleaned the car correctly the first time.Another person complained, a man and they were all over to clean his vehicle properly ..NO I have to take my vehicle to a real car wash in Newport Beach where they know how to clean vehicles and have them clean all the dirt out of that seat. I have only had this vehicle for a month, this morning, no dirt in my seat, today dirt .. dirt all over the dash and the doors and the door guard .. NOW I have to clean what I paid them to do.PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE ..PS .. the last time I was there a month ago, someone scratched this mans car there and the guy complained and the manager who I am assuming was Rob that day told him he didnt see anything .. and it was there

The manager of this facility is a jerk and does treat women terribly. Ive never encountered worse service at any facility. Ive tried going there on and off for years and every time they dont run the car through with the package requested.

Had my wifes SUV done with regular wash and had exterior dressing added. When I arrived there was 1 car ahead of me and maybe 2 in the wash. It took over and hour!

I thought I lost $30 cash over the weekend. I went to Town Center Car Wash in RSM today and when I got in my nice, sparkling clean car, there was the lost $30 sitting in my cupholder. Their staff had found the cash and placed it where I could find it. I was so impressed, I gave an additional $10 tip. I also spoke with Carlos, one of the staff members, who told me that this is a regular occurance.Very impressed with the honesty of the staff. Well done!

Paid $16 to have my gloat run under water. After waiting 49 min. Not one person started drying. That had 2 people working on 10 cars and started working on cars that had just come in before mine. No refund given.
