Worst experience ever! I had went in for a full set/gel and Tony ended up helping get started. The moment I went in there he seemed bothered.I had told him how I wanted them “coffin shape” he started asking me how?what kind? Narrow, so I showed him a picture of exactly how. He was so careless, Unprofessional, and was rude the moment he started applying the nail, he started cutting them,then put acrylic on them, and I started checking them out they were crooked I had told him about it and said that’s why I asked you how! At that point I was so upset at how my nails looked I told him “if he never wanted to do my nails he didn’t have to. I could go else where” I told him I was un happy so he took em all of and send me on my way. Not even removing the bad acrylic on top. Never coming here again worst experience and it was my first time there. I decided to give it a shot because of the reviews, but never again!

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! I was just sharing with everyone how loyal I am to them! Tony does my nails and his wife does my toes! Sometimes I come during my lunch because I know they are pretty fast while still doing an excellent job. The products used are of great quality and I can say that with confidence because I just started wearing acrylic this year and the first place I went (very cheap local place that everyone goes for cheap nails) to get acrylics used cheap products and my acrylic either turned yellow or fell off within 2 weeks. So I stumbled into crystal nails and havent left them since! They have gift certificates and also take appointments. My grandparents gave me a gifts certificate here for my birthday because they know this is the only place I will go to get my nails done. Also wax services but I usually dont get those services but have in the past. I hope this review has helped someone make a decision to give them a try because like I did Im loyal to them! Lol once I went 4 weeks without getting my nails and puedo because I dont trust anyone else and I know they are always gonna be clean and sanitary! Love and light!

They take forever to do nails here....but they do a good job, my daughter was happy...I was just was not happy waiting.

Drove all the way from the high desert walked in for an apt, and had asked to use the restroom to wash up. Both the owners responded by saying NO!! Lost my business.

Reasonable price for pedi. Friendly & usually csn get right in w/ out a reservation.

Their sign says that they open at 9... waited 20 minutes for anyone for worked there to show up. Very unprofessional...
