We went in today to get new lines and update some phones. From the start we were treated great! We were greeted by the manager as soon as we arrived, then we were helped by Sarah. She was awesome! This store went above and beyond. The moment I called the store I got a hold of someone within minutes. Was helped out by store manager Manny. Manny helped me find the best deal for the tablet I wanted and even searched around other shops for the tablet. He texted me to keep me updated on the tablet search and found the one I needed. Visited the store that same day and met with him in person. Super nice and was a pleasure to be around. I didn’t qualify for the deal I wanted but Manny was able to order me another tablet. My order came in within two days. I cried when the delivery guy gave me my tablet. I am so happy the tablet came in so fast for my son. Thank you Manny for being such a big help. I will be coming to this store for all of my AT&T phone needs and other electronic services. 10/10 great customer service.

The sales rep was very rude didnt pay any attention to anything that I had to say everything I had to say, she contradicted it. I mentioned slim card she says all you mean SD card I say SD card she says oh slim card. I would never come back to this place ever again Im glad I didnt buy my phone from this place this store particularly and I hope this is the store thats in Victoria gardens, unfortunately I didnt get the girls name. Thats probably what I should have did so, I can blast her name. I kind of got what I wanted to get done done but not in the way that I wanted it done I didnt get all my stuff transferred to my new phone everything from my old phone came into my new phone and all I wanted transfer were my text messages and my photos all my photos didnt come over and those some of them are very important. I want to thank Isaac for all his help and did follow the advice and called the store came in met with Isaac twice first time it was my fault hes very patient very understanding thank you Isaac. Came in this morning and setup a new IPhone and Apple Watch with Aaron who was quick, helpful, and even put the screen protector on my phone. Highly recommend coming in the morning for quick and easy service!

Alexis and Diego were extremely helpful in ensuring that all of the issues we previously experienced were resolved. Prior to coming to the Victoria Gardens store we visited the upland store and the only advice they were giving us was to call customer service, as they would not be able to fix the problem we were having. It was such a relief that both Alexis and Diego did everything they could to make sure all of our questions were answered, as well as saving us the most on our upcoming bill. We appreciate the wonderful service!

Buyer Beware!!!!!This location is horrible. ATT is closing stores all over the country and this store is a beacon of an example of why this is happening. I was helped by Guadalupe and I use the word helped loosely. I was greeted by 2 employees as they were sitting at a table all eyes on their im sure super important phones. As she waddled over to assist me I asked about an upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S21. Guadalupe knew absolutely nothing about this device at all. In fact if I didnt do my own research I would be lost. She told me to sit at the table and left. She came back with a phone and then went straight to her ipad. At no point did she say anything about how much the device was, or about any new promotions or anything at all. She also didnt even have me sign the ipad for my next installment. (im sure asset protection will want to know this) After 10 minutes or so, she finally asked about a trade in. I showed her the phone I had and after looking it over like a piece of meat she again excused herself to the elusive back room where after 5 minutes another guy walked out to the back. This guys name was Diego. He is the newly promoted store manager. As he approached me he didnt say who he was or why he was brought in. After asking who he was or why all of a sudden he was in front of me he mentioned he couldnt offer me full value for the trade as there was a small dent in the device. He then said he would input the full value in the system to hook me up and I should be careful as the back office team may change it. I laughed and told him not to worry about it as I had another phone to trade in at home and would come back later to trade it in. Finally the girl came back out, but Diego was still next to me listening. I told him he wasnt needed, but he didnt move an inch. Almost as to intimidate me....lol. I asked the sales girl about the Customer Service Summary that is supposed to be gone over with the customers and she said they dont print that anymore, and if I wanted it I would have to look at my emailed copy.......HMMMMMM. I will be calling not only asset protection about this visit, but im sure the office of the president will have something to say about it also. The ethics and accountability in the LA portion of ATT mobility has been lacking for a long time and this is no exception. People are pushed and prodded through the stores and the shift is to go online. The problem here is that atts online presence is horrid and the site crashes all the time even through a simple upgrade. I wonder if the same people that designed OPUS designed the website too..........Anyway, like I said I would go anywhere except these stores.....att is closing them fast and theres no reason their market share is dwindling by the second. Good luck att, you are going to need it.

My husband has been wanting to get the iPhone mini because he wants to carry less items as he patrols. He also wanted us to switch service (from Verizon to AT&T) because Verizon doesn’t have the greatest connection in SD. I’ve heard horror stories of AT&T but Isaac & Sarah were able to facilitate a smooth transfer of services providing us the best deals they could offer us. Both of us are first responders and so we were able to leave the store with a new iPhone mini (free with trade in), 2 iWatches (free with new line activations for first responders) and our bill was only slightly more than expensive than with Verizon ($101 vs $113). I think they did a great job and I am thoroughly satisfied with today’s transaction. Thanks guys!

My Husband, Mario & I visited AT&T met with Gigi she assisted us with the new phones informing us that we have two new phone lines. Gigi had to take her lunch break and ask Monica to assist us with the phones. Monica said if we transfer our phone numbers we will have 4 phone lines. I called Customer Care for additional assistance. Spoke with Gladys whom understood our situation and transferred us to Customer Loyalty Dept., spoke with Mike, whom canceled the two new phone lines instructed us to return new phones to AT&T. Mike told me to call Replacement Phone Dept on Monday.He transferred us to talk to Sabrina, Supervisor, she wanted to know if the problem was resolved and she apologized for the inconvenience.
