Dentists at location are good. The low rating is for the staff which deals with appointment reminders and insurance items. Received a call from the dentists office the day before appointment stating there was an insurance error I had to get fixed. I called my insurance and made the change requested. I then called the dentists office and asked if they could please double check everything was in order. They said they would. I did not receive a call back. The day of appointment I called in the morning to make sure everything was good to go before I took time off to go to appointment. Staff stated everything was good. I show up to the appointment and am told the same insurance issue is still there. The dentists staff called my insurance a few minutes before my appointment and waited until I got there to let me know issue was still ongoing. My appointment was in the afternoon, the staff could have confirmed with my insurance in the morning not waited until a few minutes before my appointment. I called the insurance who stated there was no issue, everything on their end looked fine. I spent an hour trying to get the issue resolved. Better communication among their staff and with their patients would be nice.

I love coming here and I have the best experience every single time. They are extremely professional and I get the best treatment in the world. Natalie is the best hygienist I’ve ever had, and she has an amazing singing voice! She always sings to me while doing my cleaning and it’s so nice and relaxing! Dr Manal is also the best dentist out there! You won’t regret trying them out!!

I really love this dental practice and trust them with my teeth as well as caring for the rest of my family. Everyone is friendly -- literally, every person in the office-- from the admin at the front desk, to the hygienists, and of course the dentists themselves. Our family regularly sees Dr. Kha and we love her. She is great with kids (and adults) and she demonstrates both competence and care. If billing is a struggle, they work with you to find better options to fit your budget. I cant say enough positive about this office. If youre looking for a dentists office, this is a great place for the whole family!

Smiles is the best place for all of your dental needs.. I made an appointment here after not seeing a dentist for a few years. I tend to get very nervous about seeing a dentist, but the staff here made my visit a very pleasant and stress free experience. Everyone who worked there were all very professional and courteous.I ended up needing to get a deep cleaning and Natalie was the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She was very friendly, gentle, and did an amazing job. My teeth are spotless! not to mention she’s easy on the eyes. Definitely will be coming back!

I dont like the new system that they have at smiles generation because its linked to my Kaiser Permanente and they are able to see all my health information including my appointments from kaiser. I never linked kaiser Permanente or gave them my consent.

Ive been a patient at Rancho Cucamonga Smiles in Rancho Cucamonga on Milliken for several years, and am very pleased with the dental treatment Ive received. The staff has been very accommodating with my scheduling needs, always friendly and professional. Dr. Mana and her assistants are the best. The provide the best treatment for my needs and work with me to make sure Im not in any pain during my visits. They also offer different payment options that have come in handy more than once.I moved out of the area 2 years ago and continue with Rancho Cucamonga Smiles because of the exceptional service they provide.

Their New Receptionists are terrible!! Doctors and service are both GREAT! Dont get me wrong, but ever since they got their new receptionists back in 2021, always DOUBLE TRIPLE check if your appointments have been scheduled successfully. It happened to me literally 3 times that they wrote me an appointment card telling me the appointments have been scheduled, but when we show up in the office, they told me I dont have an appointment. Literally 3 times! I just called again to double check my husbands appointment, now they are telling me it is not scheduled, I was like what more can I say?.

Starting going here after I was seeking a second opinion. Original dentist said I had 7 cavities, but when I went here they said I didnt have any and I still havent had one since. That was 3 years ago. When they say I need something done to my teeth a trust them and dont think Im being scammed. Would definitely recommend giving them a chance.

A little back ground I havent been to a dentist since I was 17 (23 now), have had bad experiences with dentist and deal with anxiety. Ive been here twice now and each experience has been nothing but caring for me and my comfort. My doctor explained everything in a manner I could understand. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone whos a scared of the dentist or just anxious in general. Overall procedures are quick and the staff is kind and caring. 😊

Rocio DA is the best. She knows her job and explains everything she is doing.Dr Hsien DMD does a thorough exam and is cheerful.and friendly. He doesnt recommend dental work unless it is absolutely necessary.Sylvia cleaned my teeth today. She removed a lot of tartar from my teeth and didnt tear up my gums.The front desk staff is courteous and friendly.The office is clean and bright.I feel like I am in good hands there.

I’ve been coming here for years and can’t even say enough good things about the staff! I always feel welcomed and the dentist Dr Hsieh, I wouldn’t trade for anything. I’ve told him he’s stuck with me. His assistant Britney is amazing and we can’t get enough catching up every time we see each other-lol. Natalie is an amazing hygienist and makes you feel totally comfortable! Some of their front office staff has changed as the former front office girls are now in different areas and the new girls are super nice! You won’t be sorry if you give them a try!!

Great dental office. It is very clean and doesnt have a dental office smell. The staff is friendly and very pleasant. Dr. Manal is great. I brought my mom (who is terrified of dentists) and Dr. Manal managed to make her feel at ease. Natalie, the hygienist, is awesome as well. She is all smiles and bubbly. Occasionally even sings and hums to calm a nervous patient. Absolutely a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Smiles as your dental office.

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years and the staff are amazing! For those who experience anxiety at the dentist, this is a great place - staff are patient, explain the processes, and frequently check-in during procedures to make sure youre okay. Wait times are minimal, even during COVID.

This morning was my first appointment and it was the best experience. They worked out a great payment plan for me, took me in quickly and were so gentle and safe, especially during these times.

I’ve always hated going to the dentist but the staff here really makes me enjoy my visit. I have stuff I need to take care of and they never force me into anything. When I’m ready I know where I’ll be going.

I had a great experience today Ryan and Dr. Nori they were very caring and professional. The lady that checked me out was sweet and professional. I took off a star because the lady that checked me in wasn’t very friendly and wearing a see thru shirt so I was looking at her bra- just weird dentist office attire. Also, I felt like the office could be cleaner, I actually took a paper towel from the bathroom to clean the monitor where they were showing me my xrays so I could see the screen. Maybe the cleaning crew should pop in an additional day of the week. But overall I was happy with my visit.

Let’s make one thing clear.I hate going to the dentist.So I was a bit nervous coming into this office.The staff must have sensed it because they were really nice to me and they made me feel at ease being back at the dentist after 10 years.... I’m glad I came to this office because they helped me understand what my options were and they explained to me what I needed to get done.I walked out of there feeling extra sexy. And confident. Plus there was a cutie in there who is taken by some scary looking dude.! Trust me he’s tall and tatted.. anyways they took care of me.!!So FAM.. come get your grill done at this spot.!

I have had nothing but the greatest experiences, but the reason for my 1 star reviews is because my parents were upsold by Dr. Manal into expensive procedures that he did not need. Wouldnt messed up his entire mouth.

Went in for a regular cleaning, they tried to upsell me on everything. Dr. Hsieh didnt have any compassion and didnt even bother to look in my mouth but want to charge me for a root canal and crown. I had a regular clean but a electric tooth brush could have done better. The next day I woke up I had blisters all over my mouth. I will never recommend th his Dentist even to my worst enemy.

I visited the dentist for a routine visit and was informed that I have a four tooth bridge that they wanted to remove even though the X-ray didn’t reveal decaying, but because of my age they recommend replacement at 5 thousand dollars. When I decided not to have the replacement, the teeth cleaning I had scheduled was reduced to a THREE minutes quickie that an electric toothbrush could have done a better job on. Which is why I was there!!!! I left knowing I had no desire for any further appointments with this upselling dentistry group. Imagine my surprise when Six months later they called advising me my appointment for tomorrow, which I didn’t schedule, would need to be moved two hours, and could I come in at that time. Giving me the false impression I had made the appointment which I would never had made after my initial visit with this group. IS THIS ACTION ACCEPTABLE TO YOU? I wonder how many people have gone in under these same shady false pretenses?

They are thieves in white scrubs.... they keep overselling. They don’t go thru the costs with you. You refuse what they offer, they still do it and charge the insurance. Very disappointing.

Always helpful and greeted with a smile. Waiting room is fine for a dentist office with water and a tv. Dr. Hsieh is an excellent dentist who will make you feel extremely comfortable. Its just a far drive for me. But worth it.

I first met Dr. Manal a little over 3 years ago after not going to a dentist in years. I was embarrassed and ashamed for neglecting to have regular dental check-ups and worried about how she was going to respond to me. Ive had bad experiences with dentists in the past and growing up, so I expected the worse. I was relieved to be met with compassion and kindness from everyone in the office. Dr. Manal was so gentle and caring and even called me at home later that afternoon. I vowed to return to to fix a few teeth that needed immediate attention within 6 months.Fast forward 3 years: I didnt return, although I fully intended to, and those teeth needed to be extracted. And I needed a deep cleaning. I was treated the exact same - with complete compassion and understanding. I promised that I would return and I will. Dr. Manal called me later that evening to check on me, just as she did then last time. The only difference was she added extra encouragement for me to return regularly because she did not want me to lose any more teeth. And this time I will. Thank you to the dental hygienist to did my deep cleaning - you were so patient with me. Thank you to the person who took my X-rays - you were so sweet. Thank you to the front desk and finance - you took the time to explain every detail and worked to get more from my insurance company! And thank you Dr. Manal for the good work .... again.

Super clean office. Just went for my first time. 21st century technology. Amazing staff. Directv right there in the patient chairs with patient control of the tv. Absolutely overall great experience. Officially my new dentist. They even accept walkins and emergency service.

I can finally say I found a dental office I love. From the moment you walk in you can feel the positive energy. The front desks ladies were amazing and greeted me like I was a vip. Just minutes after checking in I meet Dr.Nouri, she walked me around the facility and introduces me to everyone and every room. I did a few x-rays with Erin and she was amazing. After that I met Natalie which was the hygienist and she gave me so many tips and tricks to help with my teeth/gums and to keep me on track. She also did my cleaning which was amazing. She even did this cool laser treatment to to kill any bacteria between teeth. During my cavity fills Dr. Nouri was amazing. I didn’t even know she gave me a shot to numb my gums. She just gave me instructions to close my eyes and hats when she gave me the shot that I didn’t even feel. Dr. Nouri and her assistant Myra were amazing thy kept asking if I was ok and to let them know if I needed anything during the fillings. And I also have to say thank you as well to Karolina she was the benefits coordinator which broke down all the prices for what work I needed done today. She was very sweet and funny which made me feel comfortable. And she didn’t try to sell or pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need. She even gave me a free little toothbrush travel kit. The entire office was amazing and I can’t wait to come back just to see everyone. You truly feel like a vip in this office. I will be recommending this place to everyone and anyone I know. Can’t wait to come back to get more work done. They even have a great music playing throughout the building. Can’t wait for my 6 months to be here.

Really nice facility but they operate like a bad car dealership. I have great PPO coverage and I feel like they were overpriced compared my last dentist.
