I’ve been to this office several times. The entire staff was pleasant but I’m especially pleased with the care I received from Ashley during my cleanings. She was gentle and kept me informed on what she was doing. She also spent extra time to provide tips on taking care of my teeth. My teeth have never looked so good. Thank you!

Dr Özder saved my thoot even though my prevıous dentist said needs to be pulled. Office is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I am very happy that finally I found a great dentist I can trust. THANKS for all your hard work and time.

Came in to smile care as a first time patient and felt completely at home. The office manager Maria and her staff made me feel like myself and comfortable. They handled my visit like professionals and I’ll definitely be going back again for many visits to come.

I had a really great experience with Smile Care in Rancho Cucamonga. I was greeted right away by Lisa, who was in charge of x-rays. I have a hard time with dental exam x-rays, and she gave me breathing tips, and was very patient during the whole process. My hygienist was Jen. Jen was also very sweet, and provided a thorough cleaning. Dr. Ellis was my dentist. He is very personable and did a great job. I definitely recommend this team!

Annie is super!!! Is is the bomb.I took a liking for her right away. My experience with her has been unique in that she is very personable and very friendly. She likes her job and she shows it. There should be more people like her on their profession.

The people are very helpful here. Annie took X-rays on me and she was very friendly, funny, made me feel comfortable, and professional. She definitely knows what she is doing. The dentist was nice and does her job well.

This is the best dentist that I have ever been to. Not only are the staff so friendly and helpful, but the hygienists and dentists are extremely helpful for preventing diseases in the mouth and fixing current problems that the patient has.

❎I worked for a Dental Supply Company and heard of places like this.👎 The female dentist tried to say I needed 4 crowns on my front teeth.❌ I went in there in January and went in 5 months later, and they said, I need another evaluation.❌ Not cool. I needed cavities done. She didnt want to do it because I am changing back to old dentist next year. 🚫Who turns down business?

No one likes going to the dentist, and finding a good dental office isnt always easy. I went in two weeks ago to get a cleaning and was pretty nervous because I hadnt been to the dentist in 2 years. I was worried that the dentist and dental assistants would be judgmental about that. The receptionists were prompt and friendly. The dental assistant was very gentle, and the dentist was genuine. Ill definitely be back in 6 months for another cleaning.

Always pleased with Norma and Carla, they deliver great customer service and always willing to help patients. These ladies are truly amazing!

They lied to me saying my insurance doesnt cover procedures it does putting me on a treatment plan that was worse for my teeth and would cost me the most in the long run. They are just money hungry and dont care about their patients. Their equipment is dated, the xrays are even film. I work in xray so to me that screams 1980s tech. The dentists seem nice enough but they dont communicate your options well and they juggle 3 patients at a time. They let their staff give you bogus advice about what treatments you need and what it will cost. I left there with my mouth in much worse shape and a scam of a quote to make it better. Dont ever go to them or their affiliated offices. My husband and I have several awful stories of what weve gone through with them.

Great dentist Dr, Kim is the best no pain on my extractions,Alondra my assistant was very total on my follow up instruction, Stephany and Norma were great on giving me my future appointments

I have gotten all my ortho work done here from this dental office ....and I was so satisfied ....I got braces,fillings, and The ortho doctor hes amazing there did an awesome awesome job on my braces.they are very nice here on the ortho side and the financing is great too....now my teeth are white,big and healthy .....

Annie xrays very nice and makes patient comfortable noone likes to go dentist,she has good technique and experience very good place

I got my x rays done by Annie ngov. she was very friendly and she is so gentle inserting those xrays tablets.. love the fact that she covered my throat for x rays. no other dental office had ever done that. and she was very social i like that made me calm. I didnt feel uncomfortable once... i loved her. thanks rancho smile care. 😀

Terrible experience!!! Do not get your wisdom teeth taken out here . Jessica Hackman is the worst ortho!!! The staff is very unprofessional and dont care about anything.
