Once again, this office gets 5 stars from me! They are friendly, professional, and a very caring and understanding staff. Dr. Choi is excellent! While there are a dozen dental offices near my home, I make the drive from Riverside to Alta Loma for the best dental care possible!

He is a very honest and competent doctor, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

I had a filling break after I ate some candy. Dr Choi and Gaby did a fast and fantastic job repairing it and making me feel comfortable. Paola did my cleaning and did amazing as well shes really thorough and explains how to properly brush and floss. I am terrified of dental work but those three really made it a good experience. Thank you Dr Choi, Gaby and Paola!

My family and I have been coming to this office for a couple of years. We moved far away and travel far because of our confidence in the special care we receive. I tried to go somewhere closer and the service was no where near what I received at Alta Lola Dental.No matter if the personnel changed starting from the receptionist, dental assistant and dentist, the customer service is always phenomenal! Very nice atmosphere, clean office and in a good area. We will definitely be back for years to come!

I just got my teeth whitening done here with Ozzie and it was amazing! He was super thorough and knowledgeable with the whole experience. He did such a great job. I didn’t feel any pain at all and I’m loving my super white teeth 😬 I would highly recommend this office!

I have found my new dentist! I appreciate the professionalism of Dr Kim and his staff. Heres my saga of how I ended up here. For many years, I faithfully had my 6 mos checkups and rarely had dental issues. Then my dentist retired and our family moved to the Upland area. Out of geographic convenience and not knowing any dentists in the area, we went to an office nearby. I felt they were trying to sell me all the time, on every visit. In short, I could not trust the dentist and finally quit going at all. After 5-6 years, I decided I needed to address the health of my teeth. So I started researching, based on online reviews, dentists in the area that my insurance would cover. And I found Dr. Kim.His office is simple and professional, not elaborate and ornate. The scheduling process was efficient and they used technology to remind me of my appointment. The xrays and cleaning went very smooth, Dr Kim did my cleaning - I like that. He explained very clearly that two of my fillings (very old ones) needed to be replaced; and, he showed with pictures that other ones were still fine. No pressure, just simple information for me to make a decision.When I returned in a week for those fillings, the process was again very efficient and professional. Dr Kim and his assistant worked together as a team during the process making it go very smoothly.My entire family will be having Dr Kim take care of all of our dental needs in the future!

Great customer service at Alta Loma Dental Care! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. Considering it was my first visit, check-in was quick and easy. I didn’t spend any time waiting in the lobby which is typical everywhere else. (Other dental offices usually have me waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes before they bring me in.) But here, I really felt like they valued my time.They explained everything each step of the way. I tend to have anxiety when visiting the dentist but felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Kim was so friendly and gentle. He also made a point to answer all of my convens. I definitely recommend Dr. Kim and his staff!

Have been a patient of this office since 2012 and have gone thru few dentists. I thought about leaving and expressed frustrations with them but Rosie explained the situation. Me coming from the insurance industry, I totally understand why they had to and felt bad that this is where we are heading as a country. Once they explained, I felt at ease and understood where they are coming from. Got my cleaning done from Adrian, he was so gentle and caring. He actually educated me a lot about my teeth. Felt good about my cleaning today.NOTE: (1) It seems like they may not be accepting my insurance, I asked them why and they explained pretty much that my insurance was not good. =( (I knew my plan was one of the cheaper insurance so I will get a different kind of insurance they will accept.) (2) Ozzie took the x-rays. He was funny and friendly, and he kept me at ease.

The dental assistants are great. The dentists however, I saw 3 of them, are AMATEURS. Had two very painful root canals with caps done by one dentist. Few months later food continually stuck between one of them. Went in, saw another dentist who confirmed cap on tooth was done incorrectly and they would re do at no charge. Had to come back and have a third dentist do work to be fitted for cap. Third dentist pulled the WRONG CAP! They never once confirmed with me which tooth they were working on. They had my X-rays why didnt they notice? Filed a grievance with my insurance, was able to get repair work done by a competent dentist. My new dentist stated that the other cap isnt shiny like the rest of my teeth and doesnt look like porcelain and feels I should replace that one as well. Wow, so they really dont know what they are doing and their communication skills are horrendous. I will be reporting the to the American Dental Board. They are total amateurs.

I try to avoid the dentist and that ended up being a mistake.i had to get a few filings and a root canal, but the staff here are great. They make you feel very comfortable and go over questions and procedures so no surprises in the end. They worked with us on payments which relieved a huge stress on us, so thank Alta Loma Dental fo le bringing awesome

Was just at at Alta loma dental and they did a great job, i Don’t like going to the dentist but they are professional and friendly, gave me some good tips on how to prevent buildup on my teeth so I can keep them for years to come, John Corder

I moved to the area a few years ago, and until now, havent been able to find a dental office that I was satisfied with. Im very happy that I found this office, as the dentist and hygienist do a great job, and the office staff is professional and friendly. This place is clean and the staff is professional. My biggest problem is they over charge you. I have great insurance and Alta Loma still tried to charge me over $600. out of pocket for a deep cleaning. I called another dental office that is of the same quality and they chose to just charge the insurance company, which pays over $600. I paid nothing. They also redid some x-rays without charging me. So if your going to get work done Id suggest shopping around and comparing prices. You might just get your work done for free if you have insurance.

This ofc does not seem to want my business. Every day they say they will check things like my coverage or if I could have a prescription.Need to have some idea of what work will be done and priority of needed procedures.Less than 24 hrs after I posted this review Alta Loma corrected the problem. Glad to be one of their many happy patients!However last week the verified my coverage and today they say no I dont have insurance. At o e point Sara asked me to fax her a teferral. The referral was suppose to originate my their office.For 2 weeks Ive been trying to get some pain relief. This is not the office to go to.

**SCAM AND FRAUD**I received a bill for over $400 over a year after I last stepped foot into this HORRIBLE office. Why?? Ill update my review after I go pay them a visit. My story is below..I have never left a bad review because I aunderstand everyone has different situations and thought mine was specific to me.I came in about a year and a half ago on recommendation of a coworker. Staff is so nice and understanding, the dental assistants are the only ones who were. The dentist did a great job with my fillings and crown prep. They referred me to an outside endo for a root canal and I wish he could have completed the job!I had to come back SIX TIMES for a crown delivery. The dentist broke it trying to shape it, another da dropped it and lost it, twice the wifi wasnt working so they couldnt do x Rays, the final time it stuck and I was satisfied. The nightmare was over! NOPE I was wrong. The very next day it came out!! I have over 7 crowns in my mouth and NEVER has it came out. I went in and had them add a temporary because they said theyd have to make another crown.I dont know if the material on their in-office crowns are weak or what. But I said NEVER again, Ill have another reputable office work on my teeth from now on.Scam because they are sending a bill, I am assuming, for a job that was never completed (breaking of a contract)Fraud because they are not even half as good as other okay dental practices.

I love My dental Hygienist Cassandra... I love Dr. Kim. Everyone is the office is wonderful from the moment you walk in, to the services provided, I always feel very warm and welcomed. I drive all the way from redlands ca so thats got to tell you something :D

My bridge fell out as well as a crown and my implant has been loose soon after it was installed.

I love this office they are all so friendly and Dr. Kim is amazing and it helps that the women are beautiful.
