No help at all! Nobody in there is helpful with anything

First I was frustrated because the signs saying the were close and only receiving calls, so I wait there while I was on the phone, and then somebody shows up and took my paperwork.

I was amazed that I didnt have to wait in a long line to get assistance. Actually I didnt have to wait at all. They had computers for me to use and someone to help me get started.
