Nice workers fast and answered all questions

The receptionist is very rude. She needs to be reminded why she has that job and why she making a paycheck. Really bad customer service she needs to be fired. So not happy with this office she one of those employees that thanks to her people won’t want to go back there.

A couple of employees here seem to keep changing the rules if IHSS. As I understand, the Federal Government 70% funded IHSS program 25% County funded and 5% Community funded ..so it should not be an issue with paying a provider. This office keeps sending me in circles AND when I challenged the why asking on what grounds can they decide to not pay for services to a provider they tell me something different Everytime. I see clearly what the few employees are doing yet when I asked to speak to a supervisor because we are not making any progress, they continue to withgeold my wages because they claim my reseouent makes to me ch money.....the lady who came to the phone and claimed she was the supervisor denied my request for transfer to any office ...better than r.c. office, she told me not to call that office again, her reason for her request to me was she says I call to much...omg obviously I call because they send me in circles.

They have always been very nice and helped answer any questions Ive had.

Incredibly rude case worker. Demanded us to leave room immediately, even though we had a quick question. Must be reprimanded

Natalie answering the phones is very rude. After she talk to me for about 10 minutes and I asked her if I could leave a message for my worker she then placed me on a 40 minute hold just so I can leave a message with her.

They never answer the calls, social worker never return any call, not even to us know if they recive it.

This office is not so crowded like other county offices.
