...THE #1 TEAM N CHARGE... A well deserved and expected review to the team that Roberta has been responsible, and for the behind the scenes everything working, so I could prepare the coming out of retirement and back into The Working Force possibility. Recently had a major work order where it involved over half a dozen different work orders and types of fixtures/repairs and or replacements. Promptly and professionally amid the precautions and distance mannerisms we currently all must heed, Eric and his team, James, were making me feel welcomed and no troubled, part of the daily duty, we got this for you, spirit, and one by one every necessity appliance and fixtured household item, fixed. Thank you, Dearly, David Fernandez (Bluedream Nine) Summer 2021

DayCreek senior villas is a great place to live! I moved here in December and find the tenants and staff friendly. This is a safe and secure environment that includes a beautiful pool and state of the art gym. It is so convenient for shopping and the walking path is close for outdoor activities. Since I have lived here the hospitality from the Management is great, they really care for the tenants and keep the grounds outside and inside beautiful. Thank you DayCreek this has been a blessing 🙏

When I moved into one of these apartments everything was fantastic. Matter of fact for nearly 20 years, it was a great place to live, but then came the current people that run the place. In the last 5 years, the properties have not been maintained well. At all. This company discriminates in favor of black and Hispanic people. We had at least 6 known pedophiles in our building, and they just let it slide. Drug dealers? Yup. Thieves? Their Maintenance people are prone to stealing anything of value. But dont you dare miss a payment of rent.Take care of your problems? Good luck with that. We had vandals who threw stuff at our door. I asked maintenance to clean it up and they said it wasnt their job. We had egg on our door for over 2 1/2 years. Get your rent reduced? Ha ha. Youll be on a list for years and then even afterwards, they will lie about the date which it takes effect, then blame you. We were vandalized so often that I threatened to install security cameras, and they said I could but that couldnt come out of the rent. Excuse me? That is illegal under California law. Of course you dont have much choice because you are on their program.Report the vandals? You can try but all they will tell you is you need to know what apartment they live in, because it isnt creepy at all to grab a kid who is about 14 and harass him to give up his apartment number. Call the police? Okay, good idea, until the vandals hop the South wall which is only 4 feet high and hide from the cops.I lived there 21 years and only one time was there a man in the front office. They have their preferences in hiring, I imagine. I never tried applying with them because I would see women come and go but no men at all in their office.Until about 2012, and the current batch of people that are there, being in a CORE apartment was a nice experience, but it went downhill quickly, and the people there are inept, money-hungry vultures who have no qualms about throwing an 80 year old woman and a permanently disabled man out on the street. Thats how much the Community Renaissance cares. The management at CORE are inept and stupid as hell and if youre a guy, you need to have a sex change in order to get a job over there. Its no surprise that they have a new job available every couple of weeks, because they cant even keep people there because of the way they treat people who are down on their luck.

This company is a Fraud. We have lived at Northgate village since December 23,2017. We were placed here through a program for military Veterans and their families. Long story short my husbands hours were slow in May of 2018. I went to get help from a program to help with Mays rent. In May I had to get an i9 form filled out so our rent could be paid. Upon moving in my sister in law and nephews also were living with us placed here as well through the vet program. In May I went to the office requesting a letter from them stating they knew my sister in law lived there. The office at Northgate actied like they had no clue about what I was talking about. So I got very upset because we needed help and we were qualified to get help. Well come to find out the leasing office has Forged several signatures of mine and my husbands one of them being a income verification form with National Cores logo at the top left. This is where is gets crazy, they put down my husband was getting 2200$ from the nonprofit organization for 12 months which was a lie. Not only that they have another vets phone number at the top of the paper as the number to call vs the national core number. Living here as been nothing but hell. The company never calls u back but yet they have time to commit a crime. The manager is never in the office to attend to tenants needs. Ever since we found out this apartment complex has done nothing but harass us to where they were yet again able to lie about us and give us 60 days to move but yet havent even answered back to why the committed fraud especially using a Veterans name and social to commit the fraud. Mind u they have had several managers steal money. Just a heads up not even the Gm has and answers for us no ones does but they sure didnt have a problem stealing money. I have tried several times over and over again to contact this company they refuse to call me back but thats ok everything thats been done in the dark will come to light. Btw we did file a police report and will soon be filing a lawsuit.

I thought Rancho Verde Apts were nice at first because the people look very nice. I put in my application went through the entire process of them checking my background and running my credit and I was excited to hear that I got approved! I was given a tentative move-in date I had already put in my 30 day notice which they knew I was just days away from moving in. Then to my surprise one morning I get a phone call and I am told that I have to put down a double deposit which was totally fine and everything was still in place for me to move in very soon. A few days after that I get another phone call from the apartment manager with a message from their regional manager saying that their regional manager looked over my application again for no reason at all and decided to deny my application. She claimed that there were too many red flags but it made no sense at all because I already explained everything to them and STILL the regional manager did not care to hear me out at all hasn’t responded to any of my phone calls or emails and now I’m just being completely ignored. What a complete waste of my time and a load of emotional stress. Do not move here! Also it’s been a week now since their decision has been made and they still have not sent back my holding deposit. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

The Corona de Oro assistant manager is rude when you have questions. I asked for a copy of the rental agreement and she said they are not allowed to give copies of the rental agreement because they do not keep copies onsite. When asked where can I get a copy, she says to call her manager. Any time I have a question regarding what I am signing or take my time to read the document, she tells me, in a direct tone to just sign it. I asked for a copy of what I am signing and she said no she can not make copies. When I bring in papers for my re-certification the assistant manager and manger have made copies and gave me back my originals. I paid my rent a month in advance and she asked in a rude tone while giving me back the money order and said, why do you do that? My vehicle was vandalized and I notified the office staff, the assistant manager said, Why are you telling me? Did you call the police and report it? We only care if you file a police a report. The living area is clean and the maintenance workers are excellent. This is a great community until re-certification. Then you have to turn in your document 6 months before your annual due date. Deal with a assistant manager who speaks to you as if it is not her job to answer questions or have customer service skills.

Nightmare company to apply for. They kept calling my current employer to verify employment even after I declined a job offer. Luckily I was open with my current employer that I was looking into that company. It was very creepy how they kept calling where I worked to ask for me. Im sooooo glad I made the right decision not to leave my company to work at National Core Renaisssance.
