Never had a problem here, everyone was always polite and to the point, not many are overly friendly and people might mistake that for rudeness, when In actuality, the employees at this office are just busy, they have alot of cases to get through daily, it’s got to be a stressful job, but they are on the job and not slacking off, and if you are polite and reasonable, they will be too and they will work with your situation . I always appreciated that .. never an unreasonable wait time, and security is great … knowledgeable beyond their job description I’m sure, always nice to me and mine, helpful at all times, and it was always peaceful inside, no unruliness whatsoever .

I highly dislike this location! Its true that some of the workers there are rude, but there are other workers who know what they are doing and good at their job. I do agree on the fact that they need more training in regards to being professional, courteous, and sensitive to peoples needs as every single persons case is different. BUT... bear in mind that there is a way to remind them that theyre human, were human, and that they are in a position to help people. And that is all there is to it.

They never answer their phones Or return messages and if I have to go up there I won’t be happy or nice this is three times

They are rude no smile no good answer I asked the girl in the reception about my ebt she look at me with her eyes and didnt answer dont come her and i wish the reception girl come to work I swear i will kick her out

I have never witnessed such terrible service before. The people sitting at reception right when you walk in are so rude! They dont even look at you when you ask a question. Its difficult to find out where to go, what to do. They expect you to know when youve never been there before, and give you attitude when you ask. I got the only employee that was helpful and spoke to me nicely. While speaking to him I overheard the worker next to us ask for an application from the person she was supposed to be helping. After being handed the wrong form she said No! YOUR APPLICATION. The woman didnt say anything about how she was being treated, but even I was offended and felt bad afterwards. I overheard most of the workers speak rudely to people there today. Another was the lady at the reception desk. She gave another woman attitude because she missed her number being called out. Every person I heard her talk to was in a demeaning manner. If these people cant work well with others, why are they working in an office where they deal with people daily?!

I’ve been there a few times to turn in paperwork & they have always been helpful. I’m usually in & out of the office with in 30-45 minutes. No complaints.

Its not as bad as the reviews i read. I have been there several times and most of the time they are quick and easy to work with but, that soda and popcorn review? Ive never seen it at the walfare office.

My mother’s social worker Ms Solis discontinued my mother’s IEHP insurance despite the State Ombudsman’s approval for expedited transfer of health insurance from LA to San Bernardino County. My mother is very ill and needs to see a Primary Care Provider to refer to a specialist. Ms Solis has no heart and wants us to continue to drive for 2 hours in LA. Instead of helping us, Ms Solis wants us to wait for another month. She has no clear explanation for the delay. She seems happy to give people a hard time coz she does not want to do her job. I will be requesting to get another Social Worker for I don’t trust that she has my Mom’s best interest at heart. If you call her direct number, she won’t answer if she does not like your face. Very vindictive. What bothers me most was when I asked for a Supervisor over the phone, she claimed that there is no Supervisor available but when I went same day to check, there is one. She clearly lied. I went then to another branch and they helped me clarify everything.

Fast service and helpful. People that put a bad review of this office has clearly never been to one in LA county. This place is paradise compared to a LA county building.

I dont understand why there are several workers working there and all theyre doing just sitting there forever with a full office and theyre not even calling anyone. Are they on break or something? If youre on break, then maybe you need to go to the break room where we cant see you just sit there for 30 plus minutes not doing anything.

The office people just set there. They see people waiting. But still it takes a very long time b4 they call your number. You wait about 30mins to 1 hr for them to call your number. And when u go in front of the person. Its like 5 or 10 mins and your out the door...UGH!!!! But I have to give them 5 stars. Even though I dont get enough to feed my family the whole month,I love my medical..

Clean and average waiting area. Be prepared to stay here all day for CalFresh. I overheard a worker say they are starting early to accept CalFresh applicants. Apparently they wait till 3pm to begin processing CalFresh Applications. Ive been here for two hours and they only have one man working with CalFresh. If you ever wonder why the wait is so long there is the answer.

Wow I have an autistic child. I get no help from his mother. Im on social security. Your people keep messing up his foodstamps. No one will fix it. Now its my fault your people cant do their jobs when my issues have been fixed 3 times already. For the same issue. When I told the ladie I spoke to when I went in she was rude very rude. Didnt offer me any help or try to fide out why this issue wasnt fixed after I have already proven that my son gets no extras

Bad DHS so backed up make you wait for hours to tell you to get a number . To wait more .ridiculous needs more workers they don’t even listen to your problems just RIDICULOUS People that are working are complaining how tired they are like hello look around you not even helping no one I wish I would’ve gotten their damn names

Takes way to long to do single tasks that literally take 10 minutes. My experience, the place was empty and still took way too long to help me.Earlier this day I tried calling and They took hours to answer the phone.

Take forever to answer I hate the machine that answers it should be the workers they just getting lazy.

I had a 15 min. appointment at 2 so they can help me fill out papers and submit a form... I waited there for almost 2 hours and told me that they had to reschedule me for the next day. Same reason for appointment today is the same reason for yesterday .....
