I give this place 2 stars, because it looks nice inside with high ceilings and some tasteful decor. I had a nail tech that goes by the name Yun. Ive been getting my nails done for more than 15 years, and this is the FIRST time I have ever had a nail tech that was so rude and had poor people skills. I felt rushed, and this person even got impatient with me when i was deciding between 2 colors. I thought the quality lacked which cost me $42 for an acrylic refill. It’s expensive. If it was well done, then of course I wouldn’t complain about the price! My go to nail salon was booked the day i went so i tried this place out because they had availability. My go to costs me $30 for a refill and they spend the time to do quality and are very nice and welcoming when you come to your appointment. I was so disappointed in Yun that I couldn’t even tip her. I never not tipped a nail tech. Do better.

The staff at Renaissance are friendly and inviting. They take their time to ensure you are happy with their services. Attention to detail is also a very pleasant surprise from their spa technicians. It cost a little more than other places, but its worth it.

Renaissance nail spa is my favorite nail spot to go to! Its sanitary and the workers are so nice! They dont use the same tools for every customer. They use a new set of tools for each customer which is saying a lot. Their skill is also amazing. Oh and the inside is very fancy, yet affordable. My two stylists (I think their names are Stephanie and Tammy) did an amazing job and they use high quality nail polish. There are NO flaws I can think of. Highly recommend.

So, I have tried many nail places for years and have never had one that I have been committed to. So many nail places are loud, busy, and have really long wait times. This nail salon has NONE of that. If you make an appointment and you are on time, they are on time. They get started on me right away. I am usually in and out in 30 minutes!! For dip power and pedicure. On top of that, they are professional, and really good at their job. I have been to nail salons where they hurt me or cut me, and this is something I do not have to deal with her. Also, I get the Nex Gen dip powder, which most places do not have. And my nails last me an entire month! Without breaking or anything. My nails are amazing when they come off. Oh and they never try to upsell me, or make me feel a certain way that I have at other salons. It is so clean and quiet in this salon, like really clean. The massage chairs are CLEAN, i cannot say this about other salons. No junk anywhere to be found! They offer a beverage, tea, water or coffee for free and when you sign in you fill out your preference, which is so organized I love it! I wish I would have found this place sooner, but I will always come back here. 😊

Good experience. I got the deluxe pedi and to be honest I wouldnt get it again. I would definitely go with the cheaper one. My feet felt exactly the same after.

Same nail lady for about 14yrs. Free non alcoholic drinks in a cup of ice which is awesome for when you are getting multiple services done. Highly recommend

The technician was rude and unapologetic for the extremely poor pedicure!!She literally spent 10 mins on my feet, excluding the polish.When I left the salon it took every bit of strength not to go back and ask for a refund.I will never ever ever go back there again!

Very nice nail salon. This was my 1st time trying Renaissance nails. They were very nice and I was seen immediately (arrived right when the opened). However I would strongly suggest making an appointment. I received a full set and a spa pedi. Both came out very nice. Both ladies were very gentle. Salon is very clean, all equipment used is opened in front of you, and they line the.foot spa. they also offer you a variety of drinks. Will def go again.

It looks like a lot of people have had good experiences here but I did not. I got a dip manicure and asked for an almond shape. Not only did she not clean up my cuticle she didnt even bother to push them back. Worst of all she filed so deep into my natural nail that the next morning I was so uncomfortable and decided I just wanted them removed. When I called the receptionist said the same nail technician would have to do it or else I would have to pay a fee. I did not want that lady messing with my nails again so Im just gonna go somewhere else that hopefully has better customer service.

Love getting my nails done here. The atmosphere is an upscale relaxation zone and they have TVs around to watch so you dont have to just stare off into space while getting your nails done. Nails look great and love the environment. I always feel pampered when I come here. The pictures are after over a week of them being done.

Always a relaxing experience. Very clean. Super nice. Pricey but worth it. Best to make appointment but will accommodate walk ins.

Yun is my nail tech, she is very quick but does a great job, I am super picky, and Ive been going to her now for 4 months. So far no lift, and no complaints

Im from the East coast, the Salon was very clean, the staff was polite. I broke my ankle 3 months ago and the technician was so gentle. 100% happy!

The greeting was great. Minimal wait time for appointment which was great; free drink was super. Its the nail job that was lacking..what is this white stuff surrounding my cuticles? I paid extra fee for additional pedicure service but didnt receive full service. I mentioned it to her and she said I do, I do it but didnt. I want to believe it was the technician being sloppy after a long closure but.... I may try again with another tech. But with so many nail salons to choose from I may not.

This was my first time here and I wont be returning. They charge you an arm and a leg for uneven nails... the two fingers in my picture are my middle fingers. I had asked for coffin nails and they dont even match also Kevin had done my nails

Got a Mani/Pedi at this place. Was not told that they only take cash before service forcing you to use their ATM. I got the gel manicure which was done very poorly. The polish is so thick and bumpy that it started to peel just one day later. The pedicure was no different. Although I paid extra for the callus removal, I left with dry and scratchy heels. Price was higher than average for a less than average service. That was my first and last visit to this place.

Nail are nice but they are too expensive for very cheap nails. They didn’t even last me a week. Also I got a full set and a pedicure they were dont within 30 mins rushing to finish.

This place was the absolute worse. I never felt so mistreated by my nail technician. First most, if a customer wants something done, as a technician-- wouldnt you like to accommodate to your clients needs and wants? Secondly, Clientele! If you have something in mind that you wanted to get done.. sorry to say, but you should forget it and go somewhere else. This place looks so luxurious.. but everything was poorly done. Lets just say.. my birthday was ruined. If you want your nails done in a rush without precision. This is your place. Otherwise... just come for the spa massage.

If I could put -5 stars I definitely would. Never going here again !! BEWARE! I went once to get a pedicure and got a nail infection. So much pain. I paid a lot of money for an infection basically and the polish was not only on my nails but my skin as well. Never again! Hopefully your experience was better than mine.

If I could leave a zero I would. This place has the worst customer service ever. Tandy the receptionist looks like she is on something. The nail technician is always rushing, so my nails are never right. They are always running late. And after complaining the owner Kevin was extremely rude. He told me if I didnt like it go elsewhere. They charge $40 for a $10 job. Check your nails before you leave. So I did the new nail salon in Victoria Gardens is great. Its upscale with excellent customer service and great work. Try it. You wont go back to Renaissance.

My girl seemed rushed and just went through the steps but didnt really pay attention to my feet it almost seemed as if she was probably counting in her head. I didnt like the first color she applied so I asked to change it because it looked extremely blotchy. She wasnt happy about it and changed it. I think i will try to find another place rather than coming here again. I was really hoping I found a place that I could go to regularly.

I used to LOVE coming here. Last two times have been a nightmare. One of the ladies made my pinky bleed & cut my skin so deep. Kevin didn’t even acknowledge it. Last time I went, the switched lady in middle of getting my nails done. The second lady completely ruined my nails to something else. And Kevin had a snappy attitude. I will no longer be returning to this nail salon.

This place is so luxurious and will make you only want to go to this specific nail shop. I have become a regular after testing out a few other nail shops. They are really friendly and do a fantastic job and will make sure its to your liking.

I was in the area on a business trip and was so happy to find a spa open on a Sunday. Had a wonderful pedicure and a my ladystache waxed.

Excellent service. Originally had a full set of nails done by a different salon and was unhappy with them, came for a fill and ended up liking the place much more. Definitely will came back and recommend to others.

While the decor was beautiful.amd they tried to be, professional, the foot rests on their Pedicure Chairs where wore out and hurt my feet. The person who did my Pedicure was good, but I was dissappointed with the person who did my nails.She didnt remove my polish with acetone, but just drilled it. She did not drill it thoroughly and then proceeded to put powder over it with the old color showing through. There was no real shaping other than how I had to tell her to do so.When you have a good Manicurist, you dont have to tell them too much on how to fill and shape your nails. They can usually take a look at your former style and go from there.The other thing I was not happy with was the cleaning under my nails, the polishing, and the rushing to get to the next person then to finish who she was working on.Will not be returning, especially for the price that they charged in having a regular Pedicure for $25 and Fill for $21. I walked out paying $46 for service that I was not satisfied with, sadly.

Beautiful salon that adds to the spa like atmosphere. Friendly staff. The actual nail services are good, but not the greatest. Even still, I usually choose this salon over the others due to the more peaceful environment.

Love this place! Been coming here for a couple of years. Always clean and pretty much everyone does a great job, though I have my favorite people when I come. It is a tad pricey, but worth it.Customer service is going downhill.

I got my nails done and OMG they. Look. AWESOME! Yang is the BOMB! My mom came after me from Deluxe Nails and said they did horrible and that this place was AMAZING! I’m so happy with my experience here and I’m definitely making this my normal salon to go to!

Came back to the house... Had to finish it myself.... Not cute.

They speed through the service. Very sloppy and rude. The receptionist was nice but that Manager and workers area very rude.

Pretty place and good service but extremely overpriced. I got a full set with gel and paid $48. After 10 days the gel started cracking and turning yellow. I called and the receptionist stated that they only gave a one week warranty on gel. She said that she could schedule me for a fill but they cannot do anything. So ridiculous. Very upset that I didnt get what I paid for. I can usually go about three weeks in between fills but not in this case.

One of the nail techs cut me and I bled and then ended up at the podiatrist office with an infection and had to get my whole toenail removed. Never coming here again. Clean your tools people.

Just had my nails done had a full set. But the girl didnt remove all the old sparkle polish sorry her work is poor in putting white french polish. I ask for 2 coats of gel even the gel finish is very doul not even shiny it must be cheap gel. Will not go back .

This has been my nail shop for years now. Ive tried other places and have been disappointed. Its pricey here, but its worth it. Its clean and theres no pressure to add additional services while youre in the chair and you get a drink. Lots of gel and regular polish colors to choose from at this place.
